We are house shopping in this area. We were starving by the time we got driving from place to place. We saw DQ and it was the only place I was sure I liked their food so we stopped.It's clean, service was great, and so much cheaper than the ones near us.I was so impressed, I might apply for a job of we move that way.Thankyou staff for the rest and the food.

Food was hot n fresh and staff was very friendly. I had a friend drop me off and my husband got caught up at work so I was there for maybe an hour and a half. The staff was super friendly said it was ok that I waited for my husband to arrive. ThanksKid-friendliness: Great for children!

Came on a Monday night with over 30 soccer players, managers and coaches. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was ready quickly. Very smooth experience with such a large group at 7:30 at night. Would definitely come back again.

I hate to edit this but I recently had a horrible experience there recently. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and only once I got home did I find doughy chunks in my drink. I can only assume they were from the new cinnamon roll center blizzard from how it tasted like cinnamon. Absolutely disgusting how unclean things are at this location. Hopefully things will improve.

My wife ordered a full sheet cake for her birthday paid for in advance I went today to pick it up and she had asked to have extra flowers put on it there was none so I asked if they could do it and they said yes come back in an hour hour and a half I came back two hours later to pick up the cake and it still wasn’t done that’s OK I asked if it could be done and the young girl behind the counter said no we don’t do that here I’m not supposed to do it the lady that supposed to do it didn’t come in today one of the other waitresses said that somebody was supposed to have done it well so I asked if somebody could do it for me no nobody could do it for me the girl behind the counter was very rude I’ve been in retail a long time I don’t like bad reviews I don’t get bad reviews but this girl really needs to get some customer service I walked out of there very angry with a cake with no extra flowers it’s not my fault I will not go back to that Dairy Queen is the only place to eat in town it’s cheap the food was good the last time I went but after this experience no more .

Very clean dining area and restrooms. Delicious tender chicken strips and mouth watering gravy. Perfect fries. Price was a little more than I appreciated, however if that's what makes it possible to have such great quality food- then it is worth it. Very kind cooperative daytime management.

We are very much removed out here in Jackson County TN. The Dairy Queen is the only branded fast-food in our little community. The food is as good as it gets and the service is great. And how can you go wrong with ice cream?Coming from Houston Texas it is surprising to see how popular it has become here. I have been going to Dairy Queen for over 50 years now. It measured a huge decline in Texas during the fast-food wars. I used to prefer the food there because of the popular menu items like foot-long chili-cheese dogs and beef strips. The cheese bugers were good as well. It survived on its soft-serve ice cream products like chocolate dipped cones, banana splits, hot fudge Sunday's and chocolate malts and shakes. It decline in Texas was because it was not 'Fast'. Not fast enough anyways. They were also plagued by racial prejudice issues and lawsuits because the politics were in the hands of the many private franchise owners.That was a lot to overcome! Its good to see they survived the last Millenia!I wish they would make the chicken breast sandwich a permanent menu item as I am not a fan of their cheeseburgers like I used to be.Great food! Good location! Freindly service!And all those memories!Have a great day!Neal

Great food and service. The staff are very friendly and the food is awesome. This location still has the classic look and feel from your childhood with new upgrades like tvs and Coke freestyle machine. The burgers are the best and the chicken strips come with a dude if gravy!

Burnt black dry burger on my sandwich. Couldn't have been a mistake. It was very noticeable. Dry as a biscuit. Nasty. Wasted my money

I really really wish I could give more than just five stars. Service was absolutely amazing. Seven of us (all on motorcycles) stopped by to eat, unfortunately the lobby was closed due to COVID-19Employees came out curbside to take our order and brought us our food/drinks. Food was nice, hot and fresh. I’m pretty sure our meals didn’t come with a large drink but they gave us all large drinks and didn’t up charge us for them. 2 extra things of gravy at no charge and it keeps getting better. Free blizzards!!! (because we were so nice and friendly) In realty they were the super nice and friendly ones. I can’t say enough how amazing the service really was, thank you Dairy Queen of Gainesboro and thank you to the owner Ms. Donna we will definitely be back (the best Dairy Queen around.)

We usually get great service here, a bit slow but the food is usually fresh so no biggie. Today was not the case. We were in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes. When we finally got our food we were told it was because they were waiting on the fries and they were fresh. Yeah that was a bunch of bull. Not even close to fresh. If they were busy I would understand. They were not. There were 4 employees that we could see standing around talking. Not cool DQ.

I live in whitelyville and it is very convenient to grab a quick snack ! Unfortunately within the last couple years it has been going down hill. Much needed remodel , deep cleaning and pest control and the staff seem a little grouchy and bothered when they have guests! I in no way want to bash this place because Jackson county needs a few restaurants! I'm sorry to say I will not be returning until it is remodeled and CLEAN ! 😢

My boyfriend loves their cheese curds, and I enjoy the chili cheese dogs, but the drive through wait is so long most days. Good food, nice employees, just slow service some days.
