I literally run in grab what I need then leave. They have a very good staff & the store is clean for the most part. I'm careful when I buy pork due 2 past issues. But other than that it's convenient & cheaper than other stores....so I will continue to shop there

The cashier Amanda is red hot, just like her hair. 11/10 service. Very courteous staff, clean floors, and well stocked inventory. Kynzie, the cashier, is also top notch.

I bought a container of creamer that was a month past the expiration date, how absolutely disgusting! I'll never go back there again. I should NOT have to do their job of checking stock! DISGUSTING!

Shabby little grocery store with one of the weirdest gimmicks I've ever heard of. They actually ADD a 10% markup to the total of your groceries at checkout! Why they don't already have it priced as marked, I don't know. Selection is poor and the store has a dirty feel to it. You're also quite likely to see drug transactions going on in the parking lot even though it is located just across the street from the sheriff's office. I personally watched 3 drug deals occur within 20 minutes while waiting for my wife in the parking lot.

Good deals compared to other larger stores. But lately the new hires are not near as friendly and can be kind of rude. They have a way of making you feel like your not very welcome. I understand they may be young but the manager needs to teach them how to work on customer service. A thank you will not kill you.

Today was a good visit to this store , the cashier was pleasant spoke when I approached the counter and she thanked me when I left . The last 2 visits I’ve made the cashier didn’t speak to me , did not thank me when I left handed me my receipt and turned her back to me ,, I think if you’re wearing a mask your still able to speak .. I can tell a lot has changed since you’ve got these younger kids working you need to teach them some customer service.. also why are they asking if I want a receipt just give it to the customer ..

I really like their ground beef it's priced good and tastes better, I've went awhile without liking any store bought ground beef for the grill for a few years until I started shopping here. The people that work there are great, one day I was buying some groceries with my kids, was about to spend my last $30 before I got paid again and after the cashier rung me up, he told me I didn't owe anything, I was shocked and so blessed. I asked why and he said that I just didn't owe him anything, never had that kind of kindness at a store anywhere else and right at a time I really needed it too.

They cover the basics well....and they have a butcher on staff.. much improved over years gone by ....really, a good service for Southside Erwin. I'm glad they are there. Shop there at least once a week or so.

I have never had a bad experience at th Price Less location. Everything is always set up nice and neat. The store is small, but most Price Less locations are small. The customer service that you get here is great as well. Would definitely recommend!

I like this store but there are a few things that would make it better. The bread selection, they do not sell beer and I wish they carried half gallons of half and half. The associates are extremely nice and always pleasant. I recommend shopping there.

My preferred grocery store in Erwin Tennessee. It would be five stars except they don't carry any dark green leafy vegetables in the otherwise adequate produce department. The meat department however is pretty good for a discount independent grocery.

I live on this side of town, and usually do most of my food shopping here, unless i need something specific. They have decent prices, before they add 10% to the total amount. The selection isn't that great either, but since i live on the Chestoa side of town, i shop here. Good store if you only need a few things, like milk, bread, maybe a meal or two, ect.

Course , the Shelfs - always seem to have something new to try.Love the Freezer Section - really good deals here .Staff have always been very Friendly & helpful .They even started putting outHalloween items / Costumes ( my FAVORITE HOLIDAY ) - before the end ofAugust !!!! 😮😊😊😊😍😍

Someone should really step it up in produce. I understand dealing with what your sent. But leaving rotten food out on display. Is just lazy. I've shopped here all my life. And in the last few months quality has really took a dive.

They don't carry absolutely everything a large grocery store does. But what they do carry is at a great price. The meat is good and at a good price. Everything sold at a good price. Very friendly staff and a great place to go.
