If I could give zero stars I definitely would. We took our Toy Poodle there for grooming back on July 5th, 2019. About fifteen minutes later I received a phone call that our Poodle was in pain and we needed to return. The owner Randall Thompson had opened our little dogs crate and allowed her to jump about3 1/2' onto a hardwood floor. Her fall caused the ligament in her hip to tear, and her hip came out of joint. What was worse, he put that little dog through a bath without her even being able to stand. We rushed her to our vets office where she had to be sedated to have an x-ray. Our dog has had to endure a major hip operation and several weeks of recovery. I was paid $100.00 toward the vet bill, but since then, nothing.They did not have insurance to cover this. I stopped in on September 3rd to ask the owner if he was going to cover this $1500.00 vet bill, and he told me to get the he!! out of his business.I'd be very leery of taking your beloved pet to this establishment.

Randy does a great job with my dog Toby. He's not a easy dog to get his nails cut, but Randy is great and patient with him.Highly recommend them for your dog needs

He did a wonderful job bathing my dogs. But please bring cash for him because he doesn't take debit or credit cards.
