I have shopped at this store at least 3 times only to notice after I left that what I bought was more than the price on the shelf. I got oil that was 4.50 and it wrang up 5.60. Today I got Graham crackers that were supposed to be 3.50, and I get to my car, look at my receipt and it's 4.60. They need to update the shelf prices or honor them. I'm getting really sick of trying to pick the cheapest item only to be jipped at the register.

I have never had a problem with the girls working. Always there to help with questions, always seem to know where a product's location in the store if any. Decent selection on most what your looking for. Have plenty name brand product so not real cheap I think but no problems with checking out at the register. You rock Savannah!

All that needs to be said in my opinion is, the employees are amazing an show of the kindest people you could encounter in a day.I mean they tolerate me staying humorous an maintaining courtesy with a smile. That says alot in my opinion.

There's always racks of new stuff sitting there blocking isles making it hard to either get a item or get past it with your shopping cart. Frequently long lines at the register with only 1 cashier. When the new store was moved and opened, it was awesome. But maybe the last year or a little less it seems to be not much better then the old store and it's location. I used to walk out alot leaving my cart in the old location, and I've left my cart twice in the new location. Thank you.

My honest opinion about this place is that they should have better workers. Each time I need help finding something, or ask if they have any other stuff in the back they run away and hide from the customers. There's at least 3-4 workers outside smoking with only one regester opened WHEN it's packed. Corporate needs to do a surprise visit.

Every time I go into the Dollar General in Gainesboro, the employees are always willing to be extremely helpful, especially Kori and Kelly. They were willing to help me with purchasing my food items out of their own pockets. I even tried to repay Kelly for how much she helped me, but she would not let me.

It's never stocked. The employees always hoard the clearance and sale items of name brands as they go on sale so you don't get a chance to buy them when they are supposed to be on sale. They will continuously be out of items for weeks at a time. The bathroom is hardly ever clean. Management and alot of the employees there are rude and unhelpful.. but in a small town there isn't any other options for shopping elsewhere..

4 registers for nothing. Great place if you forgot something in cookeville. They should hire more stockers so the shelves would stay fuller more. Also customer service is key. The is one cashier that is rude. She doesn't welcome you when next in line, she snatches anything from your hand, doeant really care for your items when putting them in the bag, and if your like me I want my receipt I have to ask for that too when it should be given to me unless I say no I dont want it. Little things that make you not want to shop there.

Its bigger than some of the other stores. But I always f I nd myself in a line. There are some cashiers who are rude. Always boxes in aisles.Some of the prices at this store do not match prices at other stores. I only go to this location if I half to.

The employees here were not very helpful. Ask a question and they'll point in a vague direction of nowhere. Had to take my kid in to use the restroom, and *we* had to find *their* bathroom key. Finally got into the bathroom and it was a mess, toilet paper everywhere and urine all over the floor and toilet. Went to tell them that it was disgusting and was promptly shrugged at. Thanks guys.

This store has a great manager, but sadly he can't keep any help! It's right close to my neighborhood, and I use them all the time!They have what I need to do for tonight, and I'm sure not going to Walmart!

Everything always out of stock. Stock carts always sitting around. Makes it hard walk push buggy around. There always long line, cause there only 1 person on register and 5 more employees doing nothing. Pass up and go to next one.

Have a little problem looking for women's clothing while there everything was pretty much thrown on to a random rack in one isle baby clothes with women's and women's with men's clothing really need to learn to organize and also toilet is super broken sat down and the thing wiggled and jolted all over like it was attached or something
