So fist I want to say thank you to Paws & Claws for allowing us to exchange our items. We live all the way in Birmingham, AL and on a trip to Gatlinburg we decided to stop by this store and get our dog Puppy some cute clothing unfortunately it didn't fit. The Older Lady who works the register was amazing she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items in the store. My only complaint is you guys close to early to be fair there was winter weather that had affected the area so that might be why. Paws & Claws my husband and I will be back next year. Thank you and your staff for the amazing service!

We visit this store every time we are down here. It's so nice so many choices, it's one of the few places I can find pictures of black pugs and not just tan. Things arnt crazy priced like other places in the area

I love this store. Yes it is a bit pricey but the clothes are well made. As a seamstress I am aware of the cost of materials and time. My Sophie absolutely 💯 loves her pj's. I live 8 hrs away but visit when I can. Some of the clothes do run a little small so I had to size up.

This place has been there since I believe 1989 or so. The Gentleman that I have had the pleasure of speaking with twice now on my visits is so very friendly. He is also helpful in picking out something for your pet or suggesting something. They have lots of clothes for your pet regardless if it is a dog or even monkey. They have all kinds of pet clothes from team jerseys to regular outfits. I just couldnt talk my husband into a pet stroller, but I'm working on it

Nice and fun little place for a quick visit when you’re in Gatlinburg. The person working there was helpful and nice. She mentioned something about mail returns for when something doesn’t fit your pet. I found a cute collar for my cat here

Very nice store with lots of great merchandise. We didn’t make a purchase however due to the very grumpy woman working in the afternoon on 8/5/23. I realize everyone has a bad day so we just moved on not to let the sourness spoil our time in Gatlinburg. We love puppy items so we’ll try again on another visit.

We got the cutest pup stuff here! Lots of things to choose from. The lady was very helpful with the merchandise in the store as well as directions to an outdoor activity we wanted to do! Super sweet too!

We bought the wrong size pet jersey, and we didn't know until we got home. We called the store, and they made the exchange very easy. The new size fits, and we are thrilled! Geaux Tigers - LSU!!

They were super friendly. My furbaby and I were able to have a short fashion show and no one complained. I spent $90, loved the items but the prices are too high for the few items I bought. It is a tourist attraction that's probably the ONLY reason I went ahead with the purchase...plus the staff was really nice to my fur-daughter.

Amazing people at this store! Trying to find my fur baby a harness for our hike and I went in without Axle found one I thought would fit, well it didn’t. I came back in this time with Axle and my receipt because it’s a pet friendly mall and store and they would exchange with a receipt. The gentleman there was so friendly and let me try on different ones till we got the best fit for Axle! They have so much to chose from especially for all of your “Game Day” needs!

The young lady at the counter was pushing her political views on us plus was trying to tell me what was and wasn’t ‘suitable’ for my kitten to wear. Also it’s primarily a place for dog clothes/accessories/toys. VERY pricey and if you try to go in the evening, they’ll randomly be closed despite the hours being listed as open till 9. It’s really not worth the time or money and the employee will make you uncomfortable.

This place was awesome! Thanks to David we bought our dog a stroller and it helped up beyond our beliefs. We where able to take our dog in about 99% of the stores in the mountains. Our pet hardly ever stayed in the room because of this. Bought our little some nice clothes as well! Special thanks again!

We went in there, bc my daughter is getting a puppy, and she was looking for a jersey for him. This middle aged lady came up to us and said you all can take your mask off, because it was just mandated that we don’t have to wear them. I informed her that I had health conditions that require me to be extra careful from getting Covid. She then started screaming out loud that she does also, and that her husband died of it, and she isn’t wearing one. I said well you are braver than I am. She then stared at my daughter and I the whole time we were there. When we went up to the cash register to pay a nice guy was behind the register, and asked us were we where from. He then gave us the receipt to sign. I gave my daughter a pen to sign with instead of using their pen, and the lady gave us the meanest look.I would never shop there again. She was trying to enforce her political views on us. EXTREMELY RUDE!

We drove 2 hours to come to this store. There was a sign stating they would be back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later she comes out of a door inside the store and comes out the front ​door just to tell us that she wasn't opening yet. I asked her how long she was very very rude saying " I guess as long as it takes me" so went to another store came back in about an hour and a half . When we cam back she had already closed and locked the door and it was only 4:45 pm. The website says they are open til 10 pm. She came to the door and was very rude again stating that she didn't care what website says and didn't care that we waited 2 hours before. She needs to be replaced asap! I will never come here again . If I could I would rate a negative 10 stars!!

Very cold and rude saleswoman. Was in the store with my family and she followed around my daughter like she was a potential felon as she tried to find something for her puppy. Not to mention their merchandise is overpriced. Save your time and shop at Pet Smart or your local dog shoppe after you leave gatlinburg. They will appreciate your business more than these merchants.

I absolutely love this place! The man that runs it is the nicest guy ever! They have all kinds of things for your furry friend. Outfits, strollers, you name it. It's also conveniently located right in the middle of Gatlinburg. Every time I'm in town I make it a priority to stop by Paws & Claws!

There was a sign that said be back in 10 minutes. We waited for 40 minutes before they came back. Employee didn't apologize or anything. I understand things come up but if you're 30 minutes late then at least have the courtesy to apologize.After finally getting into the store we found the selection was limited and just felt like yet another tourist trap.

We were there over a yr ago and bought a stroller for our 3lb shorkie (she was about 2.5lbs then) and she loves it. Reasonable in prices and very nice. We are here again on vac and cant wait to go back and see whats new and pick up a couple more outfits fornour furbaby. What a fabulous store.

Zero stars! I bought a jersey that I wasn’t sure if it would fit our friends dog or not and they explicitly told me that we could mail it and return it for an exchange of size. We did that, mailed everything, made sure it was tracked, left our call back number, everything. And NOTHING! They did not call, they won’t answer any calls (we’ve been trying for I over 3 months now), and they won’t return our voicemails we’ve left. Horrible customer service as it doesn’t exist! They may have been nice in person and I wish we had gotten the right size originally but now we are out the money we paid and we have no jersey at all. Don’t shop with them.

Awful! No Stars! This place is the rudest! I walked in with my 2 kids and a few others and we were looking around....I picked up 3 dog sweaters trying to decide which one i liked the best but decided not to get any so I put the 3 sweaters back in its correct place and walked out. My friends were still in the store shopping and actually spent $80 in the store. As they were checking out, DAVID made comments to my friends that he was concerned that I “Took” “Stole” the items because he did not see me put the items back. I was floored!! I went back in the store to assure him that I did not steal from him and showed him that I put everything back in its place and stated that he was totally out of line, unprofessional, etc.⚠️ WARNING!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Would stay far away from this place. The employee was so rude and tried. Asked about something particular, and I didnt like the quality, so I said no thank you, and the employee got pissed and said "well you changed your mind quickly." Ended up buying a bandana because I couldnt find it anywhere in Miami. Get back to the resort to find out the bandana was stapled onto the package and has tiny holes all over it from the staples. This place would not be recommended.

Walked into this store looking for something beagle themes for my pup on 6/11/17 at a little before 2pm. Was looking at the mugs with my boyfriend. One of the mugs said "my dog is smarter than your president." My boyfriend commented well that's kinda rude just under his breath kinda comment. This girl who works there walked up to us and says you know he's under investigation. We looked at her with dumbfounded faces n said sorry we don't wanna talk about that n walked on. N she continued "well I hope they find something." We just turned n walked out. No business from us. The fact that she tried to press political views on us as customers just based on a private comment that wasn't very politics related... It disgusted me. I didn't get her name but she looked to be in her late teens, early twenties. Tattoos and face piercings on her lips. I didn't go to the store or vacation to talk politics. I came here to spend money and have a good time doing it. Disgusted with this.

Salesclerk was odd. We were just browsing and the gentleman working there started helping and then started talking about prices ect. I told the guy that it's not worth his time to try push his prices on my mom. He started getting very defensive about it. We kept telling him we were trying to simply tell him to not go there. He asked us to leave and we were more than glad to. Avoid this place.

This is a very cute shop and last year when I was in Gatlinburg on vacation I bought a stroller and some dog clothes....around $250. I went back ths year and bought some harneses and a leash and tether. I was not sure about my purchase and the very polite southern gentleman working at the store assured me I could bring back the leashes if they didn't work out.Well...when I took them back I was told it was a No Return Policy and was told that I had to exchange my $48 purchase for something else in the store.I was livid, but still looked around the store to see if I could find something, but nothing worth $48 struck me. So, I left the merchandise on the counter and went back home and called my bank. They told me to wait and see if the store would refund my money and if they didn't, they would investigate.Now, I was in there alone and so no one except me an the store workers and maybe a couple of patrons saw me leave the merchandise on the counter. The store person put the merchandise in a bag and shoved it under the counter.What do YOU think will happen in this scenario? I suspect that I will have to pay $48 for merchandise that I left at the store!

These people are horrible!!!!I went there on vacation and purchased 2 jerseys for my 2 Frenchbulldogs over $25 each at that! One jersey didn't fit so I PRIORITY shipped it back for an exchange and then paid for a return priority label and I've never herd from them since. They've declined my refund and I have yet to receive anything back. they are liars and thieves they don't care about customers or the service they provide DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I love gaitlynburg with all my loving heart and almost everywhere is nice but this place is not the place to go. The cashier followed me and my girlfriend all around the store and with my experience when a person does that I know that she's labeling people. If this keeps up I dont see this store lasting much longer save your time and go somewhere else that have respect customers and has a smile on their face. If I or you want to be treated that way may I suggest going up the street to this WONDERFUL place call DICKS they have great food and they treat you just as bad as this place does. The only difference is DICKS they get paid for that and they have great food at reasonable prices. This place no just go to DICKS you'll have a way better time.. never stopping in this place again.. honestly wish I could go lower on the stars they dont deserve a 1.

Im from NC and bought two life vests from this shop when I was in Gatlinburg on vacation. Got home and they didnt fit my dogs. I shipped them back to store and they sent me a bigger size. Excellent service! They are very good about exchanging purchases if they dont work. Love the store!!

Sign said be back in 10 minutes. We walked around the rest of the mall for 25 minutes. When we came back we watched a woman open the store and immediately locked it back. How can you buy anything when the store is closed?
