I’ve been going to the store for years I live close by about the last I would say here and a half. They’ve started doing all of these things with digital coupons. It’s very difficult for seniors to manage that without the technology and the knowledge I have a public app, it is simple very easy to use. Kroger’s is a nightmare it’s like a full-time job to try and get $.10 off of something the other thing is. Management is disgusting You’re a senior, and you ask them questions, or try to get help with discounts they blow you off like your second-class citizen. Finally, they are gouging that is illegal in this state I would say to them part of the reason you can’t get employees or your store looks like a crypt half the time you have to lock one door up because there’s no one to work or help. You might want to clue and figure out, we’ve all left and gone to Walmart. You do whatever you want I had a boss he’s very smart he said whatever you don’t have in your head you have to have in your wallet I wish you the best of luck you need to get a grip.I would like to say, in all fairness, the pharmacy at Kroger‘s is second to none their workers and their pharmacists go out of their way to help you. They are blessing for those of us that are older and need help. Here’s a shout out to all of you in the pharmacy at Kroger‘s, you guys are the greatest. Thank you from myself and many others. You are pretty much the only reason I step inside of Kroger’s anymore. Thank you.

Today is the 3rd time I have had an unpleasant encounter with an amployee named ANASTASIA. (Works front end) If RATCHET was a person she is the definition. This girl is mean, rude, curt and continually has a HORRIBLE ALTITUDE. I have personally witnessed this over the last couple of years, not just with me, but with others. Needed to return some rotte. prepackaged green beans, I purchased a couple of days that had already gone bad. She very rudely said that Kroger doesn't sell this brand. I purchased them from Kroger and she refused to find someone to help me. Customer Service was closed as usual!!! Fortunately another employee helped and of course when scanned it was a Kroger brand. She always gives off a bad bad attitude and just wants to condescend to customers. Don't know what her problem is, but she needs to stop bringing it to work and talking crazy to customers. She is Very Snobbish & demeaning. B get off your high horse, learn some manners and customer skills!@&$!/÷. Why are you still working here????? Better yet Kroger, why are you still allowing this obvious arrogant B to still work with customers. Put her on the back dock or parking lot cart duty where she doesn't have to work with the public. Surprised someone hasn't knocked her the hell out.

Each visit in the past month has resulted in a visit to the customer service with over charging of groceries. Attempts to look at receipts before paying is difficult and holds up the line. A visit to customer service is always a long wait. This last visit resulted in the area closed. No one in the store was able to help refund my $23.13 cents! I don't understand why a manager or another associate is not able to man the station. This lastest experience has me reluctant to shop at another Kroger.

Every time I check out at this Kroger it treats me like a criminal. I always pay for all of my groceries. It’s not my fault YOU don’t want to pay enough staff to man registers. If you chose self check out, you take the loss of people stealing your items. You’re welcome for my money.

The staff was wonderful trying to help me load a Greendot card. That is, until the manager had to open the customer service register to process my transaction."Can't you read? It says CLOSED!"Manager lady of Kroger, you have some nerve asking if I can read, and then reading it to me! Had it not been for you, it would've been impossible to get through this retail life, not knowing what "closed" means. Thank you for your wisdom and willingness to help someone who was ushered to a closed customer service counter....by several of your cashiers! I'm not the one working at a grocery store. Jerk.

Poor customer service especially the guy in the self checkout named starts with a J. Understanding how to communicate with words instead of facial expressions should be the bare minimum. Attempted to get a manager in store and over the phone with NO LUCK. I believe the manager’s name is Ernest.

Reminded myself why I usually go to Publix. One checkout lane open at 4:00pm with people blocking all the isles waiting to use one of the self checkouts. Also had a girl in the deli try to pretend she didn’t speak English when I asked for help, right after I’d heard her talking to someone else.

Employees were very rude and dismissive and it wasn't just the girl at self checkout it was also the young man in produce and the two ladies at checkout. Never again from now on I'll take the time to go to Publix or Walmart. Sad Kroger's use to have awesome employees!!! What happened does the manager not know how to handle his team? Left feeling horrible what a terrible atmosphere and attitude!!!

Over the years, I quit going to Kroger. Because ninety percent of the people that work there are rude, I went there 2 days before Christmas and purchased. Some cheese that was not in my bag. When I had returned to let the guy know. It wasn't in my bag. It was pretty much tough c*** He thinks I stole it. Or I was trying to get $13 which he was nothing, I wanted to make sure that the cheese was not in my car and fell out of the bag. So, after Christmas I cleaned out my car. Because I work out of my car and so it was very messy but I cleaned the trunk. I pulled every single thing out and guess what no cheese. They can keep their $13.50. Because I'm pretty sure of a guy that was helping me. He knew that the cheese was not in there and I was kind of broching. So I think he just did that on purpose. But not positive and it could have been the person behind me. That's scene it and just kept it so because of the rudeness in the way he treated the situation. I will never, ever return plus like it way better prices at Publix and Costco. thanks for nothing kroger

The store absolutely is a mess. Cannot find anything. I asked several people and they did not know either. Disappointed in how run down this Kroger has become. I rarely go in there any longer and today was reminded.

Very large store with a wide selection of products. The on-site health clinic is convenient. Not as good as the nearby Publix store in Goodlettsville, as far as cleanliness, in-stock items, and definitely as far as customer service.

I shop there once a week and I love the price's. If you don't like something you can return it to Kroger and exchange it. The employees are great and the store is neat and clean all the time. Grab your car Key's and Kroger card and start shopping! Or you can stop and pick up your groceries on the way home or even better, have your groceries delivered!! Happy shopping!!

Be prepared to scan and check out your own groceries, no matter how much you are buying. Attendants ignore you while they talk amongst themselves.

Without losing my religion! This was the worse experience I have had in a Kroger. My groceries were shoved in a bag tearing open such as bacon .. lunch meat was packed with pine sol. Had to ask for help to get to my truck. The checker rolled his eyes. Get almost to my truck and the guy is running the buggy up mine heels. There is more.... Every bag I put in the truck a checker watches behind my truck. NEVER Again! Wonder what baggers and checkers done before a dang phone. My Friday night shot..

As a kid, Kroger was new in my neighborhood and my mom and I went every Saturday. The workers helped us if needed and were happy to do so. Now, not only do we have to act as an unpaid cashier, bagger etc, we also are expected to figure out any problem on our own. If the customer service desk is open, you are lucky. After today, I will not go back to kroger again.

I’ve had to shop by cart last few weeks and have ended up with items I’ve not ordered. I did this so I wouldn’t have to go into store. Today I was charged an expensive Golo gummy for $16+ dollars. I called several times but no one answered the phone ☹️ probably my last time using this service

Called in my prescription's Friday they said it would be ready Saturday after 2pm i went Sunday to pick them up and they said they weren't ready id have to come back tomorrow. This is the third time this has happened i need my medication this is ridiculous I'll be changing to get my meds at Walgreens clearly kroger does not care about people's medications

Every single self checkout out of commission with customers waiting for help, two checkout lines open but packed. The cashiers see this but refuse to call for more help. That is equal to just giving your customers the middle finger. I had to walk away from my cart and go to publix across the road. What's wrong with you guys??????

Goodlettsville kroger today was just unacceptable. 3:30 on a Thursday one check out line open. Employees standing around left and right. The one open line backed up 5 carts deep.the shelves in shambles. Self Check out was loaded with folks. I don't usually post negative but wow get it together. Update 2024, Google asked for it. Same darn thing on a Monday at 4pm.

Went in to buy some propane on the way to a job site."I need someone who can help me with two tanks of propane.""We don't have propane.""Yes you do. There are big blue cages of it outside by your front door.""We don't have the keys. We lost the keys. We haven't had the keys for months."Either incompetent staff who can't fix an ongoing supply issue or dishonest staff who lie about their ability to access supplies so they don't have to help a customer.
