Weird check out. The young woman that helped me was wonderful, very knowledgeable about the products. But when I went to check out she had to call someone from the back to cash me out, it was just very strange! Do they not trust their employees? Do they not trust me? It was a strange feeling.

One dog was limping out, bloody paw prints on floor, owner upset. When picking up my dog, another woman (not Pat) was grooming a collie that would suddenly jump & shriek. My dog came out, I paid and we left. 2 days later... she limps still - L front paw is badly cut. There's a good reason why they are the cheapest.

I take my dog here to get groomed by both Pat and Bianca and they're both wonderful. Also the sales associates are always nice and welcoming.

Got my dogs nails cut and they cut it to short made her paw bleed only cut 3 paws done 2 dew claws did not file any of them made us hold her so she could get stuff done and we were still charged for all 4 paws cutting and filing.😠

Never open on time. I've been there 4 times in the last 30 days at the posted opening time and the doors were still locked. I am 100% done with this place. I will gladly drive all the way to Bellevue to avoid the frustration that this place has given me.

My dog has never had fleas an the old Groomer we took him to have his normal grooming and then got fleas really bad so we took him here and hasn't had fleas or slot of sheading since and he is an Alaskan Malamute!
