Stopped in just to see what the shop has to offer. We were met by the most amazing owner. Holly was so friendly and made you feel very welcome. She has decided to close her shop by the end of the year which is sad. If you are in the area and in need of some items for you for baby, this is the place!

I wish I could give it more than 5 starts! I have so many amazing things to say! The store is sooo cute!! It has many varieties of pet toys, clothers, and treats! A lot of awesome gifts for your little ones. However, the main star is Wonderly (the owner), OMG, she is so nice! She will give all the attention and help you need. My husband and I wanted to do a trail in the park, but we couldn't find a pet sitter for our little guy; she offered to watch him for a few hours for us! Ted had the best afternoon and came home with new toys! So lovely! What a great treat to meet you, Wonderly, thank you for everything.

Very pet friendly with friendly owner! Many toys, pet clothing, and anything else you could want for your furry friend. A must for any pet owner, and bring our dog! They will be moving to new location in March.

While on vacation near Gatlinburg with my service dog and husband the week of 9/16/19, my SD's paws got injured two ways; gravel burn on one paw and friction burn from his dew claw (from using dog boots to protect from heat) on the other paw. Once we realized we needed more help than from our pet first aid kit, we searched for pet stores and Holly and Willow's shop came up. We had an amazing experience there. Holly was extremely attentive and helped me find a pair of dog socks that would fit well enough to keep the injury from getting worse. The shop as a whole was awesome, she even had some items I've never seen in stores before, like dog nose sunscreen and cooling mats. We are so thankful for Holly and Willow's Pet Barn for helping us when we were in desperate need of help. In the end we were able to fix the situation enough so that Bentley (my dog) could go on a short-ish hike with gusto! Thank you guys so so so much!

Beautiful pet store. Stopped last fall to buy our new puppy a harness and collar. Had to stop again. Lady is always nice and helpful without being pushy. Prices are Amazing!Highly recommend!

I can’t believe I’ve never posted about this little shop before! If you love animals this shop is for you! Wonderly (the owner) is so sweet! She truly makes you feel like she’s been a friend for years. They have all kinds of pet supplies for both cats and dogs. Its definitely worth the drive. She has treats, food, collars, harness, etc. We’ve been visiting this store for years! Check it out folks. My fur babies love visiting too!!❤️🐶🐱

The prices were good, with selection of different items such as homemade coasters & beds. The lady shop owner was super, very attentive, helpful & went out of her way. Recommend you & your fur babies visit.

I love this little hidden gem, it's family owned and the lady that owns the place or her husband are the only ones who work there. She went above and beyond for me and my pup, we went in to purchase a stroller because my little guy doesn't do crowds or leashes. She held the stroller for me for over a week to make sure i got the one i wanted. While there we got him 3 shirts. Our experience was so great we went back the morning we left and got a goodie bag of homemade treats which she also held for me because my boy is picky and she only had a few of the treats I knew he would eat. We will be back every trip now.

This was a great pet store. I found lots of cute things and they are very reasonably priced. The owners were so nice and even stayed open late for us since we were just visiting the area and had arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing.

Clean, organized, fully stocked store with knowledgeable, caring staff and the best prices. What more can you ask for? Conveniently located in the Arts & Crafts Village, about 7 minutes from Gatlinburg. Before I forget, with every purchase, regardless of total amount, whether you buy one item or the whole store, you'll get, absolutely free, some of the best customer service in the Smokey Mountain (thanks Jim). Our 4 dogs (2 Yorkies, 1Cava-Tzu, and 1 Yorkshire Terrier) were treated like royalty. I definitely recommend Holly & Willow's Pet Barn.
