I am so happy with the care and love given to my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Elizabeth Taylor, at the Farm! I loved that they communicated so well with me and sent photos to reassure me she was fine. The Salon did a great job too. I highly recommend the Farm and will certainly take my little girl there again!

The Farm at Natchez Trace goes above and beyond what I had expected! I have been going there for 8 yrs. Nothing is ever perfect all of the time but they do their absolute best all of the time. All of the staff, whether it be the front desk, salon, back of the house staff or Thrive food and nutritional guidance, everything is top notch. I travel for work and wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my pups anywhere else. Safety comes first then tons of love and fun. Everyone makes us feel like family! The family members we like, LOL

I have always been the type of helicopter-pet mama that never trusted other facilities with their fur babies. I dreaded leaving my fur babies overnight at a boarding facility. Never even entertained the thought of grooming or daycare. That is until I heard about the Farm at Natchez Trace. The Farm at Natchez Trace has earned a reputation in the area for being unlike another boarding/daycare facilities. I started going there for their Thrive market because they carried a lot of the food brands and raw options I incorporate in my girls' diet. The more I went, the more services I saw, the more questions I had. The front desk associates were always so helpful, kind, and patient! I know I can be difficult; but, they never made me feel like I was a dreaded customer. I had only brought my girls in for food shopping; but, it felt like on the second visit they already recognized them and me! I fully threw myself (and girls) into the Farm life when I saw the different daycare activities and the most perfect one of them all, the Woof Club. Two golden retriever puppies and the option of all day (supervised) play? Could I have asked for anything else?Jenny Lewis at Woof Club deserves all the praises. She has been so patient answering all my questions, listening to my requests, keeping me updated with behavior changes, offering advise in order to make the girls' stay more enjoyable, etc. Without her, I wouldn't be so at ease leaving my girls there. Jenny (and her associates) just makes Woof Club what it is!The Farm is a one-stop shop! I have used Carli for dog grooming and she does fantastic with getting my girls' even and kept. The Farm has introduced Tiffany for cat grooming and equally as wonderful, especially because my girl can be quite a handful in the tub! Both groomers truly listen to your concerns, offer input, and believe in stress-free grooming. I look forward to continuing to entrust my girls in their care.Tiffany, the nutritionist, helps me add new food/supplements in my girls' diet that I may have overlooked or not considered. She is so insightful and its great to have someone to bounce ideas off of. Everyone at the front is so kind and treat my girls so well.In case you couldn't tell, I cannot stress enough how much the Farm at Natchez Trace is everything a helicopter pet mom like myself could wish for. I wish for the continued success and growth of this facility and recommend them to every pet parent I come across. Thank you truly, words cannot express how appreciative I am.

I cannot say enough good things about The Farm. Everything about this experience is top rate, but most importantly, the people who work there truly care about their guests, both the humans and pets. Everyone has always been so patient and sweet and caring. There’s not one single thing I could possibly think of that I’d change. It’s a perfect place to board our dogs. My pups love the doggy daycare here! The employees are wonderful and I trust they take great care of my babies while they are there. I appreciate the feedback they give at the end of the day and the pics they share on social media. I also know they are selective regarding the temperament of dogs they allow to attend daycare, which makes me feel like my pups are safe there.

They were so patient with my cats first time to be boarded in the 15 years we’ve had her💕 They made sure she got her meds and texted me for suggestions when she didn’t want to take the them. The best place to board your pet! Our puppy had the time of her life at The Farm while we were on vacation. The staff is so friendly, and we never had to worry about our dog. She was well taken care of, and even sad to leave! Money very well spent.

We had a successful trial overnight with the Farm and our senior diabetic male cat. Behaviorally he was relaxed. Excellent facility and boarding cubicle; he actively enjoying the view! Staff very precise in accommodating his schedule of feeding and insulin into their schedules. Additional feedings were modified with agreement.Without exception, we will be scheduling longer boarding opportunities in the future.

Such time and care spent over the phone before our pup’s stay to make sure we had the right package set up for her. We had just lost our second dog so we were concerned how our female would do alone. Staff was great at returning daily texts, sending photos and their notes on her chart let us know she did just fine. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend The Farm! Our two dogs are taken care of very well! They always come home very happy! The pictures that are sent always show our two pups having fun. We like their text system that we can text them any time and they will send an update on how the dogs are doing. We always have them get a bath on the morning we pick them up so they are clean. The people that work at the Farm are very loving to our fur babies.
