Gina does a fantastic job. I refer her to many people. She is great with all animals. For those posting negative reviews you may have had a bad experience but I can say that I've never and have used her for over 20 years. Some of the critical posts are ridiculous . I've known this lady for years and I know what a good heart she has for animals . I highly recommend her. Actually I've sent numerous people to her and everyone is pleased with the job she does!

Thank you Gina @ Ginas Scissor Works in Elizabethton,TN for Grooming my dog patches. She looks and feels so much better. Your work is always more than satisfactory. I wouldn't trust patches with any other groomer but Ginas Scissor Works. Thank you for always grooming her since she was a puppy. I'm gonna post a picture in photos so I can show her off.

Gina is the best groomer in Elizabethton and possibly all surrounding areas. She grooms just how you want. Her prices are extremely competitive and fair. I have been taking my dogs to her for years. since they got their first grooming.. My momma dog is almost 8 and her puppy is almost is almost 5. I did use 2 other groomers on momma and was never happy until I found Gina. My momma dogs puppy has never gone to a different groomer.I love Gina!

I pulled in that shopping center by chance. I had been looking for a place closer to get my siberian husky groomed. I opened the door to see if they were open and I turned around to get my purse out of my car and she opened the door to the business and said can I help you and I said yes I was wanting to talk to you and I couldn't get my sentence out she shut the door in my face muttering under her breath she's thought someone was trying to steal a dog. I went back in there and told her that no she couldn't help me because of her bad attitude I wouldn't want her working on my fur baby and she said well just shoot me!! What kind of a response is that? I really wanted to support a local business but that was just uncalled for and really blew my mind and I would recommend no one takes their dogs there .

I inherited a pet and I was trying to stay with its groomer so I made an appointment and I was told about an how the old owner tip her well on this pet told her I wasn't the old owner and then I show up and web site says building 815 that is not the building she in so when I called she came out on the phone and was very rude and very loud about there's the sign pointing at it at building 829 but you cant see it when cars are parked in front of building bc the sign is at bottom of window. so I told her as rude as she was she lost a customer and didn't take my pet into her I just came home. I don't need to be told to tip nor be treated rudely being a first time customer and its not my fault her web page gives wrong building address change your info and stop being so rude to people who are trying to give you business so if she this rude to people it worries me how does she treat your baby while your back is turned I wouldn't trust her period with mine even though the old owner took this pet I wont.

First time I had my cat groomed she tried to keep my seresto collar thinking I wouldn’t notice. The problem I have is not many people groom cats, and I have to say she does a good job but has absolutely no manners for people AT ALL. Today I brought my cat in and I’m struggling in the door with a baby carrier and and big carrier for my cat and she was rude right off the bat. She was disrespecting me in front of my children and it was so uncalled for. She will never get my business again. She may want to learn some manners if she wants to stay in business.

I needed to find a local groomer and Ms.Gina had an opening available. She did a WONDERFUL job on my yorkie. She was very professional and polite. Her shop was also super clean. I will definitely start going to her. Thank you Ms. Gina for the exceptional job you did on cayenne.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. My parents took their dog to get a hair cut and they cut her side up! Didn't even say anything about it! Save your time and go somewhere else!

My brother’s sweet puppy was mauled by this irresponsible groomer. Sweet Sadie has disastrous scars all along her neck. I have heard other horror stories about her cussing at dogs and leaving them scared to death. Please, if you love your animals and do not want them to be abused, DO NOT take your sweet animals to her.
