Dr. Cruz was amazing! Very thorough, and great veterinary wisdom. So happy I decided to bring my dog here. I am new to the area and took my dog to another vet who I felt misdiagnosed my dog, and I wanted a second opinion. I feel like I can definitely trust Dr. Cruz to make well-informed decisions for my sweet boy. All the other staff we interacted with were great as well! Thank yall!

The care and dedication of this team is unmatched. We took our lab to the rehab weekly his last two years with us and they for sure helped extend his time here and gave him a better quality of life. The rehab team is amazing! The vet is also incredible, everyone is so friendly and helpful. It feels like you’re around close friends and family. They also came to our house to help us say goodbye to our lab last summer. Hardest thing ever but their support and empathy was what we needed. The location is incredible, it’s peaceful and serene, I love it when I’m out there. Highly recommend!

Our first visit here after making a change from a vet we’d been with for years. Service is top notch and everyone is very friendly. I’m confident my dog got the best care and we’ll be bringing the rest of our animals here too. The price was comparable to others in the area so don’t let the reviews about that deter you. Highly recommend!

Fear free clinic at its best. That made such a difference with my girl. Treats, treats, treats. Well, that and trazadone. Haha. I've seriously never seen her so relaxed with someone that wasn't me assisting. Everyone was so friendly & informative from the first phone call to the end of the visit. I also sincerely appreciate that the doctor explained everything in detail, and even said, we may still send you to UT. I like being prepared and not yanked around. Seriously. Best vet experience in a while.

Animalia is a truly magical place . The level of kindness in the staff is absolutely incredible. We took our Dog lil boots in a a month ago with a IVDD injury and Dr Hall and the staff were so helpful and supportive through such a stressful time. Things are looking up for our dog and she’s getting better day by day and Animalia were a big help due to that.

The facility is a sanctuary! Not only is it beautiful inviting place to visit the staff are all amazing too!Just our third visit but we are seeing results already with foster fail,Billy Frito's year long wound. Who knew cats could/would allow acupuncture. Dr Emily has been wonderful along with McKenzie and Alea. Thank you Dr Hubbard for assistance in getting in home laser.

This is the best vet office ever!!!!! Emily Leahey is so friendly and kind we look forward to visiting every year. The receptionist was particularly helpful, we had lost our kittys folder with all of her paperwork and documents. I asked the receptionist to please print whatever they had on file for her, and everything was there. I am so impressed at how good they are at keeping up with all of their patients documents!! I am very pleased !!!

They are SO good with my deaf heeler. He is very scared of needles and anyone in scrubs for that matter. Too many experiences in the past have negatively affected him. BUT Animalia staff care about him and how he feels. They take extra care to ease his nervousness! They are excellent!

I’ve been taking my pups to Animalia since 2014. Three have had post TPLO rehab in the underwater treadmill along with cold laser treatments and acupuncture for arthritis. They all thrived! Animalia has the best care anywhere!

I used to be a former pet sitter and am also a pet owner and have been to many vets - not only in Tennessee but also in Texas. This is by far the most outstanding vet I have ever been to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient to answering any of your questions. Last year my cat had developed a bad cough and the vet I went to never really solved the problem...I took my cat Snail Mail to Animalia for the same problem this week and they got to the root of the problem and now I see a major improvement in his overall behavior and demeanor. Not to mention, the facility itself is gorgeous!! Thank you Animalia for taking care of my Snaily!

These people are the kindest hearted people ever! They have taken care of our Cocker Spaniel Snickers rehab after his hip surgery and have shown him the same care I believe they would show their own pets. Everyone is always professional and goes the extra mile to get pictures/videos since Covid has put a damper on some of those things. Dayna has worked with Snickers a lot and is always so kind and happy. Thankyou, thank-you to all the staff for your help!!!

Addie, Joey, and I LOVE Dr. Moser! After moving to the area last year, I searched for the “best” veterinarian for months. We are so lucky to have found her at Animalia. She always answers all of my (many lol) questions/concerns sincerely, during and after business hours! For every visit so far, she has walked in and sat down quickly on the floor beside them to do their exams. It was something I noticed immediately that was such a simple, yet huge, breakthrough for my fearful pups. At previous clinics, they would be so anxious from start to finish. With Dr. Moser, they run right to her and don’t even realize where they are (nor care where I am)! Dr. Conklin did Joey’s dental surgery this week and she was phenomenal! Extremely sweet/caring, called me with updates, and kept me in the loop! In December, Dr. Moser found a heart murmur at his annual visit so I was even more worried about having a different doctor, that I hadn’t met, do his surgery (she was unexpectedly out of the office). When I picked him up, Dr. Conklin made a point to meet me out in the waiting room to answer any questions I had. While I’m sure that’s their normal procedure, it was so comforting since I’m a VERY nervous and anxious dog mom! It’s such a calming feeling to know that my pups will always be in the best hands and care possible, no matter which veterinarian is in office or available that day. I have left every single visit with reassurance and confidence in exactly that. The front office staff are always SO kind and helpful too. I can’t recommend Dr. Moser/Dr. Conklin or the entire Animalia team enough!

This vet is the real deal.My baby was misdiagnosed at another vet with multiple health issues. One requiring surgery and the other being possible heart disease. My world was crashing down…I found Animalia and read all of the other detailed reviews and knew this place was going to be legit but didn’t expect it to feel like home in the ways it did.The entire staff was so incredibly compassionate and the doctor spent what must have been an hour or more with me navigating this scary time. She also showered my dog with love and treats. I swear he didn’t know this place was even a vets office. It really feels like a house with a lot of love in it.It turns out my 3 year old baby has a perfectly healthy heart and does not need any surgery.I am so grateful for my experience and will be calling this place my home vet from here on out.

I just moved to the area and my 2-year-old shih tzu mix had some pretty scary GI issues this morning. Even as a new patient, Animalia worked him in right away. He is a really anxious and reactive dog but they were so patient with him. I don’t think he’s ever been so calm at a vet’s office! The vet and vet tech treated us like we were the only clients in the office - I never once felt rushed and they answered all of my questions! My pup is already feeling a little better :) We will definitely use them again in the future!

This is the best Veterinarian Practice that we've been to. They truly treat you like family. We have 2 St. Bernards, Dixie who is 2 & Mako who's 1 year. They are huge and wonderful babies but Mako is very leary of new people. I have to say, he didn't bark once and he was the best angel ever. We were so surprised and happy. No anxiety or stress! CAN YOU IMAGINE how good they felt? It's great to know that there are people in the world that truly love animals and want to to help them.

Our experience at Animalia has been fantastic. Everyone in the office from technicians to team members up front to doctors are extremely attentive and genuinely interested in well being of my pet each time I visit. We took our cockapoo in when she became extremely ill with what was diagnosed as severe pancreatitis. Dr Susan Murray was amazing with her. She is brilliant and went to work quickly to formulate treatment for her. Our dog was so sick and Dr Murray saved her life. We are so grateful for the care we received at Animalia and can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

The entire team at Animalia Rehab has been absolutely amazing since day one! Kacy was so helpful, understanding, and on top of everything from even the very first phone call. Amber was such a blessing in the exam room. She kept our pup, Sadie, distracted, so I could actually listen and focus on what Dr. Hubbard was saying. She even went out of her way to take her out for a quick potty break. Dr. Hubbard has been nothing short of a blessing! She has gone above and beyond to come up with options for what the next steps may be for Sadie (even so far as to consulting with other surgeons to come up with the best plan of action!) We are beyond confident in the team at Animalia and are so thankful for each of those we have interacted with thus far!

UNMATCHABLE!When I found out that I had to move from TN to AZ, my first panicked thought was "Oh Nooooo, no more Animalia and Dr. Taylor. nooohhhhh!!!!"First, the place is gorgeous that it actually makes you want to go to your appointments. When you walk in for the first time, you are just in awe for its beauty, and your nose will be amazed for the lack of vet-pet-odor! I couldn't believe how nice Animalia smells!Second, staff and doctors are brilliant, truly caring, sweet, warm, genuine, highly professional and knowledgeable! Very attentive to the pets, always managing the pet's fears or anxieties with gentleness.I had taken Pema, my Weimaraner girl, the first time to get a second opinion on her. Dr. Taylor spared her of major breast surgery ( total mammary removal was suggested by a different vet) when it turned out that she did not have breast cancer at all, but due to aging, was simply going through hormonal changes so her breasts were slightly enlarged.I live in Phoenix now, will move back to Berkeley, CA in about a year, starting to look for a vet in Berkeley, and immediately had amazing memories of Animalia flooding me.Miss you Dr. Taylor and staff! I really wish I could clone Animalia in Berkeley, CA since I will move there for a very long time.Thanks for all you have done with such great love!

I am so glad I found Anamalia! It is not your standard Animal Hospital, of which there are several excellent ones here in the Franklin area. The Staff at Anamalia have a different attitude about animal care and follow up. First of all, most all care is done right there in the exam room with me there which takes a lot of stress off me and my babies, as opposed to them being whisked away to a back room. Secondly, most procedures and charges are explained to me, before service, so I'm not presented with the bill which takes the element of surprise off me and my bank account! I've not utilized the Holistic aspect of Anamalia but it is available which is nice. The Staff is always professional, kind, fun, and compassionate. I would highly recommend Animalia. It rates a solid 5 in my book!

Dr Malone is absolutely amazing. He is so patient in answering questions, taking time to address everything and completely thorough. He reviewed Gunnar’s chart before coming in to see him and talk to me which made me feel so at ease that he knew his full history. Plus he got down on the floor with Gunnar to do his exam and make Gunnar feel at ease. Dr Malone trulyCares for his patients and Gunnar and I appreciate that.
