These women work their tail off. I lived in the Area shopped there often. Still drive to this store at times. Most Courteous and nicest Employees between Kingsport, Fall Branch and Greeneville.

Love this store!! My beautiful wife is the Manger.... But I have visited all theses in my area and by far it's the best one. Cleaner, Things are easy to find and staff are always friendly. And honesty I'm not just saying that!!

Their store was clean orderly and neat the sales were stocked. The staff was very helpful asked if I needed any help finding anything and when I arrive at the checkout counter the clerk was smiling and was attentive to my needs. Worked my way through the credit card machine without his assistance I couldn't have made that possible ask me if I needed any help out with my items.

Its terrible . It would be a great place for a dollar store. The people are friendly. But who ever orders thing is terrible. The hugh demand things run plum out. I believe they maybe to lazy to stock it or something I don't know. If they would keep things stocked It would be so much more convenient. Instead I have to drive to Kingsport for things I don't stop at the dollar general then no point they are other stores.

Fall Branch has one of the best Dollar General stores around but the staff are not always friendly. Today I witnessed the cashier yawning several times while waiting on a customer without even covering her mouth - how rude. This wasn't a positive customer service experience today.

Today was not so good I was over charged on some sale itemsI had to go back to the store to get my refund. I really don't like having to check my receipt every time I go and this had happened before. I think that you need to make your sale and or coupons with better details.

Great prices and good people but the new manager is not very friendly and she don't know how how to run the store she has to ask other employees and I think the manager should know what to do.... There are some very good employees like sharmon, Andrew, Beth and Cindy they are very helpful if you have a question the manager can't help she has to ask the employees.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and neatly arranged. Stopped by the other day on my way back to Kingsport from Greeneville just to get a snack and drink since there isnt anything else around for a good while. Ill definitely stop back by while driving thru.

I was very impressed by this Dollar General store. It had a huge selection. The store looks 3 times bigger inside as opposed to the outside. If you're in the area definitely check out the Fall Branch Dollar General store.

Clean, find things here without any problem. 2 registers open with very friendly lady at the line I went through, lines moving fast. Will go back. Always pleased with service.

Love this store!! Especially since they have remodeled it, I can always find something in here to spend my money on!! Plus it's close to my house and very convenient!! Highly recommend!!

Poorly stocked, dirty, and very very rude at check out, so rude the other worker came over to apologise and take over, just because the girl ringing us up left my milk on the counter instaed of putting it with my other items and i asked if she rang it up and she blew up because (so we were told) a customer a couple of places before us upset her, even over heard a little old lady that was in front of us talking to her daughter about how rude she was, i understand she was mad but it wasn't everyone elses problem, ill take my business to a different location from now on.

I love this dollar store it's clean most of the employees are very polite and it has pretty much everthing you need ...which is great when you leave in fall branch and dont feel like driving 25 to 30 min to a grocery store or walmart. Its great

I really love the Fall Branch store, even though I have moved to Kingsport I still go there. I have learned you are building a new one down the road from me on 93 so excited will only me 5 mins. to get there.

This place depends on who the staff member is when you get there couple of them are super nice very helpful the other is just lazy next like you don't even want you to be there
