I was always in love with this place! My favorite one from all of them in middle Tennessee. All staff is always soooo friendly, helpful and smiling. Most city folks don’t even know what they are missing. It’s a treasure. That’s why I took soo many pictures from this store so those that never been here can see what everything one can find here. In the early spring you can also find here life chicks ducklings and goslings. So please, if you have never been in here or any other TC store and you are passing by, stop by and check it your self. Few years ago there was grill stand with great hot dogs in the front corner of parking lot on weekends. Not sure if it still on. Anyway, five stars is a must!!!

Very different shopping experience from the bigger store chains someone greeted me at the door asked if he could help me find what I was shopping for and accompanied me to the proper department carried the product to the counter for me. The cashier was very friendly and offered to have my purchase walked out to my vehicle. Was very impressed with this shopping experience

The cashier was absolutely wonderful, helping me find the merchandise after a long drive. I wish I had her name to mention but don't. If everyone else in this store cares like she does, this is a fantastic store team.

Went in yesterday for a chainsaw that is on sale. They sold a used one the the guy said "he just fixed". I was told if I wanted the chainsaw it would be it...no offer to order one and send it to the house? So they charged full priced for a used chainsaw and even gave a new blade cause the one on it was warn. Now why did I even get it. Well cause I'm fighting cancer and my reward points were about to expire before I would be able to get back out side. When I tried to used them on the website you can't use all 17 coupons on one item like you can at the store. So disappointing in the service and quality of the product. So obviously we got the extended warranty to help cover anything that is not fixed....Update Changing to 3 stars because they made it right. I called customer service and talked to Corey (who was absolutely amazing) he continued to follow up with my case till it was made right. Thank you so much. Also to the ast store manager who reached out to me and the DM who transport the product so I could get it.

Great store. Adult Supply “toy store”. Lots of resources. Live chicks for sale. Great supplies for pets, livestock, farming, hunting, gardening and more. Friendly staff. Engaging and helpful. Always available to ask questions. Simply fun to explore but also has many things you need or want. Minimal parking at this location would be my only complaint as many spots are taking up by a popular meat selling trailer.

Good store for a smaller/big box outlet. Was looking for a specific brand of dog food and the Sheblyville store held it for me. What I observed was a complete selection of paints, hardware, pet foods and much more. Good website to select for a specific item or brand.

The young lady who helped me with my return was very nice. Like any Tractor Supply, they have a nice variety of everything. Toys for kids, pet food (decent prices) and pet supplies , flowers, plants and seeds, garden tools , chicken supplies, bird seed, clothing, candy, etc. Pleasant experience.

I visited your location early in January. When I first walked in some of the staff was very welcoming and asked if I needed any assistance. While shopping I had a problem buying horse treats. The store was out of my usual brand. Tyler, one of the employees working, was very helping in finding a replacement. He also price checked the treats to match what I normally paid. Very helpful!Unfortunately while checking out the employee at the register was very rude. Her name tag said Sabrina. I had purchased a few holidays items that were on sale. When I asked Sabrina what price they rang up she told me that she couldn’t answer that, as she didn’t know the prices and I should check the screen, which I did, and fortunately the prices all rang up correctly, so I didn’t have any further issues. I did not mind checking the price at all, however it was her hateful and bossy tone that really bothered me. Secondly, I asked her to check in with Tyler about the price match on the horse treats. She very hatefully told me that Tyler had already called her and prompted me to pay and move on. I feel as though I needed to report Sabrina, as an employee shouldn’t treat a customer so disrespectfully and I hope some action can be taken to ensure customers at Tsc are treated with more respect. This location itself and the other employees were so kind, but one bad employee can really ruin your experience.

I have been coming to this tractor supply off of Columbia Avenue in Franklin Tennessee for about seven years now. The older gentleman Todd that works the register he is great he is so friendly and so sweet. But they have this new lady in there and I can’t stand her she’s rude not friendly, not helpful and honestly I’m just sick and tired of her being not friendly every time I come in. I come once a week. She always looks like she’s being bothered or were interrupting her by the customers. I smile at her I Tell her to have a great day. Ask her how she’s doing nothing just plain annoyance on her face. I get my stuff loaded up and she won’t even tell the people I need a load up half the time. Today I had to go back in there & Tell her nobody’s come out to load up waited another five minutes, so I finally called the store this time to talk to somebody to get my load up and they never even knew about it. So I spent a total of 30 minutes at tractor supply today when it should’ve only been maybe 10 minutes at the most. Which means she’s not doing her job by relaying a load up. She’s rude and has NO customer service skills at ALL. I understand that people aren’t always happy and energetic all the time but this lady has been like this for as long as I can remember. She doesn’t like her job and it shows to everybody that she checks out up. But a BIG Thank you to the lady that took care of me today and loaded up my corn for me. I didn’t get her name but bless her. She’s working hard and doing great. As goes for the rest of the team. Y’all are doing amazing.

Come here relatively often. Great store with a decent selection of merchandise and decent prices. Good place for buying hardware by the pound. Returns are quick and easy, if need be. Staff are very friendly, pretty knowledgeable, and always willing to help you out, unless they're helping out somebody else. I want to personally thank Todd. Run into him multiple times here as my cashier. He's just such a nice, cheerful person who always seems willing and ready to help you out with something.

I absolutely love this Tractor Supply. I always get the best service from the staff members. I came in this weekend to purchase another safe. Preston, Andrew, Wyatt, and Megan were incredibly helpful. They did not have the specific model I wanted, but they took the time, without my request, to call around to all the other local Tractor Supply stores until they found a store that could confirm that they had it in stock. Their customer service was above and beyond. They continue to earn my repeated business. Because of associates like them, if I can buy "it" at Tractor Supply, that is where I go!

This tractor supply is a small one compared to most, and It's tucked on a corner lot. The staff here is very friendly. They were able to get to all the customers on the sales floor, plus help many many customers that were calling in questions. Believe it or not you will probably find things you need but didn't know they had, here at this tractor supply.Like this review! 👍🏼🤙🏼

I have two TSC near me, I end up at this one the most. The staff are great and some even remember me which does add to the feeling of community. My only complaint is that the aisles are a little tight which makes it hard to navigate with a loaded cart.

Today I came in for some syringes and ended up leaving with 5 baby chicks. Mark was super helpful during the whole process, since I am new to the chicken game, and made me feel somewhat confident when I left that I had things under control. Great store for normal, quick gets of some of the typical stuff I need. Great place if you have some land and livestock, need tires and supplies for lawn and garden equipment, great for birdseed and houses. All around worth anyone's time to stop in.
