My shopping experience was great! I needed a few tees because I packed for warmer weather. Not only did I find nicely stocked, neatly hung and sized tees, but the price was reasonable. I will definitely be making another trip there. I would give them a 10☆ if I could.

Great thrift store they organized The Store looks very clean yes every Now Then you might find a stain or on Something but it's really hard with all The clothing that's put out Every day Not miss a stain or a rip. But they Sure do thier best trying.Lots of Name brand clothes prices start from $1.00 and up . Thank For what you all stand for. CHIPS( Batter and abused women)CHANGE IS POSSIBLE. .

I went to this store looking for kid jackets. The staff was friendly and helpful. The inventory was amazing. Then I learned of their mission. I now regularly donate the outgrown clothing in my household.

We love CHIPS. They support a local charity helping domestic abuse victims, and that is important to us that they give back to community. The store is big and spacious, and prices are proper thrift-store prices versus overprice junk like Goodwill sells. The store has always been clean and tidy when we go. Lately, they do require you wear a mask, but most places do! Go to the Johnson City mall and all shops insist you wear a mask.

First this is a thrift store that suppose to support Domestic violence shelter. I get that.. But most of the ppl who shop here r elderly and disabled i kno most all ppl n this small town and they r mostly talkin about how rude they r treated .I have experienced this lots of times will not even help with heavy items there i walk with a cane and the employees will not offer to help me lift heavy items to my car and they tell me to push buggy back and they will not even hold the door open 4 me and most times i have buggy and also they will not offer to come get tha buggy.I think it is soo sad elderly and disabled r treated wit such disresepct.We do not drserve this kind of treatement!!

Rude. If you don't give into the mass hysteria of wearing a face mask they will kick you out.... Will never be back or bring anymore goods to this business again, I'll start taking it over to Good Will instead.The store sells used wares and is dirty and demands it's customers to wear masks they aren't even providing...Ever time I've been to this store the employees were always rude and would just stare at a man. You women def earned your bad review, sorry I couldn't give chips 0 star rating.

To be honest I was very disappointed most of the clothes in there had stains and grease all over them and I was shocked how expensive that place is and it given to them the guy at the register does not need to be working in the public toldl me . he was not breaking $100 bill just for my purchase of $7

No clear pricing. Also no refunds and/or exchanges. I had to wait 10 minutes because some Karen challenged the clearly displayed sign. She got her entire refund and they talked a lot of smack about her when she left. Unexpectedly amusing.
