This place has gone downhill! The girl that lets her boyfriend "hangout" up there, rolls her eyes because you don't utilize the self check out and is never around the register when a line is down the isle. If she has to come ring you up she will walk slow and have an attitude because she doesn't want to do it. She will pretend to get in the safe and go really slow just to spite you! On top of that THE STATE LAW IS THAT YOU CAN BUY FIREWORKS WITH A VALID ID! She told my son he needed his ID so he came home to get it and he came back, they wouldn't sell to him at all!! Apparently the blonde heavy set girl was no where to be found and she told the other cashier to not sell to him! Every time I go in there it's a problem! I hate that the original manager passed away because the only two workers that count for anything is the lady with the short black hair and the younger skinny girl! That heavy set girl has a horrible attitude! Half the time her and her boyfriend are "chilling" in the break room and will finish their conversation before ever acknowledging customers. He wonders around "special needs" or not asking you if you need help like he works there, watches you when you shop like an LP and just paces around the parking lot, playing loud music in his black Cherokee or paces around by the register. He grabs stuff off the shelf and just opens it (I don't know if she pays for it later) and just does whatever.I am done with this store! Absolutely done with it!! I'll be calling the district office again, filing a complaint and following up with corporate on my last complaint.

Love this store since they remodeled! They have a lot more customers now so stock sometimes runs low or out but they're getting better on restocking and it sure beats having to go to Wal-Mart! They have a good selection of groceries and some fresh produce. They definitely get our business! 😉

Since my first review the store has been remodeled and is now better staffed. Bonus, fresh produce. Much improved, keep up the good work!Not clean always a line with only one register open.

Its a constant understaffed mess. Clearance items are thrown everywhere, its very, very unorganized. Ive made a complaint to the manager and was reassured it would be taken care of. I knew that was a lie to my face as its been that way for a while now, still hasn't changed months later. You can tell that not even the staff wants to be there. Its a hovel of a store really. Only reason people go is because its the only store around.

Ohh, where to begin ... Empty shelves everywhere, nothing is ever stocked. Messy is an understatement. Most aisles is so cluttered you cant go down with a buggy .. CHECK EXPIRATION DATES ON EVERYTHING !!!! literally picked up a pack of Pecan Rolls an the Expiration date was 05/15/2018 ... 7 months expired .. brought it to the managers attention an she just brushed it aside as if expired product was the least of her worries.. do yourself a favor an drive the extra couple miles an go to the one in Elora,Huntland or on Hwy 64. You will thank me later .

So cluttered with item you alcant find anything and when you ask for help no one really knows where the item you're looking for it they list tell you a general area. Also only ever have one register open and line all the way around the corner usually.

They have a clean store. Last week they had ran out of mean bean java monsters.now this week they ran out of the loca moca monster. But other than that they go beyond your expectations.

The employees were helpful when I ask the location of an item. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in just a few minutes.

One of my favorite stores seems like a mini Walmart .It has alot of neat things you need like milk eggs and cool stuff like place mats and as seen on TV stuff. A fun store to visit

Love this store much better than Walmart. Prices are better. The employee are more helpful. I recomend you have a look around before going to Walmart.
