Employee, on duty, purchased a tobacco product for a pair of underage kids in front of us at the register last night. So unprofessional, This place needs an entire reboot and a new staff ASAP. Not to mention all the carts full of product completely blocking the isles. This store is disgusting.

I never leave negative reviews but I have never had a worse experience than the one I had at this location. I have been on the road with two small children and needed to stop to get diapers and use the restroom. I came in with my mother to look for the bathroom where she was told we needed a key to get in. We ask the woman at the front desk, who was the most unpleasant worker I have ever encountered. She was extremely rude and basically threw the key at us. My mom asked where the bathroom was and she did not even answer the question, but rather rolled her eyes and pointed. we then went to open the door that said “restroom” with the key. It did not work. We tried 10 times before asking the worker again who smirked and told us “yup it works”. Well we know how to use a key, & it was not working. We ask again & instead of offering help she tells us that it works and she just used it earlier. The attitude coming from this worker was infuriating and when we still could not get the key to work we resorted to walking through the store to find another worker. Not to mention my FIVE year old was close to having an accident and the lady just watched us knowing we were struggling with no help whatsoever. When we found another worker she said “oh did she not tell you, it’s the door that says employees only” … so the entire time this woman knew exactly what the issue was and not once told us. How were we supposed to assume to go into the “employees only” door. I wish I would have got her name, but if anyone knows it was an older lady with grayish hair about shoulder length. She was extremely extremely rude, and possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Was treated like one of the family! Great place to shop! Just moved to the area and will be back there before running to bigger store's due to friendliest treatment and knowledge of employees of where stock was located and could answer any questions I had!

It would be really nice if they actually opened when their sign says they open. Sign posts hours as "8am - 10pm every day". Went around 9am on a Sunday morning and the doors were locked. 3 other customers showed up and left too.

Literally 20 people in line with 1 cashier. Disorganized AF too!!! I will say the clerk was nice and doing the best she could. They need to hire more people asap! Ya'll just go to Maury City DG - wayyyyyyy better!

Its hard to find anything here. The store is a mess all the time. There is always buggies filled with items to be stocked. Employees are rude. There can be 4 people working, 8 people in line waiting to check out and only 1 check out lane open. All while everyone else is standing around talking.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We just stopped in to use the restroom because the one at the Exxon next door was filthy. We should have held our noses at the gas station.There was feces on the floor of the women's bathroom at this Dollar General. DG is usually a clean bet. It was not a small amount, though no amount is acceptable.There were clumps of feces on the floor, all the floor, from the toilet to the sink and on the mat in the hall outside the restroom door. Some of them were smeared, and it was impossible not to step in it.Just avoid any stop in this whole area.

Store is to crowded. Hard to get through aisles because product is not put away. Store is generally cluttered. Employees are helpful and pleasant.

NO one makes themselves avaliable if I need help finding something in the natural disaster area they call of a store. There will be 15 people in line and one person at the register, while the other is standing in an isle finger popping their ass. Avoid at all cost, the abes next door do better with customer service than these crackheads.

The Dollar General in Maury City is my favorite out of all the local DG's. The employees even the ones that are over worked are always helpful and friendly. The store is always very clean and well stocked!! I am addicted to DG's. Lol. I hope often and use my digital coupons. They always have plenty of the things that I'm use the coupon on! Love my DG's.

We always seem to stop in at this location on our way to Memphis to buy drinks, snacks and use the restroom. Seems to be a clean store for the most part and the employees are kind.

Well, where should I start. How about at the doors. Yes the automatic doors that were not working. You had to jam your hand in between them to get them to open. When I got inside, and got ready to check out they debit card reader didn't work right. The cashier said it had been like that for 3 weeks and they would not fix it. And the poor lady in front of me had to get change back for a 20 in nickels and dimes because the cashier didn't have any quarters or ones. Dollar General has really become a very poorly run company.
