It is a really friendly place with nice people and excellent service but It cost $130.00 to mount and balance 4 tires which just seems excessive although I know inflation is the reason.

By far the worst tire service I’ve ever experienced. Dropped my truck off first thing to get new tires installed, left and came back two hours later to be told they are to stiff we mounted one but won’t mount the other three. I proceeded to leave and soon discover they did not torque my lug nuts on the passenger side of my truck, all twelve was loose enough to turn by hand and was now missing one. Not to mention they took my valve stem caps off and did not replace them either. After calling to explain what I just experienced them seemed as if it was no big deal and they did not care. If you value yours and your families safety I would not come here for a service of any sort.

They made repairs that was not discussed on our truck with no remorse, non negotiable with terrible customer service. Anytime I've ever been to any other shop they always notified me before doing a repair and then let me decide, but today I was forced, fortunately I was able to pay but I'm not happy either!!

I was in a bind and the guys that work here are very nice, considerate and trustworthy. They showed me everything that was wrong while doing front end alignment and checking my tires. I was in Alabama due to illness and death in the family and I had to get this done before I went back home to Kentucky. I stopped at Goodyear in Fayetteville TN. They couldn’t do it, so a very nice lady called the Co-op for me and they got me in. It was a very nice experience.

My sister and I were enroute to my niece's graduation when the tire light came on. We stopped once and added air but stopped at the co op for them to check it. They checked it, fixed/patched it and had us on our way in less than 20 minutes!
