Publix is my favorite store. All of them are well stocked, and the people are friendly. PLUS...their shopping carts always work great, and are clean. No broken wheels or stuff wrapped around wheels so they don't roll right. The carts are always GREAT. Best of all, I always find what I'm looking for.

This location their pickup customer service is unhealthy and poor... I came here today to pickup my groceries and the older Caucasian man came out with a musty attitude toward me when I said hello to him all because it's raining lol again not my problem only customer service and you know your job description before you got hired or is it you see this Black Skin coming to pick up my order and you feel like I shouldn't get service is just sad this so call country still treat one another due to skin color is foolish and A coward.... I will not be coming back to this location at all!!!! I will be reporting this to BBB and Corporate...... I will be respected no matter what!!!!!!

I am sorry to say how disappointed I was with the wings. They had feathers all over the flats. This was not an isolated case. I would say 3/4 of the flats in both boxes had multiple feathers cooked into the meat. I got tired of messing with them and frankly grossed out I finally just threw them away. This was two large boxes. I know this is not the standard for Publix. Please fix this problem. This is totally unacceptable. Thank you

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I went to the bakery to get an apple turnover. The young lady was in the middle of assisting me, she had put on gloves to get my order, when a woman and her two kids walked up and asked for cookies, instead of the young lady finishing my order she filled the woman's order with the two kids and dismissed my presence. How rude to be waiting on a customer and let another customer jump in front of them without regard to their feelings. After she serviced them then she was ready to service me, when I was first to begin with. I kindly said nevermind I do not want the apple turnover now.

I love our new Publix. I had never grocery shopped at a Publix, they have EVERYTHING! You can go to the deli get you a sub sandwich, hot plates chicken potatoes and more. There is a second floor to eat and it's really cool to over see the entire store in a birds eye. Very cool, very good prices and the only grocery store that still has cashiers AND a bagger. I thought Customer Service had died but it's so ALIVE at this location and any other locations I have been in.

I love this publix because it’s clean and there are no dogs in the store! But I have to deduct a star because they took away half of the checkout lanes to open even more self checkout lanes. I don't work for Publix AND I don't work for free, now get someone to check me out! We are paying exorbitant prices for groceries and we have less lanes to check out now.

I ordered a mini croissant sandwich platter for my recent Super Bowl party. Supposedly the sandwiches were to be filled with egg, tuna, ham and “chunky” chicken salad. What I received was a tray of 50% chunky pimento cheese sandwiches. If they couldn’t fill the orders as advertised, I would liked to have been notified.

Ok publix, but could use improvement. I come here mainly because it is close to me. I've bought expensive organic produce here that grows fungus and rots within 2 days. Encountered employees in the deli that seem disgruntled and unfriendly. The food in the deli is more like cafeteria food and not on par with Publix name. They need more healthier and better choices for sides. Maybe add in vegtables or organic fruit option, like green beans, spinach, squash, broccoli, etc. (You have all the produce there, why don't you utilize it?) The new Publix built on Newman's Crossing is much better but a farther drive for me.

I really like this publix. It is usually clean and well stocked. Plenty of checkers and baggers on staff. Their prices are a little high but if you shop their sales you can get a good deal.

Very clean!! It was my first time there. What I liked about it was that you don't need a card to get the sales prices. Everyone gets the sale prices, as we should.

I live in California so there is no Publix stores if you live in Los Angeles this store is giving Vons/ pavilion..it has a fresh deli,meat counter freshly made sushi which I tried I had spicy tuna..The next time I visit Nashville Tennessee in the Madison area I will come again.

Publix is great. I don't live near one anymore but was in the area, so I popped in. I just grabbed some fried chicken, and it did not disappoint 🙌
