We stopped in today and it was wonderful!!! The lady was super nice and helped me decide on sizes/ and which treats to get!! We looked at many stores for treats/ souvenirs for our pup and it was the perfect stop for us!! Between them and Ole Smoky, we got to enjoy our day with our pup and spoil her!! Plus, we got the perfect little Easter treats for her that she LOVES!! Will definitely stop in every time we visit!!

Bonediggity Bakery is such a cute store, especially if you have a four-legged fur-baby at home. There is an interesting selection of toys, collars, and dog treats. The lady working was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions. If you are in the area, I encourage you to stop in.

Ritzi Pawz Dog Shampoo 16 oz & 8 oz, Cologne 8 oz & Conditioner 8 oz as well as 2 oz each - 4 piece Dog Bathing sets are now all sold at Bonediggity Barkery located at the Village in Gatlinburg TN. A great store for finding what every Dog needs. While visiting the area, go check them out.

We used to go to this place every year when visiting Gatlinburg (until our fur baby passed away 2 years ago). Anyway, I was going thru pics and realized I never created a review for this awesome shop! One year, we bought the body carrier for Mickey (6lbs gets heavy after a couple hours!). Hubby and I laughed at each other the rest of the trip for being one of "those" pet owners. THEN, we went back and bought the Gen7Pets Regal Plus Pet Stroller. At that point, Mickey was probably already 7 y.o., and I gotta tell ya', that's something I REALLY wish we had done SOONER!!! The lady that was working at the time was very helpful. And she was actually familiar with it, so she was able to show us all the features. I'm pretty sure that's what sold me because I'm a cheapskate! Great products from a great store!

Bought our fur babies some homemade bakery goods while on vacation. They absolutely love them. I just wish we were closer so we could buy them anytime we wanted.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly people working behind the desk. We talked about our rescue animals and what they mean to us. Never felt forced to purchase anything, she just wanted to educate me on their different options which I thought was awesome.

Just a quaint little spot, almost could walk right past it. Very small, bot much room to walk through, but has a nice collection of specialty treats for your babies! I got my dog a couple of treats, and I got my cats catnip bubbles!

First, this store has moved to The Village (within walking distance of it's old location). I loved their variety of treats, very honest about ingredients which made choosing treats easy. I love the fact they have so many options that do not involve chicken (I have 2 dogs allergic to chicken) that my dogs love. I'm excited to return soon!

Bought 2 shirts , a light up collar, and treats tonight for our Toy Poodle ..very small shop but filled with lot of adorable items .Prices were fair especially for being in a tourist area like the villages in Gatlinburg. I could have spent alot more there. Hard to find places that carry small sizes.

Please look past the 1 star reviews and give this place a chance. Pamela, the owner, was incredibly nice to my fiancee and I; even spoiling my two dogs with copious amounts of treats even though we only made a small purchase initially. The prices are fair, especially for a pet "boutique" and the locally made, organic treats are a huge plus. One of our munchkins got a bit chilly so we decided to swing back by to purchase her a sweatshirt. Pamela was nice enough to close the store for a few minutes and personally size our dog for a proper fit and of course supplied the pups with more free treats. We had a great experience here and encourage others to stop by.

This store is fantastic! I went in for a chew stick and came out with clothes and a stroller too! The employee was very nice. She helped me find a neutral colored stroller and even sat down in the floor and put it together for me. We will definitely be back next time we are in Gatlinburg!

The gentleman who helped us was amazing. He was knowledgeable, and attended to all of our questions. I have two heavy chewers, and his suggestions for my babies was spot on.I have read other reviews about the female owner...skip this place if she is there. But enter and purchase if the guy is there.

We were very happy with Pam and the selections at her store. We will be going back when we're down there again. And, placing orders online too. Reading the other reviews really makes me wonder how these people really are. I work in retail and know how people can be. Kudos!

As we were walking into the store, 3 women, one of them being the store's owner, started to walk out of the same door we are coming in. After the two women were outside, the owner stood in the doorway and continued to talk to the other women and would not let us pass her. I tried to pass her to the left side of the doorway so we could go inside and she said, "Say excuse me!". My husband asked, "Are we not allowed to come into the store?" and then I said, "We just want to get some treats for our dog". The owner said very rudely, "I am taking a moment" (Taking a moment? Who says that?) and stayed standing where she was at, blocking us from entering. So as we were turning around to leave, my husband said, "You can have your moment, take all the time you need, we are leaving". THEN the store owner steps aside to let us inside. Are you kidding me? We felt so hurt by this woman. We went to Gatlinburg to spend some money in the stores and enjoy ourselves. Clearly this woman must not need our business considering how incredibly rude she was. We will never step foot into that store again, EVER. Sometimes, regardless of how good your intentions are, people will still be nasty for no reason.

The lady was so rude. I was standing in line to buy treats for my pup when an owner came behind me. I took a small step back and she put her hand on me and said "I'm standing behind you!" Very rudely. I wasn't close to her at all. I apologized and she just glared at me. I left without making my purchase. It was so rude. I am a small business major and hate leaving a review like this but she made me feel unwelcome. Businesses should not treat their customers this way and I recommend you don't go there.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews because we had such nice staff. The clerk, who was super friendly, accidentally overcharged me for an item but I didn't realize it until I got home, 600 miles away. I spoke with the owner who immediately refunded me the entire amount, including the cost of the item. We will definitely go back next time we're in Gatlinburg.

Lady working was beyond rude. I was so excited to bring a treat home for my puppy and happily plunked my card down for cookies. She ran it behind the counter & then asked for my PIN. Excuse me? I told her I didnt feel comfortable about that and asked if I could enter it. “I’m right here!” she practically yelled, obviously exasperated. I told her I didn’t want to give my PIN and would be happy to enter it myself. She threw my card back on the counter, REFUSING to allow me to enter my own PIN and said “What am I gonna do with it? I’m not going to have your card, am I??” Her attitude was so out of proportion, especially considering that her request was the one that was unreasonable. Great question lady. What were you going to do with it? Why would you rather turn away a sale than turn your little machine the way EVERY OTHER STORE has it? Ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money here.

This is one of the greatest dog and kitty stores in the area. Love the one on one personal attention we have received. More personable than a chain store. Lots of choices and our baby boy Tucker must visit several time during our visits in Gatlinburg. Pam makes us fill like we are part of the family.

As dog owners, my husband and I frequent local stores like this to first talk to people who love pets as much as we do, second to get specialized, local treats. We went to this store in the pouring rain on Friday, April 22. We had our puppy in a stroller because it was raining, and we intended on keeping him in there. The woman working that day said we could let him walk around the store, in fact insisted. So we did, on a leash. It wasn't until after he'd explored the perimeter that she told us that we had to purchase ANYTHING he touched with his mouth. Guess how much inventory is within dog-reach in this store. That's right, enough to break the bank! Not to mention that this is a puppy. Anything within reach is going to go into his mouth. We ended up having to purchase about $30 worth of crap that we never would have gotten our dog. Then, the telephone lines were down so she couldn't run my credit card. After offering to pay by check, she said they don't take checks, only credit or cash. This place is lucky that my husband is as patient as he is, because he went to retrieve cash so we could get out of there. If it had been just me, I would have walked out without paying for anything. To top things off, the music being played in this store is awful, so I had to stand there listening to it while waiting to be able to pay for stuff we didn't even want. Don't waste your money or your time. These people aren't interested in running a professional business, and they apparently have no clue about dogs.

Oliver (my cocker) and I had a great experience in this store:) Pamela was great! She was very kind and helpful. And she was great with Oliver. I just looked at the other reviews and they make no sense to me. For me instead of being critical think about what the person you are referring to that yelled at you may be going through. We all have struggles and you don't walk in her shoes! She was lovely;)

Lady working in store very rude. The store was small tried to look at merchandise. Lady working there yelled at my husband that she would help him when she was done with another customer. We were just looking. I told my husband let's go I will not purchase anything from this rude woman. Only person on vacation we ran into that was rude. We did buy several items for our puppies in other stores.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The lady working was very rude to me. I think she realized it since she immediately changed how she treated me when others walked in. By then it was too late. I refuse to give money to a store with rude employees. It was unfortunate as the clothes and items were cute. I went across the street to Paws and Claws Pet Fashion where the employees were extremely helpful.

After meeting and chatting with a nice lady at this establishment on Friday evening ; we returned on Saturday afternoon to make our purchases. We were met by a different rude venomous lady who “barked” at us for trying to enter her store while she was filling a water bowl at the entrance .Sale lost and no recommendations. Suggestion : Don’t “bark” at your customers. Try using your “Closed” sign if you don’t want customers in your store.
