***If you're still looking for Eclipse glasses, go here...NOW! They've got them and they are open right now. I bought 3 pair yesterday and several other people bought multiple pairs as well. This was right before closing at 5pm. It seemed like they still had plenty.*** I have previously purchased items from this store and they ALWAYS have what I need. Great staff, also.

Great old-style hardware store! They had exactly what I needed (a piece of plexiglass) in-stock and staff who could cut it to size while I waited. Try that at the big box stores. Not only were the staff able to fulfill my request, they greeted me when I came in, were extremely helpful with some other questions I had, and I got the feeling they were happy to be there. If you're in the Goodlettsville area and need a hardware store, this one will make you glad you stopped in!

Needed a quick key made and the gentleman in the back took care of it quickly. But I wasn't too happy about that the cashier couldn't find my Ace Rewards account and didn't try and resolve the problem.

Would have given a ZERO but couldn’t. Ordered and payed for item and was told it would be in on Friday. Went Sunday after no phone calls and they still didn’t have it. Should have went to Hendersonville and saved the hassle again. Poor way to run a business and workers attitudes was also terrible just wanted my money back so I could go to Hendersonville and get them

My family loves this store. It has 95% of the items we need to maintain our home and the staff are absolutely top notch. The part we most appreciate about the store is how available and ready the staff are to help find things and talk through project needs. In my 15 or so trips this past year I don't think I have ever been in the store more than 20 seconds before someone has stopped by to see if I need help. On one trip, my wife went with a list of items and one of the staff took the list and walked her through the store to get everything! It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to hardware and housing needs.

This is a pretty good little hardware store. They do not have the selection of the larger bulk stores like Home Depot or Lowe's. But they have a pretty good selection none the less. The people that work here are very knowledgeable, and very helpful. For small jobs around the house I highly recommend this place.

Shout out to Glenn at the store in Goodlettsville. My husband and I are completely redoing our first home together. Glenn went above and beyond to help us find the perfect paint colors, and everything else we needed when it came to suggestions. We will definitely be back, and couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

I’ve been coming to Ace for years. Employees are really nice I don’t like it as soon as you walk in they are asking what you are looking for. If you tell them what it is then there escorting you to the location. So I try a different approach and tell them I’m just looking and then they start getting on there radio. I don’t like being watched like a hawk. I think it’s rude. If you get keys made then there getting on the radio telling the cashier how many keys your carry up to the counter like if your a thief. It gets real old.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because, while they can't carry everything, it's amazing what to DO manage to carry for such a small store. I'd rather go here than one of the big DIY stores because the staff is ALWAYS helpful and usually finds what I need in a few minutes. Prices are reasonable, but even if they were higher than the big stores, the service more than makes up for it.

By no means am I a handy man or have plans on becoming one. So of course I am very reluctant on pursuing anything that requires a handy man or any knowledge there of.I moved to the Goodlettsville area in September last year and while figuring out my commute I stumbled upon this perticular Ace Hardware. I needed some nails to hang up some pictures. So I stopped by this particular Ace because Im I passed it on my way home.I asked a younger associate where the nails were he not only took me to the Aisle he asked what kind pictures was I hanging up but recommended the proper nails he was very friendly and helpfull and I was so appreciative if his help I asked to speak with the manager and he kinda looked like did I do something wrong and politely went to get the manager on duty who also was full of smiles and professional and courteous...told him he easel very helpful and did a great job.a That was September last year.. Today the day before 4th of July I stopped in with a bar stool that need a nut and bolt to secure its leg down to not buckle tip over. Fortunately the associate O had ask for help was the manager who I made the compliment too. He also went ABOVE and beyond to get the pieces needed. He also bolted it down back into place. Great Associates...more than willing to help you and will make sure your taking care of. Would recommend this Ace to family and friends.Thanks Glenn.

Service is always friendly and attentive - ACE the Helpful Place - but the mice scurrying around your feet are more than concerning. They can be found indoors and out, zipping down aisles.

Everyone was very helpful. But when we went to pay, their power went out up front...no working registers. They didn't even give it 5 mins to see if they'd come back up. Nor did they offer for any customers to pay cash if they had it, just herded us out of store.

Very friendly staff and even though it looks small have always been able to find what I need. They might not have a vast number of brands in every product but they have what you need at pretty good prices.

We looked EVERYWHERE for the solar eclipse glasses, but couldn't find them. We finnaly called Ace Hardware, and they said that they had them!! They were SUPER nice about it too.

Took them a week to get key blanks i needed. When they finally arrived i went into the store to have the 4 keys made. Not 1 of the keys worked. Wont go back

Not a good Ace Hardware at all. They breathe down your neck the whole time your shopping I'm guessing yo watch if your going to shoplift or something, which makes it a very uncomfortable shop. Horrible Ace Hardware
