I used the self wash for my little Chino. Very easy and convenient. However I will probably bring my own shampoo next time the one they provided was very diluted. I will be using the self wash quite often from now own. Very pleased overall.

The bathing area was a mess. When I arrived to give my dog a bath and there were two other furry friends getting a bath. I waited until they finished.... The sign on the window says, "don't enter until the bathing area has been cleaned" I went to go get an employee to clean the area. Be mindful, there was hair and water all over the floor and in the tubs. The comb and brushes had hair from the previous dogs still in them. When the employee came, he just rinsed the tubs out. That's it!!! It was filthy in there. I asked for a refund and went the one in Cordova.The staff there wasn't lazy and the self -grooming was CLEAN. Not to mention,at this location, the whole store was filthy. I won't be returning.

Great experience as always. The lady working remembered us from a few weeks ago with a sick cat and asked how she was doing. Used the self wash and noticed they were out of towels but when we asked for some they brought them right to us. Keep up the great work!

I always love coming in to Hollywood Feed. We recently rescued a puppy who was injured and I came up to give him a bath and get the necessary supplies. I had my very energetic five year old with me and all of the guys working were awesome and so helpful. So grateful for their assistance and patience!

Great experience being assisted by Pierre at the Germantown location. He greeted us immediately and asked if we needed help, and when I said yes, he stopped what he was doing and gave me his full attention. He listened carefully and made thoughtful suggestions to help meet my dog's needs. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and the inventory, while being kind and professional. Great associate and an asset to the company.

Very nice place! Have everything you need for your dog or cat. Rowdy enjoyed walking through the store. Bad parking area.Almost hit a young lady as I backed out. She saw me backing out but hurriedly rushed behind me. The traffic on Germantown Parkway is crazy and I guess she was in a rush. I imagine if her parents were with her they would be in shock as I was!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I needed a food for my senior dog that is having issues and they helped me find a new food and guarantee if she doesn't like it to bring it back for a full refund. Excellent customer service every time!

Today was my first time ever taking a trip inside of the Hollywood feed right around the corner from home. And the petco is no longer by home. So this ended up being so wonderful bc of the genuine customer service I received from the moment I walked into the door. And that’s all thanks to your employee Pier that I will now come here when I’m shopping for my fur babies. He needs a promotion ASAP

I have been looking somewhere for a self wash for my large dog. I was referred to Hollywood feed in Germantown. The staff was amazing and so helpful. They gave both my pups a treat. They were able to answer my questions, they made sure I had everything that I needed. When I was finished with my puppy they helped me out of the store with both of my pups. It was a great experience, I will be returning in the future. You all rock! Thank you so much.

I use to shop at this store all the time, but as of late it’s gone down hill. You can never find anything in stock, and when you ask the staff they say it’s a shortage. I don’t understand this, how can it only be out of stock at this store. The staff could not even help me with the most basic question, and yet I had to correct them turn over the bag and tell them yes, it does have pea flour in it. The amount of times I walk into this store and I see the staff laying on the counter with their phones blaring whatever they are watching or eating is astonishing to me. The store owner deserves to know how this location is being operated. I am a huge fan of Hollywood Feed but unfortunately I can not continue to shop at the germantown location due to the lack of inventory, the cleanliness, attitudes and lack of knowledge. I wanted to make you aware of this.

We used the self service dog wash and it was fun! We had just gotten muddy at the dog park and it was definitely convenient to not have to make a mess at home trying to clean him. It was really busy though and so we had to wait quite a bit. I have always loved Hollywood feed for their holistic options, quality and service. It worth the price most definitely.
