Worst policies ever. I couldn't go to the exam room with my dog, and couldn't talk to vet. A tech got my dog and then brought her back as I sat in the waiting room. They misdiagnosed my dog completely after hundreds of dollars in tests. Now 15 months later they won't sell me flea and tick medication without an exam. I'll drive to Waverly for all my animal care after this. I've never deal with anything like this place. They need management help or they will never get any better.

Great service, friendly people, but prices went up a lot. Use to be able to bring my 4 cats in for allergies for a little over $200 now it cost me over $100 for each cat. Unfortunately I have no other choice. Unless I drive over 45 min to another vet.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! They were very professional & thorough about explaining what was wrong with my fur baby & how we’re going to fix him! The wait is just as quick as the visit! Very thorough instructions & these people really do care about the pets!

I've been getting my dogs flea and tick medicine from them for years And now they want to do an examination before they will sell it to us. My dogs have been getting the Nexguard for years. Another business trying to unnecessary squeeze their customers out of more money. I'll order it online now and will be changing vets.

Dr. Mark and Dr. Rebecca Turney are amazing! Dr. Mark has been to our farm on several occasions. Their clinic is an hour away from us and we have gladly driven there for arthritis laser treatment several time for our dog, Domino. Everyone is very kind and gentle. Dr. Mark does farm calls including a pot-belly pig rescue facility, a cow farm, horses, a dairy, etc. He has treated our horses, dog, and pot-belly pig that we I inherited! He has never been incorrect with his diagnosis or treatment.If you are in search of a compassionate, knowledgeable vet with vast knowledge, you will find it with Dr. Mark Turney.

My Great Pyrenees was shot by my neighbor after he broke out of his collar. I'm new to Erin so took a chance bringing Nicks here but i am thrilled i did! The entire staff is amazing, kind and sensitive to both patient and owner. They even out on a holiday cast! I highly recommend them.

Dr Mark & Dr Rebecca are Great with all my animals and there Fur Parents.Having access to call them when ever necessary is of the up most importance to us.Some off the front desk staff need to learn how to be more courteous,Your welcome and Thank you go along way.Interuptions when you are trying to check out and pay your bill are alittle to much.

I brought my senior dog to Houston County Animal clinic after she got a terrible wound on her front leg. They took care of her quickly and explained everything to help me make her care choices. The cost of the care was very reasonable compared to what I am used to and only one day later she is feeling much better. I highly recommend them.

We were ignored for our appointment. Scheduled for 1 and they took the only other appoitment at the time before us and it was scheduled for 130. When asked about our appointment, the lady at the desk was incredibly rude said they were catching up but had no answer as to why they took the 130 before the 1:00 pm. If they weren't to busy being rude they could have politely said it was going to take extra time because they were busy. However they were not. Rather drive an hour to clarksville then be treated like were annoying and dont matter.

Very professional clinic! Very smooth running process even for my wild fur baby, we checked in from the car, they came and got us, he got his shots, a check up and a nail trim. He was in and out, the friendly staff took very good care of my pup!

Dr Rebecca and her staff have always been so kind when I bring my cats in. They are fairly easy to get an appointment with and their prices are reasonable. Most importantly, you can tell that they really love the animals.

I always bring my animals here. They are kind and I can tell they know their stuff! The office is clean, and modern. There is outdoor seating which is perfect for one of my pups that gets nervous inside. Pricing is competitive and I know I'm getting a fair deal for the services provided. If you bring you pets here, I can guarantee that you won't want to take them anywhere else!

10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ i live in Clarksville and was told by a close friend who I call sister (yardstarter bullies llc) (Kia) who knows how high maintenance I am… she told me to make that 45 min drive to insure that my frenchie gets the right maintenance and that the owners breed frenchies as well… this place showed love from the moment I walked in til the moment I left… they lady at the front desk even held him (Capone) the veterinarians loved him too and were super nice… we will be back in 3 weeks…( the love 10/10)(price 10/10) (customer service 10/10)

My dog went to the vet here and was diagnosed with a heart murmur. Due to this she was advised to be put on medication, which I did. After being on it for a few years and moving I have since had her looked at by two separate doctors. Both vets told me that yes she has a heart murmur but it so small that there is no need to have her on medicine. I feel like this is negligence on this vets part that my dog was on a medication that was not needed for years, which who knows what type of side affects from that medication affecting her.

Friendly staff, clean waiting room, smell was a little strong...but there are animals inside. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. But I was the only one there. Usually a lot busier.My cat needed her claws trimmed. My cat was very upset about a 2 mile ride. But when vet got her out of the carrier..he was gentle and the assistant was gentle too. It only took about 10 minutes. Cost was only $10.

Over a year told heart murmur also tx. Per vet who stated rating heart murmurs not her specialty. Never remembered what she rated him 1 mo. Ago in need of emergency care noone answer phone. It was business hours. Kept getting recording for a emergency vet. Mult messages left. No One Called Back! Had to my baby to another vet also saw 2 different vets. And both agreed HE Did Not?? Get that Did Not,! Have a murmor at all. He had a heart condition that needed Tx! If proper Dx. And correct care . Maybe baby would have lived longer instead I lost him r/t heart Failure,! Get a second opinion especially from a vet that says she don't know how to Dx. Murmurs that good. This is a life you are risking.

I was on Vacation in the area and discovered my Yorky needed Surgery to remove a bladder stone. I took her to Houston County Animal Clinic and received amazing care. I picked up my puppy today and she looks good and seems to be recovering quite well.Thank you for your help.

This is the most caring and affordable that I’ve ever been to every time I call and price check they have the lowest prices and will work with you so much, and they genuinely care about each individual animal they care for. Even if I move out of the Houston County area I will still drive to bring my babies to this vet. Thank you guys so much.

Everytime we bring our animals there the staff not only cares for them medically but also emotionally. I don’t have to worry about the cats or dogs because I know they’ll be loved on and cared for when they stay overnight. The staff really treats every pet as if they’re their own and I’m so grateful.
