Why does this place completely close the pharmacy down when employees take a lunch break? Why not have people take rotating lunch breaks? A huge totally avoidable inconvenience.

Lost the prescription I needed to BREATHE for the night. I chose them because when I was at the urgent care late their Google hours said their pharmacy was open until 9. Got a text from Walgreens right as I pulled up at 7:50 wanting me to reply for updates on my prescription. so I know the doc called it in and it's in their system. But they say they have nothing for me and close at 8pm.....not 9 as Google hours state.Urgent care closed for the night so too bad for me. Thanks, Walgreens.Lady was nice and even called another Walgreens for me but nothing.I won't depend on Walgreens again.

I am so glad itWasted 3 weeks of my life trying to get a job here. I was told repeatedly I would get a call from MGT. No calls. I finally called again to be told by Dawn "you should have gotten an email. Your background didn't pass .. Sorry.."LReal professional. Meanwhile, no email. Don't go to Walgreens in Erwin if you are looking for professionalism. It doesn't exist .

I want to give Lisa in the pharmacy a HUGE shout out!I was having an issue with a prescription being filled. Due to an error in the system it seems that my insurance company was billed for a prescription that I had not picked up. The next fill date would have been 2/7. However, this was a big problem as my insurance runs out 1/31 due to me starting a new job. The new job doesn't start until 2/21. This medicine is still under patent and is therefore VERY expensive. As in, $650/30days expensive. It would have been impossible for me to pay for it out of pocket. I have VERY bad side effects if I go more than 2-3 days without my medicine. I am in the process of making a cross country move and starting a new job. The prospect of being without my meds for this long was absolutely terrifying.Had I not been able to get my medication, I would have been VERY bad off. I explained this problem to Lisa in the Pharmacy and she was very sympathetic. Lisa promised to get in touch with the insurance company for me. She had apparently gotten the runaround from the company and had had trouble getting them to correct the mistake.Instead of just leaving it until the next day (the pharmacy closes at 8pm EST), Lisa went way out of her way to call the insurance company not once but three times. She even called me 20 minutes after the pharmacy closed to let me know that she was able to have some success! She was able to get the problem fixed!This kind of follow through seems to be regrettably rare in our current day and age. She not only did what she said she would do, but she stayed after closing time to help straighten this issue out for me and to have my medicine available for me to pick up tomorrow.In the era of people with asymmetrical haircuts demanding to speak to the manager to complain, I wanted to give some KUDOS to Lisa let anyone reading reviews for this location to know that she did an awesome job helping me, and that she really made my day and helped me stay healthy. Whatever she's being paid, it should be MORE!

I really like ordering my photos there, (Grace) always tells me to look at them first and if I don't like how some of them look, I don't have to buy them. Grace is the #1 chick to go to, to have your pictures developed! Very good and smart, she is definitely the one to go too!

The pharmacy department is ridiculous with their slow processes. I have never seen a pharmacy need 10 plus hours just to refill a prescription and then be condescending on the phone when questioned about the time frame. Will not give them any further business.

This Walgreens refused me medical care (vaccine) because I have an out of state drivers license. According to the TN health department vaccines can be administered to non residents, but this Walgreens would not allow it. I live 15mins from the store in Poplar but ‘Walgreens policy’ prevented me from receiving medical care.

I recently changed from another pharmacy to Walgreens,I like the drive thru window,the ppl r friendly,one stands out more an it's Toyna,I have eczema on my leg an was costing a Dr, visit every week to get a wrap on leg,Tonya took her time looked up to see if she could order the wrap,low n behold she did an ordered it for me,came next day,now if you have ever had eczema,you will know this wrap is a God send,my sincere thanks to Toyna,she's the best in my book!☺

I stop here a lot to and from town, staff is very nice and friendly. The pharmacy workers are great as well, very helpful and understanding.

I go to this walgreens for my prescriptions and for mostly everything I need. The staff isn't the best but the pharmacy staff are very helpful and they are happy to help. I would recommend.
