They're so kind to wait for me. There was unusually bad traffic on Fairview Blvd, and we were late. The groomer took care of our Lady and even gave her a cute bow after her appointment. I love it that they cake and text to keep us informed.

The staff is very thorough and caring towards my senior dog with health issues. She seems to really like coming here for her grooming as opposed to other groomers in the past which says a lot about this place and the groomers! We will only be coming here for my dogs grooming needs! Great experience all around!

Love You Heavenly Dog Groomers in Fairview! Our dog has been going to them for over 3 years. Everyone is always very sweet. Our doodle consistently leaves with a great cut. I also appreciate the ability to communicate via text and the proactive text reminders. Highly recommend!

Left 2 Cavaliers at 10:45. They were 5:30 before completed. Terrible wash and groom. Both dogs not washed under neck and muzzle. Still had odor. Either short staffed, or over booked!!!! Over 6 hours and no potty break. Cruel. and trim was "shaggy", rushed. Very hostile when calling to ask questions. Be sure to ask how many animals booked and how many groomers on floor. Don't worry, won't be back.

My pup has been getting groomed here for about two years now, and they are amazing. They go above and beyond and always do a great job. My pup can be very particular (and is difficult with blow dryers), but they are patient and have worked with us to make sure he is always taken care of. He always leaves looking handsome and very happy. They are the only ones I trust to groom him.Also, the staff is friendly and the owner has always been quick to address concerns. We adore Dayana and her team!

Kept my 13 year old dog for 6 hours after booking an 8am appointment. Receptionist less than friendly. I will not be taking my dog back there due to their “production line” method of grooming. Just moved here and got better service at Petco in Alabama.

I tried a different groomer here in the Fairview area. I was not happy. After the first time of using "You Heavenly Dog", I knew I would go back. He smelled very fresh and clean. I get the low shed done on my dog and was impressed with how smooth his hair was. His nails were a good length as well. I have a pretty big dog and not easy to bath. They did great!

We take all three of ours in every 6 weeks. We have a Husky and 2 Aussies. They do an excellent job and the girls come home all clean snd not stressed out. Would recommend they to anyone. Good value great service.

This is the best grooming facility all around. Dayana runs an immaculate, friendly, skillful, detailed business. Everyone is friendly and professional. I’ve been to many groomers over the years and this place checks all the boxes. I have 3 Maltese, 2 sister litter mates and an old rescue. Dayana picked up that I call them “The Girls”, and so they are “The Girls” when we are there. Heads up, better make your next appointment while you are there. Excellence increases demand.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! I CANNOT stand that they never answer the phone, that is a deal breaker for me, cost them a star, other than that they are great! My husband & I have a border collie and an Australian Shepherd, both super high energy dogs and they always come home super tired, clean and smelling good, we love the de-shedding that they do, GAME CHANGER!

I have a Great Pyrenees and black lab/Great Pyrenees mix. The owner is so knowledgeable about the Great Pyrenees coat and maintenance. Both of my girls come out so freshly trimmed. Highly recommend You Heavenly Dog!
