I have been in our local dollar tree for a particular item that they have in boxes on a pallet and it has literally sat there for almost 2 months now we have been told that they have not had time to unboxed them. They are clearly understaffed very rude and the manager made my daughter cry as she had her medical anxiety, relief, pet with her and he told her to remove it from the store ! Every single time I go into that dollar tree, there are at least 10 to 20 people waiting in line with only one cashier, and they never bother to open a second register ever. Also, they are so understaffed that you can hardly walk through the isles from the pallets of merchandise that has yet to be unpacked and it is like that every time I go into the dollar tree, which is several times a week and it’s the same exact pallets every time I do not think the current manager of the store can handle his position or he needs help desperately bad there is another nice lady that works down there that seems to bear the brunt of all of the hard work, and I feel terribly sorry for the amount of work that is put on her.. but I have been waiting on a crate of items that they have to be unpacked a month and a half now it is set there in boxes. Management please do something to help this store it is pathetic.

I just called to see if they had balloons at this location and got so much of an attitude from the lady that answered. Normally wouldn't care but it was a bit much. I'm just going on to the Elizabethton one at this point. Uncalled for.

Well it's a Dollar Tree 🎄🌴🌲Store, what more can I say. Seeing that it was the Holiday season the store was jammed packed with a wide selection of Christmas and New year items. I was surprised that it was neat and organized. Here's an update on what was known as a place were everything was a 💲, hence the name Dollar Tree. Now due to Biden inflation everything is $1.25. I guess if they spend money to change their name it would have be called the 5 Dollar Tree Store.

Very clean store. Hard working staff. Wish they all could get a raise for keeping the shelves stocked and having to deal with customers who act like a horse's hind end because they feel empowered putting minimum wage workers down.

Always got something new for a $1 but don't depend on the items their only a $1 so certain things are very cheaply made also. Mostly kid friendly. Cheap toys and makeup and phone accessories. Cheap snacks and craft ideas. Etc etc. Mostly for ages 5-18 . And ages 40-80

I absolutely love this store. They have things DIY,wooden projects ,some tools, toys,storage bowls(3) with lids. Cleaning supplies, makeup. This store has mostly everything.

It's a typical Dollar Tree. The parking lot looks like it got hit by a meteor shower though. Some of the potholes are big enough to damage a lower vehicle for sure.

I love the dollar tree, they need to keep it stocked better, and need more crafting supplies but I still love it. I buy water there and supplies.

What's not to like about the Dollar Tree I know that a lot of their products is cheap that summer that you really can use I like the place

Everything's a dollar. What more is there?... Well it's $1.25 now but still...
