Beautiful grocery store. Well stocked and was so happy to see so many fresh vegetarian options. The store was extremely clean, well maintained with a very helpful staff. I just moved here and everyone has been so welcoming and kind. The selection of frozen foods were amazing, the bakery had so many fresh breads, I absolutely loved the bulk goods section. The produce was amazing and fresh. I wish they stocked more mushrooms like Swiss brown. Well done to all the staff. And thank you for making my first few days comfortable and inviting. I will post a few pictures but they are kind of silly. I just have never seen meat and jackfruit in a can so that is what I took pictures of. When I go back I will take more and update more.

Subject: bakery. Was waiting at the counter to pre order a cake. There was one employee behind the counter, I was waiting for her to finish packing cookies. She turned around and looked directly at me also making eye contact with her, took her apron off and went around the corner outside of the bakery. I waited for 5 to 6 minutes and she never came back. Could've had my business but it seems as though I'll be going to Walmart or Food City. Would suggest making it mandatory for employees to show quality customer service and hospitality.

I called the bakery today to see if they had a German chocolate cake, they didn't have one made already but a very kind woman I spoke with offered to make me one. She was so helpful and sweet and the cake was absolutely delicious and beautifully made. German chocolate was my father's favorite, he passed away 4 years ago and as a tradition, we always get one on his birthday to celebrate him. I wish I had asked the woman what her name was so I could thank her personally, amazing customer service.

My mother was Just treated like a criminal for no reason.one of their check out systems was malfunctioning or needs work maybe?But my mother rang in all her items, every item beeped, we had no understanding that some of the items apparently did not ring in.They all made a beeping sound so we just kept bagging and moving forward.The employees treatment was just rude and instead of explaining that maybe it was an issue with the system my mother was basically just treated like a criminal, telling her that she didn't even ring in half her stuff.Employees need to be taught better customer service in this regard. You don't just treat people like criminals when its possible it could be an issue with the self check out system.

Nice store, clean, organized, fresh, friendly staff. No cash at self check out 👎. The young man in deli didn't know the meaning of gristle which was odd. I been getting the Purdue's breasts and there's often a chunk of fat tucked underneath, probably no fault of Ingles. Overall nice store.. 4.5 stars

Super clean and modern grocery store. Well laid out grocery store that is well stocked and has nice wide aisles. Awesome produce, bakery and meat departments.All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Hands down the nicest place in Elizabethton to do your grocery shopping. It's always clean, beautifully laid out, and even though I'm general it's probably the most expensive grocery store we have in the area, Ingles does run some good deals. They carry a lot of things that you won't find anywhere else. Good selection, well stocked, very clean.

Ingles is alright, I have other grocery stores I prefer to go to but I do like their deli area, it is an excellent place to go for lunch as opposed to all the fast food joints around there.

The store is always clean, the staff are nice and helpful. I don't like that they do not stop the people that they know for a fact are shop lifting, as this only makes prices higher for the rest of us, or the store closes permanently do to losses.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The veggies and fruits are fresh. Bathrooms are clean and fresh smelling. Their deli is well diverse in different types of foods. Also, it's great for a quick lunch or early dinner. This grocery store is more like a better Krogers. This store is definitely my new grocery store.

Some of the best quality foods out there. They are a little pricey but catch the sales and save money. I love going to Ingles. They have the biggest and best subs around

Way too overpriced for normal items that can be purchased at other supermarkets and Walmart for considerably less. This store is well laid out and has an excellent Supply of items but it does not make up for the excessively High pricing on your everyday items. In today's environment one needs to think twice if they want to buy a product in a place that looks nice at a higher price or at a store that is not as glamorous. Think about that folks.

The Manager Midajah treated an employee (Lacey) horrible this morning! I watched Madajah give this employee an awful look behind her back and pretty much belittled her! Lacey was doing the best she could. There was a red head employee working who obviously you could tell he was new. There were several customers there at the time I was. Midajah fussed at Lacey for walking around the corner for sugar for a customer because she wasn't taking the customer waiting at the register order. All while this manager was doing inventory. That clip board could've been put down to help her employees. Instead she was just mean and had this awful look like she hated her job and didn't want to be there! I have had several people make the drink I like getting. Lacey is the only one that gets it right. I will only shop with Starbucks if Lacey is working! If she isn't I walk right back out the door because I got tired of paying for a drink that literally makes you just want to dump it out! Maybe consider treating your employees good there if they are good at their job! Not making them feel like they don't know what they are doing! Midajah should've been helping guide the red head boy you could tell he was struggling to make drinks. One person can not run everything and expect drinks to get made fast or taking orders when having 4 people ahead of me waiting on drinks while other customers are waiting to order too! Shame on the Manager for putting that much pressure on one person! If that was my child and I saw the way the manager treated her I would automatically tell her to quit! I think this girl is in high school as well so the manager isn't setting good examples at all!!!

I absolutely adore the Ingle's Market in Elizabethton, TN!!! The store is VERY clean. The employees are so friendly and extremely helpful. We're talking "Can you help me find the cauliflower tortilla chips?" to " Yes ma'am! They're right over here if you'll follow me" 🤯Crazy nice! The Curbside service is my absolute favorite shopping experience. You are contacted throughout the picking process by the person actually shopping for you! 🤯 Again, crazy nice! If they have to substitute something, they let you know. The time is incredible. I choose the pickup time available on the app, but most often, the order is ready long before the time reserved. I have used the Curbside ordering probably 5 times. I wanted to save my opinion until had used it a few times just in case the first or second times were a fluke. Not a fluke friends! Use the online Curbside service. You won't be disappointed!Buh bye now,Buh byeOk, really going this time❤️

We found organic food here along with many gluten-free items that were labeled with easily seen tags. The staff were helpful. The store was clean and well organized

Talk about a CLEAN and SPARKLING store. Everything shines. Well stocked and a great selection of items. There are a lot of items. What a wonderful surprise.

Normally, the deli has amazing sandwiches, but this time around, my Italian sandwiche still had small strands of plastic around the edges of the pepperoni. Just use caution so you dont choke on the plastic! I called the deli to warn them and the woman that answered said they'd look into it but the plastic is dang near invisible until you pinch\bite into the pepperoni edge.

Ingles market is a nice clean store. They have a good produce, meat shop, bakery and deli . The only thing is , they are a bit more pricey than other stores.

Exceptional curbside service. Issues with some of the red pears - damaged. The livestock enjoyed them. Previous curbside produce was compromised too. We may provide one more opportunity.

No one greeted us as we entered. About had to tackle an employee to get a question answered. The Starbucks inside only had one person to help people. She was very nice. The whole store felt very cavernous.

I love Margaret, the early morning cashier. She is so kind & always joy to talk with as I’m checking out. She is very informed about the sales & the product . She makes me look forward to stopping in & grabbing a few items I need for the day!
