The people who work there are nice but the stores always in chaos. It's always 100 degrees in there as well. Maybe if the workers weren't over heating they'd have an easier time containing the chaos. I know I stopped going there for anything other than fast in and out because of the temperature inside. Maybe corporate should come work with them a day or two and they'd be more willing to lower the thermostat a lil for their workers and customers.

I am so disappointed in this store. This is the only place to shop in my small town and it a just a big mess. I don’t know why corporate doesn’t come in and get this store in shape. You can’t find anything. Everything is piled up and huge boxes in front of things you want to get. Items on top shelves pushed all the way to the back where you can’t reach them. I would love to be able to shop and support a store in my own town but I guess I will continue to drive 15 miles in either direction to shop for my household.

Price on the shelf clearly stated 2.80... at the register rang up as 3.85... cashier said he could give me the price... Rips people off if you don't pay attention... never again, I will drive the extra miles

the store is always a mess,doesn't have shelves stocked and freezer compartment has been broken for weeks now. cant depend on the store having simple every day staple items. no longer shopping there

This store is horrible, half of the time won't take a card they say it's your fault. Not 4 ppl in a row. Not stocked. Prices wrong on shelves.

The cashier was very helpful when he had to leave the store to get the one and only shopping cart that was outside of the store. The store was very messy and carts that had stock on them were blocking the Isles. The merchandise on the shelves was not pulled forward. This is pretty much a new store in Estill Springs, but when you shop there you would think different.

Dollar general is an overall great business and treat customers and employees with great respect and benefits. Most managers in local stores are not qualified though from my experience to interviewing employees and seeing stores in person. I think executives should be looking into managers better and I'm not talking about corporate employees, but just store managers.

Clean neat lot of merchandise in small area. Just picked up a few snacks. Had to stop when coming in the door for chocolate covered payday bars and batteries. Smart display. Snacks and sodas to my left. Picked up chips and diet soda.

Love this store a must have for Estill Springs Tn. Doing my best to get a job there. They need help putting things on shelves and cleaning up. On line application won't go through because jobs service is popping up and using your information to send Ads.

This is a brand new store.. also it’s one of the larger dollar generals in this general area.. however they do not keep it stocked very well in my opinion.. when the dollar generals in Tullahoma and or Winchester are out of something that I’m looking for occasionally I’ll drive out to this one think hey it’s bigger and newer odds are they will have what I’m after.. and typically I’m wrong and they don’t have whatever it is either

Curtis and friendly they don't keep enough cheddar & bacon potato skins chips on hand so when I go shopping I make it a point to buy all of them I'm hooked what can I say they are really good

The only reason I go into any of the D.G's is because it's convenient!!! They are always a Mess!! Decherd & especially the Estill Springs store look like they have been shook up and thrown back down! The D.G. on 130 close to North lake elementary the manager there really cares about the way it looks and she is Very helpful!!

This is my favorite Dollar General Store there very friendly and its keep clean and well stocked. James is a guy who works there and is a amazing employee in my opinion.

The place and staff are great. I removed one star due to the fact they can't keep the place stocked. More than likely it's due to the fact that they are pretty busy all the time

Same as all the others except I do not like how they have set up their clothing and purses. Ours hard to look through and stays a mess. Also, they stopped stocking sparkling water.

The women in Dollar General always make u feel unwelcome walking around watching u like u have stolen or pocket items. Makes me feel very uncomfortable uneasy to where I don't even want to be there!

This is a fairly new store, but it's so junked up down the aisles!!! There's always boxes of stock in the aisles no matter what time of day you are there!!!

This store is handy but usually either overstocked with excess merchandize out in the isles or its way low on essentials. Seems like they just can't find the common ground

Good place for quick shopping. Aisles little crowded for elderly people to manuver. Friendly store though keep up the good work.
