Came in today at 530, Lauren was the cashier, she was busy facing and stocking candy when I came in. She helped me with my return, the computer system had been acting up but she worked through it. I was short with her, she didn’t deserve it. I apologized before I left. Fix your computer system and give the girl a raise! She does a great job every time I come in and should have the tools to do her job. Again I’m sorry I hurt her feelings.

Been going here training dogs and shopping for 7 years to get a nice outing video for the owners when the dogs graduate the training program .Only the owners of the dog get the video it’s never shared public or social media and the manager was told that . All past managers have been great even give the dogs treats and ask to pet . One manager said she don’t like to be recorded I said ok no problem at all and also told her we never record people’s faces always keep the camera low so we only really get legs and other peoples dogs . Also told her if by chance we got anyone we always edit that out before sending to the dogs owner . Again never shared public . Many owners continue to take their dogs there because I recommend it as a good safe experience outing . I have spent tons of money here and always buy supply’s well there . I’ve fenced about 2 acres of dog fencing with all supply’s coming from tractor supply and straw and other supply’s for the business. It’s not against company policy and recoding in public is allowed . No signs saying no recording or video are posted and as I said been doing it and feeling welcome for 7 years now by the workers and the other managers .Needless to say we returned todays purchase and will not only be taking our training dogs els wear with zero problems with recording but also taking our business els wear . We will also recommend our clients not to shop here as well now . Rural king is the place to get friendly service and feel welcome so that’s wear all us trainers will be taking our dogs business and clients to now . Again it used to be great for the past 7 years but only takes 1 bad apple . Not judging all workers or the other manager who was always amazing

The GM Donna Swartz is the absolute worst manager I’ve ever met in my life. She bullies her young employees, critiques them for taking their full 30min lunches, demands them to clock out if not done closing duties (and complete duties off the clock) not sure how she manages a team from outside with a cigarette in her mouth.

They refused to sell my daughter what she needed for her goat. We ended up losing the goat. They said it was off label, then gave her something else that was also off label for goats. That was not what her vet told her to get and it didn't work. They shouldn't be interfering with a customer who knows what they are doing.

Just wish you didn't have to wait till 8am to open. Parking lot full of folks waiting to go in. Most people that need things from a tractor supply are early risers

Been here twice. Getting propane a hassle as they won't help or second time I had to ask twice before someone reluctantly came out.Dont know if they need more workers or what but I would say this was one of the worst TSC I've shopped when it comes to service. Cashier wasn't to bad.

went there for pet vet. excellent veterinarian there. my puppies were babied and taken good care of while they got vaccinated. excellent customer service. prices were great too!

TSC has always had what I needed. The men in my family purchase they're boots here and we always get our feed here. If we need something, TSC is our first stop. The workers are always super nice also.

Poor customer service! Manager on duty was not helpful at all. Act like it was a burden for him to look up something that the store didn’t have. Stated we only have “So much space in the store”.

Was there to buy 6ft box blade. It only had 1 ripping teeth. We were going to buy it if it had all 6 ripping teeth but employee told us it only comes with 1. He was very rude also. Called Athens AL Tractor Supply and they had 1 with all the ripping teeth. They told us they come with them ALL!!

Visted this location as I was in the area for a Dr, visit an I have say this is not at all a good store floors where covered with dirt,cob webs,mud,products,old products, went past 3 employees only cashier was one to talk to me asked for help in another department didn't get it, an honestly clean the mice traps by the chicken feed nobody wants to see that,
