I ordered a delivery from here. The delivery company delivered somewhere else. I called them, and the manager went above and beyond to make things right for me. She made sure to get my order hand delivered again, and sent a sweet card and some treats for my pup. I really appreciate great customer service. I will make sure to get all my pet supplies from them from now on. I had a great experience, and resolution.

Our dog Sandy was an outside dog before we got her. The first time we came she was super scared and didn't know what to think. We've had her about 2-3 months now and this store has helped her so much. Every time she comes in she's very excited and the workers are super excited to see her. They have helped us with toys, treats, calming stuff, clothing and even getting her washed. I would 100% recommend this place over any other pet store. 5 stars 🌟 100% rating. We love this place so much. Sometimes, even if we aren't buying anything, we will just take her here just to walk around to look at things because she loves looking at the ferrets.

Love this store! The they are so friendly and helpful. I'm trying to train my Maltese to be a therapy dog and they've been great helping her socialize. When my back went out and I had their food delivered, it was/is always on time. Once they didn't have the flavor my cats normally eat and they called and asked what else may work or if I wanted to skip the order. They have the BEST employees. Highly recommend even if it's just to take the furbabies on a little outing. I can be a pretty needy customer asking questions and looking for stuff, but they are always friendly and right there to help. They even carry my dog out when I have my hands full with leashes.

The store in Gallatin is new to our area so i decided to give it a try. I order my dog food and supplies needed and they always get it ready right away and message me when ready. I choose to pickup and its very easy, just pull up out front, call and they bring my order right out. They always include a thank you card and treat for my dogs. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this store. 😊

Honestly I wish I had a bigger space to write this but this Pet Supplies Plus location is the BOMB! The staff here are wonderful and very helpful to my dogs needs. You’ll always catch Sandy loving on the employees and enjoying looking around for food, treats and whatever she needs. I cannot thank the staff enough for all the help they’ve given to me and my partner in our hardest times training our dog to a new home. Thank you! You’ll see me around often!

Had to remove my 5 star rating this evening… while I was drying my golden doodle I just asked for extra time which for months I’ve been given without question. The employees at the counter turned the air back on for about 30 seconds before it turned off and I was then told I needed to purchase a second wash if I wanted to dry my doodle the rest of the way.The proper way this would have been handled was to allow me time dry Coby all the way and tell me in the future I’ll need to pay extra. Not while my dog is still wet.Edit…Thank you Richie for speaking with me. I hope our conversation was the last we have to have under these sort of circumstances.

They have great choices including a food line very similar to Purina One but more affordable. It has a 30 day guarantee - if you're pets won't eat it, bring it back to trade for another brand. Staff is super knowledgeable, friendly but not overbearing. I love shopping local and this is the perfect place for pet products!

Very awesome place, I love toenail Tuesdays. Only $7. And the do it yourself dog wash is a must do. They provide everything and it's cheap. Get there app and earn points when you spend money and you get money. Great place. So glad you came to Gallatin

Made a $12 purchase that was the purchase from hell. Swiped my card and the keypad said Approved. Cashier #1 and #2 "it's just pending it will drop off after you swipe the card a second time. Swipe #2 keypad "Approved" 3rd cashier "it didn't go through do you have another form of payment" ME: What about the second pending charge my acct has now? #3 It will drop off.As you can imagine I have now been overcharged and spent half an hour on the phone...Awaiting a return call.UPDATED: The Response from Owner below is asking me to call the number I have already called. Just going to walk away as my time is worth more than the $12.

I have been here several times now and I can say all of the employees that I have encountered have been fantastic. Cheerful and willing to help but not pressuring. It is a pet store so their food is a bit more from the "big box" stores. However, they have a much bigger variety of GOOD food for your furbaby. They also have all the good medicine for fleas and tics and heartworm. Don't buy that stuff at a grocery store. It's junk. Get your furbaby the good stuff! They have pet grooming also so bring your furbaby to get a bath and a trim. Or just bring your furbaby to pick out their next toy. A great pet store that I will definitely be coming back to.

The grooming staff did an exceptional job. My dog is very nervous around other people and barks and bites. My dog was calm the entire time during nail trim.Usually she experiences high stress, yelling from groomers and muzzles from other places but I was highly impressed with the way this store treated my dog.

Store stock is somewhat limited on specific items you might be looking for but they do carry many different animal products ( dog, cat, reptile and bird products). There is an on site groomer as well as do it yourself cleaning stations. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is very clean.
