It will bring a smile to your face to wake up and see your fur children wagging their tails in pure excitement not being able to run to the door fast enough knowing they are about to jump in the car to come back to Day Play and see all of their furry friends! Extremely kind owners! I have a little puppy who I get a little over protective of (because I don’t always know what I’m doing) but owners always try to work with me and give advice that helps a lot. They are extremely knowledgeable. I get report cards with videos and if I ask the staff a question about my pup someone can always give me an update which is much more than I’ve seen at other places when I had to travel. I trust Friendsville Animal Center 100% with my puppy. My little puppy is always jumping out of the car when I arrive ready to go to daycare! I’m so glad that we found this place. It’s a drive to get there from where I live, but worth it. They really helped me raise my dog, literally.

We toured the place to see if it would be a good fit for our dog and the facility is beautiful and the owners are very knowledgeable about pet care. We can’t wait for our dog to play there at daycare and we know she will be well taken care of when we go out of town.

Ok where to start. Hm well they seemed nice and I was looking forward to boarding my dog here for a business trip I was taking. I got my initial paperwork done. It’s literally like a crazy thorough amount of information they request. Some would say it’s a good idea, others would say it’s a bit of overkill. Then before they board the dog they want to do an evaluation of the animal. Ok? I get that. The thing is they want 50$ for that meeting and it does not go towards boarding fees. When I asked why they charged the fee , I was told that people bring their dog in to the facility and never come back or never had any intentions of doing so “ because their place is so great and the people just don’t have the money.” Wow, you are the perfect example of ignorant, snobbish, and straight up discrimination. I do not agree with your mindset or you’re business practices. How is a dog coming in for an evaluation considered to be such a great time for the k9 and owners that they would take the time to fill out 15Min of paperwork to come for the evaluation and never come back? It’s just strange to me. As far as the other explanation about “ our staff has to take time to do the evaluation and that’s using our resources “ I feel that either you’re understaffed which is a problem, or you’re being greedy and that is also a problem. There’s no reason you can’t put that evaluation fee toward boarding. Do yourself a favor and just avoid because the condescending, arrogant attitude is completely unnecessary, unacceptable and unprofessional.

Just learned and began using friendsville animal center for our four legged best friend Oliver. The facilities and staff are top notch. Oliver did doggy day care and got just the right amount of furry socialization and playtime. Highly recommend this exceptional organization.

Our dogs (and I) LOVE Friendsville Animal Center! They’ve boarded there several times now. The staff, the facilities, and the grounds are all outstanding, far exceeding all my expectations. One of my pups has canine diabetes, and he requires a special diet and insulin shots twice a day. The professionals at FAC are diligent in ensuring that he’s properly cared for, and I can enjoy my time away with true peace of mind.EVERYTHING there is of the highest quality and worth every penny. Our dogs start wagging uncontrollably when we pull into the parking lot, and I know they will receive plenty of attention and affection.My husband passed away a few weeks ago, and the flurry of related activity was overwhelming. Shelly and Sergio were so kind about keeping the dogs a few extra days so I could get acquainted with our “new normal” before bringing them home. They are like family, willing to help out however they can.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this animal center is. I felt so comfortable leaving our dog here for over a week. The communication is exceptional and I got a video daily of my dog playing and enjoying himself with the other dogs. He is a large Newfoundland and he was in desperate need of grooming when I left him. When I picked him up he was the cleanest I have ever seen him and he looked and smelled wonderful. The environment where the dogs are boarded is spotless and doesn’t smell like most kennels. The facility is beautiful, the staff is exceptional and I can’t imagine sending our big guy anywhere else.

Friendsville Animal Center is simply the best experience for both pets and owners. The facility is clean, well organized and filled with amenities that your dog or cat will love. The staff is super friendly and your pet will be well cared for and truly enjoy their stay. Our yellow lab (Dixie) can’t wait to go every time we take her there for daycare or boarding.

Friendsville is a special place for dogs. Our five-month-old puppy recently spent five nights at Friendsville, and was also enrolled in the Puppy Pre-K program for some basic socialization. What a great program! We received daily puppy pre-k report cards and videos that showed our puppy thriving. She came home happy from a great five days of activities and pampering. This is the most amazing place for pets! I’ve never seen anything like it anywhere else! Not only is the facility incredible, the level of care and attention is off the charts! We used to have issues sometimes boarding our dog. She’d come home with tummy issues from the anxiety and stress of being away. Not anymore! She loves it! And it makes the transitions easier for us, too.

Wonderful and secure place to bring your dog. Staff was efficient and caring. Had a video of our pup having a large time with his fur friends. We plan on bringing our pup back for numerous dog day care. I highly recommend them.

Friendsville Animal Center is like somewhere out of a wonderful dream. It’s beyond anything I could imagine & bears no resemblance to the place where we last boarded our sweet terrier. We were able to relax & enjoy our trip because we knew he was getting excellent care. We also loved the “report card” videos to see him enjoying the sunshine & making new friends. Shelley & Sergio & their staff were all so caring and made us feel completely comfortable.

My husband and I were so impressed with the facilities, options and the owners. It’s a stunning place, super clean and everything is well thought out. The staff has a lot of training and support and they all looked happy to be there. One owner did an assessment of my dog to see what would work best for her, while the other owner gave us a tour, checked her health record and explained everything 100%.
