We love Nashville Pet Products! High quality pet foods & treats, and a knowledgeable staff that helps you pick what's best for your pup! We switched from big box pet stores to the Franklin location of Nashville Pet Products a little over a year ago and have never looked back. I also love that when we walk in they call my dog by name, have a staff member that helps find what we need, then help you out to your car. This place is top notch!

We LOVE Nashville Pet Products!! Every single time we go, we experience nothing less than the very best customer service- from them welcoming you at the front door, to carrying your bags out! Everyone who works here is SO nice & loves on every pet that comes in! My pup, Victory, always gets a treat from the staff.As far as stock, they have SUCH great (& clean/healthy) food options, tons of toys, supplies & so much more. I just visited Nashville Pet Products earlier today and was blown away with the helpfulness of the staff! Katon helped me and my boyfriend out, giving us great tips for taking care of our first dog! We asked him questions for an entire hour and he was happy to answer every single one!!! Will definitely be back again

They offer a well curated selection of high quality toys, beds, leashes, foods and treats for dogs and cats. We've purchased three cat trees from this store that are all made in USA, and sourced directly from the craftsperson in Ohio. We also shop here for Dr. Elsey's and Tiki Cat products, which are not always available at the big box stores. The service is excellent. Customers are always greeted at the door, directed to the products they are looking for, and assisted to their car when needed.

This shop is the best provider of anything pet!!! I have shopped with them for years. We recently took our new dog to be fitted for a harness...Jason spent time trying several styles on him...he was so good and kind with our new pup!!! All of the staff is dedicated to making your experience top notch!!!

About most all my pet supplies in Nashville pet they are always well stocked and greatly at the door they're very helpful as you shop but not at all pushy about anything.Not only do that great you at the store but they also take your items to the car. Everyone in the store is very friendly and including the kitty cats who run about.

My husband and I have been coming here since we got our dog. Adam has been a great help. When the vet said our dog had allergies and needed to switch foods, he helped advise us on the right product. He also explained why he suggested the products he did over other products, and was very knowledgeable.

This is my very favorite place to buy litter, food, toys, etc. for my cats, because what other store has employees that will dramatically call you “milady” and walk you to your car with an umbrella and your bags when it’s raining? I’m obsessed with this place and love the employees. I’m so glad they have such a wide variety of products for cats - most stores are tailored to dogs and have a small section for cats, but this place has plenty of cat supplies. Also, who doesn’t love to say hi to Frank and Beans every time you visit? Thank you guys for always being so fantastic and kind, and so lovely to me and my kitties when we come by. Mia, Devereaux, and I love you.

Such friendly staff! Always greets us at the front door and carries our purchases out to the car for us. Pets are welcome in the store and one of their resident cats actually likes dogs! It was a great way for our pup to meet his first cat! They have a loyalty program for food purchases... 13th bag is free.

Fantastic store. Top quality in every aspect. Top grade foods... no grocery store brands. Specialty foods for all needs, limited ingredient foods, and a variety of protein sources for allergies or diet requirements. Great selection of chews and treats that are safe and healthy. I never worry about buying anything here. Everything is top-notch and if you're not happy with a purchase they will take it back and make it right. Customer service is head and shoulders above what you'll get at any other pet supply store. Everything I need for my pets can be found here.

I went here for the first time two days ago and will definitely be back! I took my pup to pick out a toy and treat for his birthday and Terry was so kind to us! He greeted us at the door and was so sweet, even offering my pup some treats. We will definitely come back for all of our pet supply needs and to just visit Terry!

First time in with our new Teacup puppy Lucy. Dillon met us at the door asking if we needed help. One look at Lucy and he had everything we needed up to the counter. He went beyond what we expected there. We left knowing that is Lucy's store and Dillon is the best. I will say every employee spoke with us and were so helpful and friendly. Love NPP!! We get our Zignature dog food here and raw bones, raw goats milk, and grain free treats here. They have amazing pricing and are always extremely helpful. Staff almost always walks my order to the car for me!! Keep up the good work yall!!

They were very helpful. I have a senior cat who will be 16 in April 2019. He is having gallbladder problems and quit eating his cat food. Right now I can only get him to eat roast chicken Greenies. They gave me 20 different food samples to try with him. Nope, won't eat any of them, so far. What a great store!!! They also have a location in Nashville close to Thompson Ln and Eugenia Ave.

They open the door every time we come. They know what my dog eats. They know what my cat will like. They are always having some promotion to try a new something. And of course, they have a few live-in cats that you get to pet while you shop. Henry is 15, but still gets around to visit with customers.
