I took my car to lanes for a alignment I had just put 4 new brand new tires on it so they took it back and I thought they done front and back like I told them so I drove the car for while and noticed my back tires was wearing from the inside the person that done the work come out and looked at the tires and said oh I didn't know you needed front and back alignment then he started with oh you need new stretch shocks this and that of course my brand new tires were ruined in 2 months they never ever one time offered man new tire a reimbursement or nothing I had give them money to do a alignment that never got done I think they need some kind of different management.... this was written by Kimberly reeder
