Wide variety of services. The store has a wonderful environment — all the employees are positive and welcoming. I love the affection my dogs get in Daycamp, I love the dog park here in Berry Farms. Their groomers also do an excellent job at keeping my pups looking cute after a groom. The kibble selection is also amazing, lots of nutritious and healthy options. As well as raw and frozen foods too. They even have a self wash, comes in so so handy!!

Love shopping this retail store. Today was our first grooming appointment for my 75lb retriever. Greeted by pleasant and kind staff who took care of our special requests right out of the gate. Upon picking up my pup, he was happy, rested, and looking very handsome. The whole experience was lovely and we're signing up for the monthly membership! Thank you everyone for making it such a great visit!

Our groomer of 5 yrs left and we needed to find a new one. We gave Dee-O-Gee a try and so happy that we did. Penny and Shawn did an excellent job on both our girls (Chinese Cresteds.) Stella doesn’t have the most pleasing personality when it comes to groomers, and anyone even touching her paws, but Penny was so gentle and patient, and Stella’s nails have never looked better. Note: We are very picky about our girls, and how they are groomed. I took pics in showing how we would like them to look, and that’s exactly what was done. I highly recommend Dee-O-Gee!!

We are new to Franklin. Was super stressed about finding a new groomer we would be happy with. Well we found the best! Penny at Dee-O-Gee in Berry Farms. She did an amazing job on our sweet boy. We will definitely be sticking with her❤️

LOVE this place! This is my first experience with them yesterday. My longhair cat Moo has had severe matting and she wouldn’t let me get near her with a brush or scissors, so professional intervention was required. But I have had a really hard time finding someone…. Vets don’t groom, even though the shave was needed to relieve pain… Groomers don’t do cats, or they are booked out for months. Finally I was recommended to Dee O Gee by a friend who volunteers at the local animal shelter, who said they do groom cats. I was delighted to get an appointment quickly through their facebook page. I received a confirmation text and showed up in the Berry Farms location on time – only to find they had no appointment for me. Turns out I mistakenly connected with a similar named groomer in Ohio ☹☹But as they were petting Moo, they felt how bad the matts were. “We’re not letting you go home like this.” They squeezed her in their schedule, and an hour and a half later, I picked her up - clean, calm, shaved down and matt-free! She no longer hides under the bed being antisocial, she’s out and about, showing off her sexy new hair-do (which scares my other cat, lol!) The compassionate people at Dee O Gee saved my poor cat from painful matts and returned to me a happy pet!! I am so grateful, me and Moo thank you!!PS I did call the Ohio groomer (Dee OH Gee) to tell them I’m an idiot and apologized, and they were actually super nice also!

They were SO helpful with our first grooming appt. of our golden doodle puppy. They walked me through how to care for him between appts. and gave him the perfect golden doodle haircut. (He's a super nervous puppy and did really well with the friendly staff and great environment.) Highly recommend.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOG TRIMMED HERE! The people doing the trimming are inexperienced. They trimmed my dogs hair and while doing so cut him so close he had multiple cuts on his leg and red raspy burns from the electric trimmer. Then blamed my dog. Tried this place to support a new local business but will never be back.

What a fantastic place! I had my doodle groomed here and she turned out beautifully. Everyone was really nice and the owner was super knowledgeable. We wound up purchasing some kibble on her recommendation and I feel like it’s a much better choice than what I was feeding before.We also loved watching the dogs in the doggy day care. The attendant was playing games with them and they all looked like they were having a blast. I highly recommend this place! 2 thumbs up! Bring your dog here!

We took my dog here recently to get groomed and had a great experience! They handled her carefully and seemed to treat her well. The store also sells a variety of doggie goodies - including birthday accessories and the cutest chew toys - as well as premium dog food + toppers. I bought my dog one of the treats the store had and she’s loved it. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

My fur babies love coming here. They are always well taken care of. The groomers do an excellent job every time my puppies come there. The staff is amazing. The owner is awesome and very knowledgeable. I absolutely adore this place and highly recommended it

Such a cool place. I used the DIY dog bath and it was so easy to use and they provided everything i needed. My pup isn’t too fond of baths but this made is so much easier and didn’t hurt my back since i didn’t have to bend down to bathe him.Inside the store part is super nice and has so many great options of food for dogs and cats. lots of great supplies for health and supplements for dogs. The prices are extremely great compared to pet smart. All of their stuff has great ingredients for dogs. I will definitely be back!

Definitely WOULD RECOMMEND this place. A few months ago our elderly dog did not have much of an appetite. My husband suggested that we try this new place. The first time we visited we were greeted by the owner. She was extremely knowledgeable about canine nutrition. We told her our situation, and she made some recommendations. Among other things, she suggested we try a particular kind of goats milk. Our furry canine kid absolutely loves it. She was very helpful and informative without being pushy. We did not feel any pressure to purchase anything. There are any number of other services and products offered there. This just happens to be the only ones we have tried thus far.

I’ve had three fantastic grooms for both my older Aussie and AussieDoodle puppy. Shawn is great and very knowledgeable. My Aussie has high anxiety at the groomers (specifically using the dryer), and Shawn takes special care of her in order to not stress her out even more. I’ll continue to return to Dee-O-Gee and thankful for her service.

Hello everyone. I would NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN. the person who owns this place is a mean person. She just want your money. Plus when I tried to schedule a grooming for my doodle she was really rude on the phone. I also knew the groomer I wanted to be with because I’ve followed them from their last place and love them. But she tried to put me with herself and I said no I wanted my groomer. Than she started to talk to someone about me and saying I was rude while I was on the phone. I’m glad my groomer left because this place needs to be closed.Edit because Shawn thinks she so smart. It’s not a fake account first off and what I said is the TRUTH and nothing but the truth. That why old employees have complained because you don’t know how to run a business let alone looks like to treat a employee. I feel bad for you Shawn. Trying to play the Victim when your the bully and in the wrong.

Idk why people are so concerned with the replies? This is a SMALL BUSINESS- not corporate backed. Isn’t it more important that your dog is cared for and loved?? We have a Poosky puppy who was rescued and she felt safe here. I think that says A LOT.I think it’s great that someone would even take the time to respond to the reviews and address things. They’re defending their business, their character, etc. idk what you all see when you go in? But clearly you’re probably acting a certain way because I have never had an issue going here, calling in, etc. always treated the same so idk but it seems like to me the “bad reviews” aren’t really that honest.All this to say: I’d trust them with my dogs anytime!

Great self wash. I have a standard poodle, who I groom myself, but didn’t feel like hunching over my bathtub today. So I dropped the $20 to use their station, and it’s night and day better than TSC’s self wash. The products are better quality, the space is cleaner, and the dryers are in better shape. I’ll definitely use the self wash again.

This a a great place to get your dog groomed! They have been great to us every time we’ve been, and have worked with our schedules to get both of our dogs there at the same time. We have an older Aussie and an Aussiedoodle. We will continue come here!

If you're looking for somewhere to groom your dogs or leave them for daycare, I urge you to go elsewhere.The location may be convenient, but the owner can and will cut any corners to make a profit:For example dogs are left unattended in Day Camp, left to free roam without supervision in the play room. This resulted in a fight in one instance, and in the future may end up with a deadly outcome.Vaccines are not monitored at all, and more than once dogs without rabies vaccines over the age of 6 months have been admitted to both grooming and Day Camp. This is not just a risk to your canine companion but a risk to the poor employees as well. Rabies, as we all know, is a death sentence.The product stocked is high quality but please check the expiration dates, as I can assure the stock has not been rotated or checked since the Grand Opening of the store.I feel a bit nervous posting this review as the owner knows who I am and can be very unprofessional and frightening, but I have trouble sleeping at night knowing someone’s beloved family member could be hurt.Be safe out there Berry Farms, put your canine companion's saftey first!

I have not gotten groomed here but was very dissatisfied with their communication regarding cancellation of my scheduled appointment. Got a text for a reschedule, confirmed the timing. Then no confirmation from their end. I had to call and check and then got to know the slot has been given to someone else. At least give a courtesy phone call to check before giving the slot to someone else. Very disappointing.
