I love this place! Leslie is super down to earth and very knowledgeable, she’s always happy to help me with any questions. My 2 girls are 14 & 15yrs old, they’re not Frufru pups. They’re like many other elderly beings they’ve lived a long hard life on the farm and they’re a little moody. They would rather chill in the barn than take a bath any day so needlessly I will tell you they’re not the most submissive clients 😬 they were even called difficult by another groomer several yrs ago. However Leslie always show patience and respect while grooming them, she’s great!! Also they give me ZERO issues staying with her which tells me they feel safe because unlike some of these spry pups my girls do NOT get excited to meet new people or places.

I have found Leslie and her staff to be extremely caring, affectionate, and provides my Dolly, a Yorkie, with clean environment and the exercise and attention to her bossy attitude that She requires. She must be given lots of time to socialize since she is never traumatized when I leave her as I had experienced in other kennels. In 12 years of bring my dogs to Animal Country Club I have never been disappointed, pricing is the best which has allowed me to leave for long trips which would be prohibited if I had to leave her in another kennel. I feel the treatment my Dolly receives is the best!! Five stars!!!!

Boarded my two fur babies with Leslie this past week. She was very nice, and knowledgeable. I was able to call frequently and check on them. We ended up not making it back by pickup time due to bad weather, and Leslie worked with me to get picked up today. Will use again.

I recently took my goldendoodle here for his first grooming by Animal Country Club. It was by far the worst haircut he has ever gotten! I was charged for multiple bathes because she said she tried to remove stains on his paws (he is a white doodle with naturally darker paws and ears). When I picked him up his haircut was uneven and just looked plain horrible. She even shaved about 2” at the base of his tail. I do not recommend this place at all! The sad part is that when I picked him up he was super scared. He has always been happy visiting new places. It just worries me my as to why he was so nervous.

They’ve been watching my pups since 2015, and I’ve never had an issue. My dogs always seem so happy and tuckered out when they get home, my older dog Tyco, passed away last hear. I’ve since gotten another pup, who’s been there twice in his one year of life. He enjoys it just as much as my senior boy over the rainbow bridge, you can’t beat the price either!

Never Again!!! I have never taken my dogs to a boarding kennel that did not allow you to tour the facility or set the kennel up for your dogs! Picked up before morning feeding and still got charged for the day. Waiting area is nasty I don’t even want to imagine what it looks like in back!! Only reason I gave 1 star was to leave a review. It’s actually a -10 stars

The staff is extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable this is truly my fur babies home away from home. Their facility is always clean and well kept, and my dog and cats stuff is always clean and washed when I arrive to pick them up! They also have amazing grooming services! A true country club and spa experience for your pets.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Took my dog for bath, shave if needed, and nails trimmed. When we got him back he had gashes where they didn't even try to shave him properly. IT honestly looked like a kid shaved him! I was told by the women herself that he didn't need a cut when I dropped him off yet she cut him so low he has ingrown hairs all over. His nails are also cracked and even sharper now then they were before. Also I have sent them pictures showing how bad they messed up and it's going on a week and still no reply.

Amazing experience. Cannot beat the price and quality! I drove to her location from west Knox and only took about 25 minutes. So worth the drive. Will definitely be recommending everyone here and coming back myself!

Beware and go elsewhere!Sadly, my regular groomer retired so I decided to try Animal Country Club. BIG MISTAKE! I wish I could post pictures on this review of how bad the so-called professional groomer did. They are posted on my Facebook. This was my first and last time to have my shih-tzu groomed here. When I called back to talk to the groomer she never offered to fix the choppy mess or offer any money back. He doesn't even feel clean. As a business owner myself I find this groomer very unprofessional.I never went back to see the work area but the place smelled horrible from the front reception area.

Just NO! Didn't show for the Sunday pick-up even though I left my travels early to meet between 4-5 p.m. as planned. Then, she felt it right to charge me for Monday when I picked up at 9:00 a.m. the next morning.If you know me, reach out. I'll explain the other conditions. Final word: My gut was right when I dropped my dog off. Don't do it.

I truly havehave NO IDEA how thisthis place is even allowed to be called a business!! I showed up at 4:15pm (closes at 5pm) & the front door is Locked! There is a small maybe 4yr old little boy running around out front & nobody around! I finally go upstairs to the apt above the day care & a girl who I apparently woke up says that the lady that owns the day care is prob gone somewhere.Uh!! REALLY?!?! If I wanted my dogs to be locked up in a kennel I would have kept them at home for free! WOW!!! How do you just lock up dogs you are suppose to be watching so you can run whatever errand you were running & call yourself a "Doggy Day care"/Doggy Country Club?!!Never Again!!!

We took our friends miniature snouzer to The animalcountry club have a spa day and have a hair cut he is about 5 months old and they done great didn't take but a couple of hours but when I showed back up he was a handsome little guy and was a happy pup thank uns everything is well kept and very nice people we will be back!!!

Lucas,our morky has been boarded there since he was a puppy.He is now 7 years old.He always comes home healthy and happy.Great place for our fur baby when we have to leave him!😘

Overcharge. Puppy stayed 3 nights and was charged 92.50$ , when its 11.50$ a night.
