We were told by local vets that our dog, Zeus, an 82 pound German Shepard puppy, would have to be sedated before they could trim his nails and sent us home. A friend at the dog park told us she takes her dog to Paws Pet Palace. When we left the dog park, we drove straight there.They took Zeus in right away and 5 minutes later his nails were trimmed! What an amazing place Paws Pet Palace is. I highly recommend.

They kept increasing the price every visit, got up to $120 for an 8 lb. Yorkie. Our dog was also lethargic, like she had been drugged or something, after each visit. We found another place we are very happy with that is much better.

The groomer does a good job however we are seeking elsewhere as the store perfume odors are overwhelming. They make our dog, us, and food we have purchased all smell. I even drug the odor to my workplace. Also, twice since you guys opened we scheduled grooming appointments, and they were not made. Once claimed canceled and was not. Convernient to home and work. If hear of changes may return. Good luck.

Had my goldentdoodle groomed there and Heather did an EXCELLENT job. I have been to several groomers in the area and they all seemed to do the inverse of what I asked. So frustrating!Paw's Pet Palace is a great shop with even better people. FIVE STARS!

I found Paw’s Pet Palace via Google, and our first experience with them was amazing! From the initial phone call with Janet to the AMAZING groomer Michelle was all a 10/10! We are so happy with our Schnauzer Blaze’s hair cut, and will be taking him back there going forward. Thank you all so much!

Milo had a great experience at Paws Pet Palace, along with his brother who is a little wild for the camera! It was Milo’s first groom, and the groomer came to meet us and introduce herself at drop off. She was careful to understand exactly what we were thinking, and she delivered! They have tons of food, treats, and toys, and the kindness of the staff was unmatched. I don’t leave many reviews, but it can be hard to find a place to trust with your pets, but after our experience, we won’t be going anywhere else!

They have outstanding customer service and all that you need for your fur baby. I got my dog groomed (he is a Maltese Shih Tzu)they shaved his body really short for the first time and he loved it. He was really happy when I picked him up and now he walks around even more confident. Thank you Paws Pet Palace!

So happy I found this groomer!! My dog has anxiety, so finding the right groomer is so important. From the moment I called and talked to their staff, I knew this was the right place! The store is so lovely and feels like a calming atmosphere, so I felt we were in for a great experience. Michelle was so kind and attentive to my pup I left feeling like he was going to be treated well. When I picked him up he looked great and was so HAPPY! They even sent me home with a doggy bag of treats! I will definitely be back and happy to recommend this business to everyone I know.

The best pet store in the area!The owner and staff are super sweet & friendly, very knowledgeable and welcoming. Huge selection on dog food, treats & toys and even have great products for cats as well! My toddler and furbabies had an amazing time shopping here, we will definitely be back ❤️

Took my husky here for a groom today and they did a great job! From the start everyone there was very friendly, which is always appreciated when you're leaving your dog somewhere. Michelle did an amazing job and my dog looks, smells, and feels so clean! Will definitely go back.

I have never ever wrote a review. But today I felt the need. I support small and large business everywhere and this experience is no different. I brought in my pup on my lunch break for some well needed grooming services. I called first to confirm appt. Showed up 10 mins early to be told they could not groom my pup because he was to matted and they did not want another incident where he could potentially get cut & therefore they would be reliable for vet bills. I wasted my whole entire lunch break to take my pup there & back home again to eventually get back to work. I didn't make a big fuss because it is what it is but just want to make people aware they do have the discretion to deny services.

I walked into this store on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. . The young lady working in there was friendly and attentive. I asked her a question and she took me right to the shelf where the product I needed was located. The prices were very fair and after talking with her I decided to buy a few other things while looking around. Isn't that what their job is to wash and cut your dog with or without Matt's? A dog groomer who turns away a dog for that shouldn't be a groomer! If they are scared or worried put a muzzle on the dog. I was planning to try this place but now I really have to rethink it and I have 4 dogs shame on them.

Took my shih tzu for grooming today, after PetSmart left my dog half shaved cause he was “too matted”. Everyone in the store was so friendly, and Michelle took her time and was very patient with my puppy even when it was her day off.
