I wish I could give this store zero stars. Never, and I mean Never select this store. I place an order over a week ago for a Valentine's Day delivery. They never showed and wouldn't answer the phone. I requested a full refund today and they delivered after Valentine. They are terrible and the entire company is well. You can reach anyone. I could only leave one star, however, they are actually ZERO Stars!

I ordered my friend flowers and an edible arrangement from this location for her birthday last week. Some of her flowers were DEAD, and the fruit was furry/fuzzy like it wasn’t fresh. I want to know who looked at these dead:half dead FALL flowers for a summer birthday and thought they were appropriate. The fruit was inedible. For the cost of these items, I expect a LOT more from a known chain such as this. My friend spoke with the manager over the phone and told him she wanted to come show him these items. When she arrived, he wouldn’t come out of the back to speak with her or look. He just said “give her a refund.” This is very poor customer service. On what was supposed to be a happy occasion, my friend was sent flowers I wouldn’t approve to send to a funeral! She was embarrassed in front of all of her co workers. Do better Edible Arrangements!More should have been done to rectify this situation.

Buyer Beware!! I would never recommend this business because the pictures speak for themselves. I’m embarrassed that arrangement was sent in my name. I even paid an extra $6 for 3 chocolate dipped pineapple to be ADDED to the arrangement so it would be full. It was not full.I called to tell the manager how disappointed I was and he made numerous excuses and never owned the ugly sparse fruit arrangement he made and delivered. I was mortified! Never again!

Ordered an arrangement, a card, and flowers for my mom’s birthday. They delivered her arrangement but forgot the flowers, and the lady told her she would be back. They came back with the flowers a couple hours later after I’d called and left a voicemail demanding a refund because they were closed and she did not have her flowers. Little did I know they were still going to deliver them even after they’d closed. They showed me this company is great in customer service! I was so happy and shocked cause I just felt they weren’t coming back, but they did! Fruited were sweet some weren’t like the cantaloupe. Flowers were pretty. She enjoyed the surprise.

I receive a fruit basket for valentines but as begin to pull the strawberries off they was soft so as I looking at them they was also some molded and it was growing so I contact them the next day they didn’t apologize. The only thing fruit specialist said was to bring it back and they will replace it I couldn’t make it so I took them back today and no one still didn’t apologize them gone say they didn’t have what needed in stock so that I will have to come back In the morning. Then they wanted to say I had 24 hour to bring it back in which that was never mention to me when I call the first time just know for future reference I will not be getting nothing from there again because they was rude and as for whoever making the baskets I know u see the fruit as u preparing the basket to see that it’s something wrong wit them😡😡😡😡😡…should’ve took my picture to show my proof…

Took 30 minutes to get my platter after the time they said it was ready for pick up. I also didnt get the white chocolate covered strawberries I ordered. The strawberries were all milk chocolate.

poor customer service, and communication at the Germantown Tennessee no online customer service number to contact. Never again. Only local the 12 strawberries was not sweet is nothing like their marketing photos still white and very watery like they have been frozen. Don’t waste your money. Very poor condition fruit, I thrown it out! will never use them again, Germantown Tennessee

I am a store manager at an edible arrangement in Texas. I had a repeat customer order through me and sent to this store. The manager called me and rudely informed me they don’t make changes to anything. Even though it was a simple request, she clearly did not want to take the time to make a memory for a repeat customer. Hopefully this will lead to some new training for this store managerr

Extremely disappointed at the service, first time using it, requested if delivery could be in the evening so birthday person could be surprised which was declined on the day of delivery , no mention of it beforehand or when order placed that this won’t be possible , waste of time and money. I was so looking forward to it after reading overall reviews (should have looked at this branch reviews ), would not recommend it to a friend. Also, arrangement is ok, not impressive one as shown in the pic.

Whoever the young man with the nose piercing who was on duty 01/19/2023 around 4:55pm is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. I placed an order for CURBSIDE pickup, the young man calls around 4:45pm to let me know the store closes at 5pm and asks what time was I coming to get my order & how far away I was.. first and for most luckily I was already 5 minutes away from this location and second the hours online says they close at 6pm they need to update their hours and not get an attitude with the customer about inquiring upon them. Lastly… if the website and email confirmation says curbside order is available he states that they no longer offer curbside the lobby is open and I need to come inside.. what is the point of offering something and still advertising it if your employees are not going to fulfill what the customer requests and just do their job… Smh pretty much lazy to me and don’t wanna do their job tasks.

I’m giving two stars to be generous. My friend loved her arrangement, so y’all can thank her for that. Anyway...My sister and I ordered and arrangement to be delivered on Monday. My friend is really going through trying times so we wanted to cheer her up. The arrangement wasn’t delivered. My friend was there around the time they claim to have “attempted” delivery, but I got an email saying undelivered. I never got a phone call or anything so I had to contact the store to ask about it.At this point we are at strike 2, because the attitude of the person who answered was trash. There was no update on the order...just a measly “it’ll be redeliver Ed cause she wasn’t there”. #TooGhetto.I call the best day around 2:00 pm and this same store tells me ANOTHER store has it based on the area code. How? When and why?! When I just talked to y’all yesterday and wasn’t told this information. The lady told me the number of the other store and didn’t even bother asking if I was ready or had a pen. Thank God I’m not slow! I remembered the number and called the other store and was told “Aw...okay yeah it’s being redelivered.” Before I could even say goodbye or ask questions the person hung up.Y’all are rude and have terrible nasty attitudes. Hire some folks with good attitudes. You would think customer service would be top tier since we are in the middle of a pandemic and some folks don’t even have jobs anymore. Be grateful and I hope when you’re friends and family need cheering up, you have some dependable folks who come through for them. Bye

Ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter's bday of course there were more strawberries over anything else. and they were SOUR!! All of them. If you're going to use majority of the same fruit at least be knowledgeable of how to pick them. There is a way to tell if they're sour or you just don't care. She's never had a strawberry before and this was her first bad experience. Awful. I need my money back.

The location on 6641 Poplar Avenue in Germantown, store 6333 has a no refund policy. The reason being, they have terrible fruit and if you request delivery. They pretend like they attempted; however, you will never find a door tag indicating they had been to the delivery location. This was my experience and when I requested a delivery, they lied like they would re-deliver the next day. I was home all day and they never showed up. I called and spoke with the unprofessional ignorant manager and told him to just cancel, he stated they have a no refund policy. I simply called my credit card company and explained what occurred and that I never took posession of their product. They stated as long as I never had posession of the product, they could do a charge back and put my money back on my card. So, if you have that problem....that's what you should do. If you buy anything from Edible Arrangements make sure you pay by credit or debit card. There is two ways to skin a cat. Spread the word!

I order at least 2-3 times per year! Each year, even this past year with all that happened, the orders were both beautiful and delicious! I was super skeptical due to COVID and all the restrictions, shut downs, etc., that my delivery would be late or not presentable, but that was not the case! Edible Arrangements is easy to work with and never disappoints!

Ordered a petite bouquet and a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my parents for Valentine's Day the Monday before Valentine's. I do feel the price is expensive for what you get, but I was happy that they would deliver and ended up having it delivered on Thursday (the day before Valentine's Day). My mother texted me midday on Thursday and sent me a picture of the bouquet, but when I asked if she got any chocolate covered strawberries she denied. I nor she was ever alerted that the chocolate strawberries were found or they realized that they hadn't delivered.I work full time, so every time I tried to call the store was closed and the voicemail was full. Unfortunately there is no e-mail to send grievances to, just a phone number for the store. Since I was off Monday (three days after Valentine's Day), I ended up calling and finally did speak with one of the staff who stated I had to discuss with the manager and to call back after 2 pm. I did call back after 2, and the manager did answer. I explained what happened, and he stated that he would remedy by sending a dozen chocolate strawberries to be delivered on Tuesday.However, Tuesday came and went, and my mother never had anything delivered to her house.On the way home TODAY (Wednesday), I called the store again and discussed with a staff who stated that her manager was once again out of the store. I explained to her that I have a full-time job and cannot keep calling at different parts of the day to "hopefully" call when the manager was there, and said that he needed to call me. She did take my name and number and stated that she would relay my information and request him to call me.I did get a call around an hour later, and the manager was calling to confirm my parents' address. I got a text from my Mom around 20-30 minutes later that the strawberries were delivered.My parents stated that the fruit was very delicious on the bouquet and they felt that the amount of fruit was "pretty good" for the size of the bouquet. The delay in delivery of the chocolate covered strawberries was very frustrating, as I do not have endless hours to try and make sure that it would get resolved. However, in the end the manager did remedy the error and it sounded like he did it personally which is appreciated (though it seems like it was only done because once again I called today to follow-up on the fact that they had not been delivered when they were originally supposed to be).I think if I were to order again, I might just go to the store to order and pick-up, but then that takes away the ease of just having it delivered to the recipient.

This has got yo be one of THEE most unprofessional locations I think I've ever ordered/delivered from!!! My husband and I ordered from here many years ago to have an arrangement delivered to my sister's job with a BEAUTIFUL heartfelt card attached. Never mind the fact that they were LATE delivering it, but they ALSO didn't attach the card. We swore we wouldn't order from them again. Fast forward to the fact that I've had other people, not once but TWICE have arrangements delivered from this location and something was missing! The first time was the strawberries and the second time (YET!! AGAIN!!) was the card. This time around, however, I'm BEYOND angry because I called to let them know I'd be in to pick up the card. The guy I talked to (assuming he's the manager, as the young lady I spoke with a SECOND time said he was the only one in the store earlier that day to take the call)said he'd have it printed and ready at the front and he apologized saying Mother's day is always busy. Sure. Whatever. But the fact that I called 5 MINS before I pulled up to tell the girl I'm around the corner and may be 2 mins late, she didn't even know what I was talking about AND I pulled up at the time i specified TO LOCKED DOORS!!! I'm so fed up with this location! I honestly just wish they'd go out of business and let someone more qualified occupy the space. I'm honestly sick to death of their sorry excuses.

It was my pregnant wife’s birthday Saturday and I ordered chocolate covered strawberries with balloons to be sent to her job. Sadly the balloons never made it. This discovery was just the beginning of a horrible experience. I called the location to ask about the balloons, I was instructed that there are balloons blown up at the store (because that benefited me). No apology no offer of resolution. So I then asked to speak to a manager and I was advised to call back Monday. I called Monday and spoke to the same grumpy woman from Saturday and the manager again was not available. She also informed me that he’s never there and I would can keep calling but will not be able to speak with him concerning my service and my order. A simple apology would have been accepted but I felt dismissed. I would never order anything from this location again.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on the 5th, before 2pm. I called to check the status of the delivery. I was informed that it was in route/transit and would be delivered on time. However, the order was never received. There was not a notification of a delivery issue. The recipient was not called as their number was left just incase there was an issue. Store refuses to issue me my refund.

Received flowers that were dead and falling apart before I got them out the bag. Seems like they were cut and placed on top of the stems. Dead leaves. My boyfriend spent a lot of money on them so I didn’t want to complain but this is unacceptable for a name brand company.

This was my first experience ordering online for an edible arrangement delivery, and I am very pleased with the experience overall. The arrangement I ordered was delivered to the recipient in a timely manner as scheduled, in tact, and was accurate to the online depiction. The recipient was thrilled with the flavor and presentation. I especially liked the amount of customization you could put into the elements of the arrangement. I would absolutely order again in the future.

First time ordering from this particular location. Had it delivered. Very disappointed. Very irregular berries, not sweet. Pineapples cut irregular and chocolate falling off all items. Also ordered brownie that was rolling loose in container! Nothing about presentation looked professional. It looked as if it was a platter created with the rejected fruit left over!.Germantown location

Ordered an arrangement that unfortunately was delivered late on a Friday after the recipient had left for the day. I called the store, and received so-so customer service. The arrangement was delivered the following Monday. The driver, Maurice, apologized for the mistake. Edible Arrangements doesn't have delivery windows, but Maurice said that he should have caught the delivery window information that I put in the comments section for the delivery, and said he would sort things out. He certainly didn't have to go out of his way, but wanted to provide exceptional customer service.He was out of the office for a few days due to losing a loved one, but still delivered on his promise when he came back into the office the next week. He delivered another arrangement. He provided outstanding customer service and certainly helped to retain a customer. Thanks Maurice!

November 20th at 3:30 (sorry I didn’t get names) I ordered a platter online for same day delivery to be delivered to an urgent care for going above and beyond when I came in with a dog bite. The woman at EA immediately called me wondering if knew when they were getting off because she wanted to make sure the people who worked in me recurved the platter. I said I wasn’t sure but they closed at 8p, the arrangement was delivered within one hour! I’m so impressed and grateful that the importance of the order was shared by EA staff, as I’m sure we are all grateful for our healthcare workers during this time of COVID.

I ordered the I love you swizzle berries on February the 13th from this location and the lady told me they was getting delivered that day but didn't. I called back on the 14th of February and the lady left me on hold for 45 minutes and never came back and i still did not receive my order. So now i call today to cancel my order because i still don't have my order. This location is trash and i advise people to actually go out and personally get there own stuff. I am never doing buisbusiwith people here again.

Ordered a Valentine basket to be delivered to my wife’s office. I placed the order early on the 13th. I have been trying to call since around noon to make sure my order would arrive. Been on hold twice for 30 minutes with no response then sent to voice mail several times but no mailbox to leave a message. Tried to call another store and was treated rudely by the person who answered the phone. It is now after 4pm and the order has yet to be delivered. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGIN

I know it’s the holiday but come on I called them twice and on for 14min and the second one for 13 min no one answered I went straight on hold! All I want to do is check on my order status!! So today is Valentine’s Day and they didn’t notify me that the delivery left and they didn’t give me no delivery timing so the driver went to the house of my fiancé, he says he knocked on the door but my in-laws were at the house. All I have is one missed call from the driver nothing more nothing less so he went back with my order I paid almost $100 for this unprofessional employees shame on edible arrangement!!! SoI’m trying to call them it goes directly to voicemail,

Ordered an arrangement 3 weeks in advance for it to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It did not show up until after my wife had left for work. I tried to call them all day and only one time did they answer and immediately hung up on me. Then after 1 pm all my calls went straight to voicemail. Finally got someone to answer at about 5:15 and they said they would resend it the next day for us and they didn't have enough drivers. Ruined this Valentine's Day for my wife. Will NEVER use edible arrangements from any store ever again.
