Yay!! I finally found my little midnight snack tomato plant here!! I took it home and planted it right away. The best little tomatoes ever! I have been trying to find this plant again for two years. I had even ordered two from amazon months ago only to be told weeks later that they were "lost".... i almost gave up. I also found a beautiful plant called birthday cake i believe. Gorgeous

Terrible. You can do better on price and quality virtually anywhere. I went in for brake fluid. An associate busy doing nothing in particular said they didn't carry it. I had to walk half a mile, to pick it up elsewhere. My father said it was on another shelf. Typical. I worked there for 7 months, and could tell you stories of associates giving bad/poorly conceived information-to sell overpriced items-and get customers out of their hair. I usually made it a point to refrain from giving advice on things I knew nothing about. I also attempted to return perfectly good items they continued to sell with my receipts ready. It passed the 90 day limit. I was struggling with comp, and my previous employer was denying me pay. I was hurting and could've really used the money. When I make an agreement with someone my word is bond. I expect the same from business. They won't get my business again-if I can help it.

I hate to give the store a low rating because the store itself is great. But, Lowe's new contractors for delivery is pathetic! Use to it was the store employees delivering. Now they have contracted out a company to do it. And they don't speak English! At least send one that can actually talk to the customer!!! Plus, while he was putting our dryer in he got aggravated at every little thing in his way! I have had several deliveries and never had a problem before. I moved everything I could out of their way. Even took the old dryer out before they came. I won't be buying anymore appliances from Lowe's that have to be delivered and since they don't keep any in stock to take out myself, I guess I won't be buying anymore period.

Ordered multiple items, and not a single one was delivered when they said it would be. Received confirmation that my items arrived at the store only to go pick them up and find out they were still on a truck somewhere, yet to have arrived. I don't mind a long wait time on ordered items, I mind deceptive business practices, telling someone their items will be there by Friday, and 2 weeks later it still not being there. Obviously not any one person's fault, just aggravating enough to come give a bad review

As a regular patron of Lowe's in Elizabethton, TN, I feel compelled to express my appreciation for this outstanding store. Each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. One of the highlights of this location is Mike in the paint department. His expertise and helpful nature are truly exceptional. Every time I visit, Mike is actively engaged, offering invaluable advice and assistance with a level of dedication that is rare to see.The store's cleanliness and organization never cease to impress me. It's clear that the staff here takes great pride in maintaining an environment that is not only clean but also welcoming and easy to navigate. This attention to detail makes shopping here a consistently pleasant and efficient experience.The helpfulness of the employees at this Lowe's location is another aspect that deserves recognition. Regardless of which department I'm in, I can always find a staff member who is eager to assist. Their friendly and approachable manner makes it easy to ask questions and get the help I need, enhancing my shopping experience every time.

Went in for an interview. Was waiting for over half an hour. Wasn’t offered a seat, was told they would be right out and we would conduct my interview. Nobody came out, didn’t even get to see the person who was going to be interviewing me. I’ll tell yall this you missed out on a good worker who would always be on time and ensures problems are solved quickly and efficiently. And yall don’t obey by the “help guest and associates in a timely manner” part of your job.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!! I WENT TO LOWES IN ELIZABETHTON TO GET SOME POTTING SOIL . IN THE SALES AD IT STATED THAT IT WAS 2 FOR $12 . WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT I WANT. THEY SAY IT WENT OFF SALE YESTERDAY. IT IS NOW $10 A BAG. WHY IS IN THE SALES AD THEN? I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE HAS WENT IN TO PURCHASE THIS AND PAID $10 FOR IT . IN THE SALES AD IR S AS YS THE SALE US FROM APRIL 18TH THROUGH MAY 1ST. THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS!!!!!This place is awful. If you need help you might as well leave and go elsewhere. Because the workers here "if that's what you want to call them " is no help whatsoever. They walk around and if they see you searching for something they keep walking.

Ive never bought a Christmas tree at lowes before, but figured I would give it a try this year. Worst customer service EVER! I first get there pick out my tree.. Its a 7- 8 foot tree. The lady tells me i have to bring it to the register. Its quiet some way so i got the tree by myself no help offered. Then i get up there she tells me she dont know how to net the tree. So i waited 20 mins for someone to come and net it. Then i ask the guy if he could trim and cut it for me. He says he doesnt know how then starts cuttingg with a hand saw and the whole bottom is completely crooked. That finally gets done , then they tell me they cant load it to my car that its a liability so i sit out there for 35 mins in the rain trying to do it myself with no help offered whatsoever. Worst customer service ever. Very disappointed!

Bought a gas range and refrigerator. Refrigerator was delivered 3 times with damage. Delivery driver came during the wrong time for the first delivery while we were at work. My husband had to miss work 3 times during a 4 hour window for these deliveries. I paid $200 for installation for the gas range. Crume installations is terrible. The installer came out to check the connection (a 4th day having to miss work) and told my husband everything was fine, but we got a call from Walt at the Elizabethton Lowes the next day saying the connection must be changed before installation. We told Walt the installer told us the connection was fine. Walt said he would call us back. He didn't. Went to the store a couple days later after the first refrigerator was delivered with damage and looked Walt up. Walt told me the gas range installer was also charging an additional $125 to carry the range into my house bc there were turns and stairs. I I pointed out to Walt that he didn't tell me this on the phone and how there are no stairs at the back door 5 feet from the kitchen. I asked Walt to call Crume. We were on hold for around an hour. Shelly from Crume said John, a supervisor, would call me. After 2 days, I tried to call Crume twice to be put on hold a long time. I couldn't hold because I was at work. I called Lowes numerous times. In the meantime. I got an automated message from Crume giving a date and time of installation. I called Lowes numerous times trying to verify if we needed a different connection. No one could get Crume to tell or return my call. During the last two conversations with Lowes, I was told the connection did not need to be changed. On the morning of the installation, Crume called saying if the connection hadn't been changed, they weren't coming for the installation. I told him I called Crume and Lowes many times trying to find out if it needed to be changed and no one could tell me. I was told repeatedly that John from Crume was going to call me, but he never did. We ended up having our gas company, Admiral Propane, to install the gas range. They charged $150 to change the connection and install the range. Crume Installations was charging $325 without changing the connection. Lowes made me pay for a second refrigerator before they would order a second one. Walt tried to charge me more for the second one plus a delivery fee. I had to ask for a manager. When the second refrigerator was damaged, they didn't make me pay for the third. None of this made sense. Walt didn't want to help me in the store and purposely wanted to upset me. I was being cheated at every turn at Lowes and Crume. When the third refrigerator came, it had a tiny dent in the front that we didn't discover until the protective film was removed. We kept it bc we were afraid the next one would be worse. Between Lowes, Crume Installations, and the multiple deliveries, they drove me crazy! I would never recommend Lowes or Crume Installations and plan to buy future appliances elsewhere. I got very sick during this time, which I blame on all the stress caused by purchasing two appliances from Lowes.

Holly definitely deserves 5 Stars, as well as her roofing crew! Holly came by the house, talked to me about preferences and the budget, and explained details of the repair and process. In a short time, she had a quote written up, and we quickly came to an agreement for the new roof. Her team was busy but fit in my small job about 10 days out. The team was early, worked steadily, and they cleaned up every bit before they left. The new roof looks great. No more leaks! And a great warranty came with the job. I absolutely love this store! They have such a great variaty of plants and designs for my flowering plants, so much fun shopping there , the staff is always very friendly and willing to help in anyway. So courteous and patient ALL THE TIME. If you haven't been there please go ,it's amazing!

Bought a $800 Kenmore freezer here. It lasted 6 months. Contacted Kenmore; 2 weeks they haven’t done anything! Carried it back to Lowe’s, their manager’s solution was for us to buy another new freezer at a discount! She wouldn’t even try to call Kenmore to try and help us! Heading to Home Depot!!!!So I wasted the time to call. The customer rep was very nice and was going to apparently get me through to a manager. But after waiting and being apologized to twice for having to wait, she told me she couldn’t get anyone to answer her! Then basically told me I was at Kenmore’s mercy because it was their responsibility. I agree with that, but if they wouldn’t be responsible, I would think Lowe’s would be! So basically we’re out $800!

Lowes is my favorite store, could spend hours just looking around. Well today was my last trip to lowes screwed over on bringing my fridge dropped in driveway because they cant take doors off fridge to get it in house but i did WITH my bad back even though i paid for delivery corporate lowes was very nice but i cant shop there so i need new store over 200 visits to this lowes so disappointed

Terrible experience here. We bought all new appliances Fridge, stove and dishwasher on labor day weekend. We told the guy we wanted the items installed and also purchased a 5yr extended warranty on all 3 items. Big score for him. Huh. To make a very long story short, No installation was rang up during purchase, the Frig was rang up as an install and because of that the Fridge was on backorder even though it wasn't. Lmao. Literally took a month to get the Fridge that was in Asheville NC . But when I called and raised a little hell, it showed up the next day at my house. A leg was missing off the new stove and the storage drawer wouldn't close due to damage to the bracket it sits on. (They did give discount for this) Was double charged for extended warranty. Got phone calls and texts for weeks about the Crume installation folks coming out for dishwasher install even though we didn't purchase install. I mean this was a nightmare to say the least.

I used to enjoy shopping at lowes but now all I hear is Spanish songs and advertising and they are so overwhelming overpriced my suggestion is go to big johns closeouts save over half in same or better items

I purchased a Kolbalt 40 volt Trimmer and Blower combo. The trimmer Bump Knob wore out within a year. I went to Lowes to get a replacement Bump Knob. They do not have them. I checked online. Not available. I went to Lowes to get help. I was told to call Lowes Customer care. They told me they could not help me. How can you call it Customer Care, when they don't care. I don't want to give any stars, but you have to give one to post a review.

I swear I have so many workers in there wearing a smok no one can ever be found and never knows what you're talking about when you ask for it and I thought that was the point of going to a hardware store! I know when we used to go to the mom-and-pop places before Lowe's came about they always knew what we were looking for when we came in! Hire people who know how to give info on the department that they are in might be a good start and also how about an intercom system were paging system for somebody and such a large place and needs help and the cashiers all they want to do is talk and won't go look for anybody LOL sorry that place really frustrates me every time I go in there. But the reason I gave three stars is they do have a great flowers selection and a great staff to take care of those flowers as well

Horrible. The worse service ever. We went to the store to buy sone wood floor but we had some questions. We pushed the botton to request help at least 5 times. Somebody told us they were in a meeting. So you are telling me that the metting is more important than customer service? Wow. We finally got tire of waitingand left. Did I mention that the service was horrible? Never again and left

Best place to go for all your needs. Just wish they would work a little on the customer service. I stood at the service desk for at least 15 minutes and got no help. One employee took care of one person then walked away, never to be seen again.
