I would give zero stars if I could. My dog was their first appointment of the day. I dropped him off bright and early at 8 AM and picked him up four hours later just after 12. We had a pretty clear rundown on what I wanted. I didn’t mind how long it would take and I tipped 25% cash from the jump to incentivize patience and something even remotely what I asked for. We agreed on a bath and a fluff, remove any matting, trim split ends but keep every bit of bulk as possible etc. Extra materials/combing/dematting fees were approved off the top. I am now out twice as much as a normal cut would cost, thinking it would be completely justified and here my dog is entirely buzzed with what looks like dandruff all over him. How did this take four hours?? Why charge us for all the extras if you went ahead and chopped everything off anyways??? Maybe call to double check what can or can’t/will or won’t be done...No names - since I'm not here to put anyone’s job or reputation in jeopardy but this is entirely asinine. Make it right however you can or want to but we will definitely never be back

Our groomer was Katie and she was amazing. She took care of all of Montana’s needs while making sure she was completely comfortable the whole time. Will definitely rebook with her anytime I come back!

Our groomer was “brand new” (been doing this for a year).. messed up my golden doodles tail… shaved it down to a rat tail with no hair. Four hours later her legs were choppy and her head wasn’t done at all. Gave me a discount which I’m grateful for but would not recommend…

Terrible experience. I dropped my dog around noon and he wasn’t ready until after 730pm . It was the worst groom he has ever had. He was cut way too short and awkward. I’m so disappointed and do not recommend at all!! I am adding that my poor dog has been anxious all day today, probably because of the horrific experience yesterday and after examining his haircut further I have found where they cut his skin from cutting him way too short!! I feel awful for my sweet dog.

This was an amazing grooming experience, weWill 100% be back! I’ve gotten my Old English Sheepdog groomed many times many places and this was such sweet service. Can’t recommend enough

I have had my dog groomed by various Petco’s for the past year, and several times at the Petco in Franklin and have had very good experiences. Our latest experience was far from that. We get consistently groomed every 4 weeks, and brush almost on a daily basis. My dogs hair was not long when we went, but before the groomer even touched my dog, she started talking about matting and having to cut her short. We have never had a worse haircut in her life. It looked like the groomer refused to brush her and instead shaved her entire body, including her entire face. If my dogs hair was longer and had the potential for more mats, I would have totally understood, but the groomer was clearly just lazy and just shaved her down without putting in any effort in the grooming, I’m unsure why it costed $120. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

I scheduled my appointment for my Yorkie at 1:30 pm and I picked up my dog at 5:45 pm. The lady (Jasmine) who cut my dog’s hair did an AMAZING job and I highly recommend her. I’m just very bummed that it took this long for my dog to be ready because I have taken her to several other places where they take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour max. They also had a couple dogs in cages since I guess that’s where they place them when they are working on other dogs. Overall: Cons, dogs waiting place and time it takes. Pros, haircuts are awesome.

I'm sad to say I had a bad experience with nail trims at Petco. The groomer picked up my dogs by the harness only, not showing the least bit gentleness or connection to the dogs. One of my dogs has thick nails and I told him the dog doesn't like nail trims, and his approach agitated that dog and led him to nip. He stopped trimming and told us he wouldn't continue. I shouldn't have even let him near that dog after seeing how he treated the first one. I went somewhere else to finish the job, and the experience was night and day... I could tell the people at the other place were compassionate animal lovers, and my dog got through it without an issue. Beware of Petco.

My dog Gabriel is a senior dog and Jasmine always takes extra special care for him. I feel he's in good hands when I drop him off with her. She always remembers how I want him cut and styled. She's very friendly and professional!

I have been to 2 groomers at pet spas in the past 4 months and each one did a terrible job. I am not picky I just wanted someone who could do a proper westie cut. I found her at petco on spring dr in franlin tn. Abby, you did an excellent job, my westie looks like a westie again and was happy when I picked her up. Thank you, will see you again when needed.

I am so happy that you were able to take an appointment even though this was not my normal store. Overall I think for never seeing my dog before you did a good job. He was happy and his nails are difficult to cut.

I have an older dog that gets really anxious , but Tiffany and Jasmine are great with my labs and I like the quick in and out option to help alleviate this. They always smell great!
