We love our Elfa system! My husband was able to install this by himself, after he reviewed a YouTube video. The Container Store told us that they are available for assistance, but we did not require any. This has a modern and organized way to display our clothes. Getting dressed is quick and easy, now. We did have fascia and liners ordered with our system. We used the chrome wire racks. Be sure to sign up for their Pop rewards program to earn money back. We were helped out to the truck with our order and their staff was more than happy to set up the best use of our space for us. We are so grateful and highly recommend this service.

I love it in here. It's so spacious, clean, and the interior decor is amazing. This is my new go to place to reorganize my home and office. Did I mention the sales all over this store. I love it!

I started with low expectations. By the end of the process they redid all of our closets and turned problematic spaces into dreamclosets. The cost was reasonable. The installation was so amazing that the finished work looked like it had been there since day one. The staff is buzzing. They were helpful but they actually cared about our project and actually cared about us as individuals.If you have a project like an office, closet, pantry. Give them a go. They will not dissapoint.

Went to the store excited! I just got a new house and hoped to finish my pantry and a few closets. The employees there made me feel so uncomfortable by following me around the store the entire time. From the front to the back there was a person on my heels. I just left this is very shameful. They only followed me others that were not the same color were not be followed. I will not be back and advise other African Americans to avoid this store as well, unless you like being followed with no space.

Your pick-up options are not working. I waited and waited in the car and finally went in to retrieve my pkgs. Their explanation was someone tried but couldn't locate my vehicle. I was parked 3 spots from the door and gave a full description of the car; make/ model/ year/ color. I won't say I won't be back - just will plan to go in and get my order in the future.

Another first for me today. I could get into some serious trouble spending money in the store. I love to organize things. I saw so many items that would make my life easier around the house and office. I was met at the door by an associate who asked if I needed any help. I told the gentleman I was just looking around and he proceeded to explain the layout of the store to me and where everything was located. It was very helpful. Very organized and clean and all of the employees I encountered were super helpful.

I love this place. We moved a couple years ago to our first permanent home, and i have been slowly riding and organizing as i go. I love the options. It's a bit pricey, but great quality.Don't wash the plastic containers in the dishwasher, though. I swear i had the heart setting turned off, but my bin still got really warped. Live and learn.

Awesome store, first time visiting any container store before. Everyone was friendly until it got closer and closer to closing time and was being pressured to finish and leave by 7. Understandably everyone wants to go home, but don't alienate customers especially new ones who want to check out everything but push them out at closing. Spent over $100, but don't know if I'll be back.

Lots of options for organizing. A good place to get ideas for home/office spaces, but everything they have in store can be found with a little looking for far cheaper on Amazon.Staff is helpful and very informative.

Extremely helpful! I designed... redesigned... and again redesigned my closet makeover and they helped me each time without any fuss until I had it just the way I wanted it. If you're like me, and have problems with organization, you have to go to The Container Store. If you've ever had dreams of having everything in your life organized in the right place and having a place for everything, The Container Store is your Nirvana. The employees at this particular store are amazing. They convinced me to get a whole new closet and it has changed my life. Not even exaggerating here... it has changed my life for the better.

Unsurprisingly this place is organized. Beyond the products, the staff at this particular store have been amazing. Genuinely friendly and eager to help in any way possible.Sharing a parking lot with Trader Joe's does make it a bit chaotic though

Wasn't greeted upon entrance to store, nothing beats a warm greeting. I found the prices reasonable, but some of their containers could be found cheaper at IKEA.
