Blatant racism being shown by cashiers in 2023? My mom and I checked out separately and had completely different experiences… the cashier wouldn’t even speak or look up at me despite me being polite and speaking. I wonder what the difference was? Me being a few shades darker? Do better! She was a heavy set lady with wavy hair.

I went in to this store 2/23/23 around like 6 or so and I see employees standing around chatting the gm was Stephanie and she was talking the the cashier while the cashier was checking people out like either help or go away your wasting our time iv had nothing but trouble everything I come in here cahiers leaning on cart playing on there phones directing us to self checkout so he don't have to run a register making us stand there waiting for help because they don't watch I don't see how manager's got there position they don't pay any attention to the customers or the employees I don't see this store lasting very long since this remodel they took out everything we buy to put this popshelf in and now our food is always empty never getting the stuff we need and want in

My only complaint is limited number of items carried. But the items they do carry are probably appropriate for the majority of their shoppers. I just happen to not have set foot in a WalMart in 12 years. Most prices on their items are decent or a savings. The staff is pleasant and helpful if you need them.

Love to shop here. Workers are very helpful and nice. They allow me to bring my emotional service dog with me when I need her.I wish I could give a review more than once. Today June 2, 2022. I went in the store. It felt like I was going to see my family. They know you by your name. Then the other costmuster started to talking. We just had a good ol'time. Love going to the store

Carries a variety of items. Some fresh produce, frozen veggies, and fresh meat. Most cashier's are friendly. My cashier yesterday was not, I also asked if I only had one bag, she stated yes, got halfway home and no bananas. She was too busy helping the next customer before I had a chance to move.

I always enjoy shopping for groceries at this store because the prices and selections are great and the costumer service st the check out is always courteous and fast! I also like to shop here because the store is easy to navigate, and parking is plentiful. I also prefer grocery shopping here because it isn't as large or crowded as Wal-mart often is, and you can find what you need and get in and out quickly. I recommend grocery shopping here. Also the staff including Mrs. Dale is always friendly and helpful!

Some employees are rude and jump to conclusions on customers. Just because my sister got caught stealing from there dosen't automatically make me a thief. God forbid I would be shopping and I go to look through my purse to make sure I had my wallet. Next thing I know I'm being followed by the same employee the rest of my time shopping. Sometimes I will to this very day every time I go in there. So far it is only by one employee the rest of the staff are kind and friendly.

Our DGM had really good prices on honey crisp apples and avocados this week. I appreciate affordable produce. I would like to see some gluten-free options there.

I found everything I needed. Place was clean and orderly. Slightly busy yet wait time in line was no longer than 4 minutes. Cashier was an absolute sweetheart that was able to correctly answer my questions regarding sale items.

Probably the best Dollar General I've shopped at simply because of the employees. They're always friendly, polite, and helpful-- especially Winn. He's one of those rare people that treats everyone like a friend and can brighten a person's day just by talking to him.

When I moved out on my own and needed cheap but good quality DGM was a life saver. They have a little bit of everything. I love the green bags for my trash bins.

Non of the cashiers were wearing any masks in the middle of a pandemic even though there was a sign at the door requiring customers to wear them. Did not feel like they were being responsible.

This at one time was a good place to shop and save money.....went today but won't go back...thought items on sale was a good price....they said I had to have a coupon so I took those items out of my cart.

They aren't a really large store, but they still have a good variety of products. They have some good sales and I really like the quality of their produce compared to Walmart's.

The Winchester hwy. store is very clean the staff is very friendly and efficient you just ask where something is and they find it right away, there Price's on everything I have needed and bought are lower than the big chain stores, I enjoy my visits because of friendly staff and the prices top quality groceries, medines gifts, you just have to go yourself !!

Stays open til 10 at night..which is awesome because walmart closes at 830...they have better prices and sales than Wal-Mart too

They have sales on my mother's drinks of choice, sundrops. They'll have 3 (12 packs), anywhere from 8 to 10 dollars a piece. We try to catch them when they have them for 3 (12 pks) for 8 or 9 $
