For medicine, Carters at Stonebridge is just up the road, and you never have to wait.This place always has issues, evenwith blood pressure medication. Avoid, and save yourself the headaches. Myself, and more have had nothing but problems Everytime . Every-time! For 2 years, I have said I wasn’t going to use Walgreens again. This time I mean it.

I had a prescription for Tamiflu that I was supposed to pick up at Walgreens Pharmacy. I never once got a call that it was out of stock. I had to call them myself to find out. I transferred my prescription to Walmart Pharmacy. I won't be using Walgreens Pharmacy in Fayetteville ever again.

Not only did the pharmacist try to fill my husbands prescription at closing, he was so very kind. Highly recommend this pharmacy over others I have had experiences with over my years. Not a paid advertisement, just a patient from Alabama that was grasping at straws to get a prescription filled!! Y'all are wonderful. ❤️

***Editing to 1 star, because when I say something is screwed up with my prescription every single time, I do in fact mean Every Single Time. Last week I set a prescription to refill yesterday because I needed it today. I don't have an email or a text or anything else. I had to sign into the website to see they hadn't filled it and I had to call. Called and told they had to push something through manually - which makes no sense seeing as I had a refill remaining and no other problems and whatever it was she took less than 15 seconds to do. So now it won't be ready until this evening, hours after I'll have gone into town. No offer to rush it, no real explanation, no apology, nothing. Literally every time. I would rather drive to Lewisburg to get my pills from the Kroger there then deal with this incompetence anymore.***If you're going in to shop for items, it's great, but the pharmacy is a nightmare. Store: the people are nice, it's clean and well stocked, they have a ton of stuff. I've never had a bad experience with the actual store section that I remember. But the pharmacy... Absolute worst I've ever dealt with. Every single time I have to go, I literally dread it because Every Single Time something is screwed up. And on top of that they're usually rude. Go here for your OTC stuff, but get your prescriptions filled somewhere else if you have the option (I unfortunately don't) - the other places are usually cheaper anyway.

I have always had an excellent experience here! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and always want to help you get your questions answered. When one of my medications was on backorder globally, they were very apologetic and said they would be happy to work with my Dr to find an equally effective substitute. I have never been disappointed with the staff and my experiences there, they occasionally get VERY busy at the pharmacy, because they are short staffed and they do the best they possibly can. If you must wait for a prescription longer than you want to, please be patient and not rude to them. As a retired R.N., I can state with 100% confidence that they give EVERY customer their full attention and really, really want to help you. Thank you Fayetteville Walgreens for the superior service and treatment you have given me!

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and as fast as humanly possible. In the 10 years of visiting this'll Walgreens store, I have had only one prescription error which was easily remedied by the pharmacist with a quick call to insurance and to myself. They go above and beyond. The store is always organized and clean. Best pharmacy in town!

If I could do no stars I would this place is terrible had a prescription called in yesterday at 12 they said it would be ready in an hour came back and then they said they were actually out of stock and would have more the next day. Well I’m waiting the next day and it’s 2:45 so i call and ask what’s going on with it and they say well we didn’t get any today so it will be tomorrow like good lord at least refer me to another pharmacy that has it or something no cares given by them I have a 103.6 degree fever you’d think they could do something other then mess everything up with the prescription.

They have not only recreated hours that are impossible for a working person to pick up prescriptions (close at 6), but also has an employee who will get angry at you for picking up your prescriptions. She is sarcastic and has a temper with you if you ask her to pick up more than one prescription at once. "Well, I wish you would have told me about that one in the beginning" is her words. But that is not all. She had an attitude from the beginning. I wish Walmart had a drive through. Oh well, Walmart it is...

I love shopping at walgreens especially the pharmacy. They are friendly and always helpful. I have heard and read bad reviews but people need to understand that working in the pharmacy is very stressful and sometimes they are short staffed but they do the best they can and as fast as they can. They have rules to go by just like with any job. They don't like you waiting for your medicine no more than you like waiting for it so Please have patience with them.

Ordered photos. Said they would be ready by 10am that day. Received email that they were ready. Went at noon the next day and they were not ready. Clerk reprinted my order (had to wait 15 min). Asked if there was anything they could to to compensate me for having to wait. Nope. Didn't even let me check the order before I paid. Not vey good customer service.

My wife and I always stop at this Walgreens when coming to Fayetteville, Tennessee. The location is in between the downtown area and the restaurant-big store area of town. It is located on the corner of a major intersection and easy to get in and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. We shop this Walgreens for everything from snacks to health items to toys for the grandkids. A bonus is the restrooms are always clean. Highly recommend this Walgreens location.

Monica and the rest of the team at this location always are friendly, fast, and professional ! The pharmacy also is under soo much pressure to take care of all their costumers and they too remain friendly, fast, and professional! I have been going to this location for over 10 years and I will continue to visit for another 10 more! Great job guys!

Do not use! I some times run out of ink and will stop in to the local Walgreens, to print off basic paperwork. all Walgreens are supposed to offer a service and they charge you, I’ve done this at two Walgreens before, very rude lady in photo said well we don’t do that here, hey your part of a chain that offers all the SAME BASIC SERVICE!

Gentleman at the register immediately caught an attitude and was threatening to kick me out when all I asked was if they provided masks for customers to wear. Little advice sir, there is no reason to be rude. I understand everyone is frustrated but when a customer comes in trying to respect a policy there is no reason for you to get an attitude about it.

My child is on monthly medication, vital that it is not missed. A step up and step down medicine. His mental health is at risk. My doctor electronically send it in. I have trusted Walgreens for years with his medication. I can not order it early so when I call to order as I do EVERY MONTH I am told oh sorry we don't have it we had to fill 2 yesterday. I am beyond livid I am told oh call your doctor and have them send it to another pharmacy .....really??? His doctor does not work on fridays Walgreens has jeopardize his health. They have been getting $50 from me each month and over $600 a month from my insurance just on his meds per month. I will never trust them again. I will be changing pharmacies for his meds. I will never be put in this position again.

The pharmacy closes at 130 for lunch so if you are sick with strep throat and need your prescription so you can go home to bed you will be waiting an hour while they have lunch. Should have gone to carters.

Fayetteville Tn! Ms. Jana and Ms. Brandy are the absolute best!! We had an issue with our debit card and these two went far and beyond to help us!! I will forever be in Ms. Brandys debt. She did not have to do what she did for a complete stranger and yet she went well out of her way to help us.Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!

Worst place no better than the cvs that closed down every time we have to get any prescription here it takes all day to get a script filled and ive been on phone hold for 25 minutes now and it's been saying since 1st couple minutes there 3 calls in front of me but it's 20 plus minutes still says same thing can't even see if my prescription are ready for pick up but there like most businesses now worst customer service don't even care about people giving them there business wish there was more pharmacy to go to have to drive another town for another place..now it's been 23 minutes now and i know there busy .but look at there ratings just like most companies in Fayetteville.i know there couple other places but our insurance wants us to use cvs but they closed so we using Walgreen temporary but just don't want to drive 20 miles to another cvs....now been on hold 30 minutes really that busy...

Their answering system is perverse. Takes an act of god and three miracles to get a human on the line to check stock if you are traveling a distance. Once on hold, after talking to a human, the system kicks you back in to talk to a new person every 10-15 seconds. I appreciated Case physically checking...thank you!

The Pharmacy closes at 6pm, which I discovered after my Doctor had already called in my prescription. I'll be using the Walmart pharmacy going forward .

Went to Walgreens this morning.. I really needed some things printed and the app was being wacky. They were short handed but each team member made sure I was taken care of.. Hats off to Walgreens in Fayetteville!!!

Horrible service wait 40 minutes to find out that medicine wasnt ready cane back next day waited 25 min to get meds that were filled the day before , i would recommend any pharmacy besides Walgreens, they are not able to keep up with anything and will lie to your face
