Update: it is a JOY to shop at this Kroger. Clean store, friendly staff. It’s such a different experience than the other Krogers in this area. Great job!!Really like the openness of the store with lots of natural light. Staff is friendly and engaging as well.Young woman running the self-checkout even thanked me as I left. Great job Germantown Kroger team.

Convenient, competitive prices, nice deli, bakery . . . it is as well stocked as can be expected with the number of people who rely on the Farmington Kroger. Location is everything I can do all my shopping in the area that is around that particular Kroger. Lines can be long but that is on Kroger for not hiring more people to do their registers. Additionally, as far as service goes, I have never had any Kroger employee be rude to me. They have only ever been helpful and kind.

A family member was subjected to a checkout police that in essence became an embarrassing false accusation of not paying for an item. The clerk did not handle it well. Later, I spoke with the manager by phone (appx 8:00 PM, 3/2/24). She reported that the clerk further (falsely) accused us of having accused the clerk of racial bias. The manager asked what I suggested she should do. When I suggested an apology would be in order... the manager hung up on me.We will NOT return to Kroger!Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's are just as convenient and much more customer conscious.

Attempted to buy a propane tank. Absolutely awful customer service. Arrived at store 8:30pm (store closes at 11pm), customer service responds “we don’t sell propane this late” … proceeded to tell me that propane is only sold until 8pm. That would’ve been great to know before I literally came here just for the propane tank.

All Krogers have the same layout. If you order delivery, the app tells you where the item is. Employees are super kind and helpful.

CONVENIENT MARKET CENTER: made a quix trip to this location, my other choice when not at one of the two other marketers I use (the other is a sister store to this one so, I guess one could say they are the same, except they aren't) when in need of specific items. Going here is like going into your very on "all in one" shopping version of the computer. The run down, Pharmacy, Natural Food, Fresh Market, Fresh & Frozen Food, Frozen Vegetables/Meals, a mini-seasonal/auto items area, School/Card/Books...and it's all laid out in an easy to navigate fashion for a quix or longer shopping experience. Then there is their Deli, Bakery and let's not forget the offering of two boutique style local favorites for coffee or bar-b-que... I used their self-service checkout since I didn't have much; it's convenient and there was a nice gentleman there to assist if need be. We struck up a conversation as I was scanning my goods. The people are nice and the location is conveniently located since I do business in the area from time to time...there is plenty of parking, and they have ample upfront parking for disable drivers. I found some really interesting, their electric vehicle charging stations; so, if you are in the area check it out if you need it and stop in for a visit while you're there.

Had to get here EARLY. Doors had not even opened, but there were cars already in the parking lot. My first time seeing these Fresh Baked Spiced Apple Pie cookies!!!!OmgggggggggI took them home and quickly microwaved one!!!!Pure DELICIOUSNESS!!!!My new favorite dessert!!!Thank Youuuuuu Kroger bakery!!!I was also glad that they were having trouble with the self-service check out, so a cashier had to check me out. She didn’t seem too happy about that, but I’m sorry, I was THRILLED!!!!!💜💜💜

LOOK OUT FOR KROGER'S FROZEN VEGETABLES!!!!! I was cooking a dish that required cut green beans so I decided to use the frozen Kroger brand, and while I was cooking the meal, I found a dead caterpillar in my pot. I am so shocked right now considering this type of product simply recommends microwaving it in the bag itself and that it's ready in minutes. I had to throw out my whole meal and a good piece of tenderloin that I bought from Whole Foods Market (Germantown, TN). When I called Kroger to explain what happened, they said that they could just compensate me for the green beans. Wow- what amazing customer service. ---Im so grossed out right now.

I would never ever shop from this store ever again! I ordered online to pick up at store and when I got home the cucumbers that they’ve gave me are molded and not useable already. Called the store and they said they can’t do anything about it unless I take the cucumbers back to store. I was not lying but he was very offensive I shopped about $200 and they were very rude

Ghetto Kroger. Like most businesses in Memphis now, this has "Managers" and "Customer Service" staff who are of a certain shade of brown and a certain associated attitude. They are rude and they treat customers like dirt. Not surprising given who they are.

I love this store! I don't live in the area but I would love it if the Kroger next to me looked like this one! They are always fully stocked, have tons of product, and I love their selection of prepped foods in their deli, bakery, meats, and produce. I went today and saw they've even added a salad bar. And my daughter lives going because they have cute little carts kids can push around. I always return here when I travel the hour to be in the area!

To many self check out stations.Individuals have to pick their goods, then unload them, then scan them, then bag them, then reload cart. Is the customer getting a discount or being paid for a cashier or bag person?Just a thought.

Lots of choices. Go on Monday mornings. Items that didnt sell out thats almost near expiration date are marked way down. Got reg priced whole slab of ribs $21 for $7. Got 2 of them. Froze 1 cooked the other. Were very good. Those wanting to save money buy up all the marked down items. Just freeze them soon as you get home. Which ever day you take out thaw in refrigerator cook the same day.

I placed an order 27 hours ahead of time online for 10 deli trays for a close family member to have on hand for relatives coming into town for a funeral. I got an email confirmation as well as a text confirmation with the order number and a list of what I ordered. “The store will take it from here.”The family member went to pick it up at time requested… no order, no phone call, no email. Just didn’t do it.Something done to help someone became so much more stressful. I will never walk into a Kroger or it’s affiliated stores again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Today when I scanned my peaches, the price was incorrect. It showed the regular price, not the discount price. I summoned the attendant and she told me I needed to use the app’s digital coupon for peaches to get the discount. First how am I supposed to know I need to scan the digital coupon to get the discount. If I didn’t notice the incorrect price I would have overpaid for the peaches. I remember in the old days when the scanner made a mistake the store would give you a full credit for the item. Today the company is using technology as an excuse to rip us off. These digital coupons are a scam.

I enjoy shopping at this location over many other locations.1. The staff are very friendly and helpful.2. The store is very clean.3. I find other stores to be more cluttered with pallets in the way or displays in areas that make it difficult to move through the store.4. I always use self checkout so I can not speak to the service level of the checkout lines.5. They seem to a much better job of having carts in the store.Good to know there are some Krogers that are taking pride in their store. Keep up the great work!

There were several boxes in multiple aisles. This is a safety hazard. You can trip over the boxes. There were several items that needed stocking. The self service checkout went pretty fast. The worker in that area was helpful and friendly. I've had better shopping experiences here but this time was a bit challenging.

This is my favorite location. Today I was disappointed because after calling to ask about a product and the telephone rang incessantly. I could not get an answer from customer service, the meat department or pharmacy. That is ridiculous. I know there are people working today but too busy to answer the telephone. :(

I would recommend shopping at Kroger in Germantown. The store is a great place to find fresh groceries and other household items. The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly. At lot of people love to complain about this store but honestly it’s way better than any other Kroger.

Do not and I repeat do not eat from the salad bar or chicken wing bar. The wings weren't even warm and probably sitting there all day. The croutons were stale and the spinach had pieces of paper in it. Plum nasty. If you don't believe me go and check it out yourself. I'll never eat anything that is prepared there and set out for bugs and flies to feast on. Nasty plum nasty.

Is very good American Grocery store with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and meat. Bakery products wine. Kroger offers fuel points. They have their own gas station they sell lottery and all kid of soft drinks chese and Mexican food is also sold here. Over all it is a super center for all kind of groceries.

I enjoy shopping at this location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I drive past 3 Kroger’s just to shop at this location. Reading the previous reviews about long lines, yes sometimes I experience this occasionally but a lot of businesses are short staffed. I thank the staff for being present each time I shop there. Practice some patience shoppers.

The staff here is always so nice and helpful but the deli counter has got to improve on their sanitation practices. I watched the young man behind the counter today reach into his pockets to pull his phone out and answer text messages all without ever removing his plastic gloves and then never changed them to handle the deli turkey. I cannot imagine how many germs were transferred from his phone to someone’s lunch meat! I love this Kroger but this has to improve!
