The most unprofessional place I have been I awhile. The cashier screams out into the store for her manager. Don’t shop there very often but have made my last visit. The courteous of stores are no longer there, online is so much nicer. Oh, by the way, 2 workers standing out in front of the store door smoking is another turnoff.

It's an ok store. Not a big store, but a fair variety of things. There was a big banner in the parking lot advertising clearance, but very few clearance things for sale. Some areas are well stocked, n nicely displayed, but others are pretty unorganized, n tore up. If they fail to take down sale signing, they won't honor the price, at least they didn't for me! It's not that I hold it against Family Dollar stores altogether, it's just not my first unpleasant shopping experience at this particular store!

Found everything I needed. They have everything in stock, that you need for your home. They have one whole side of there store that's a fever with any kind of frozen food. And a while freezer that has 1 dollars frozen foods. It a great place to shop.

I've always loved this store I wish they were more of them like they are Dollar General store's I would definitely go to this store alot more often if there were more than 1 in my town but because they are like 4 Dollar General stores before I get to Family Dollar I always just end up stopping at one of them because it's closer.. But if I'm in town an need some stuff I'll stop here, an I always end up buying way more then I plan on but it's ok I'm just making up for the times I don't get to come here lol...

The store has a small footprint, but manages to sell many different items. Clothes and shoes, household goods, groceries, cleaning products, and seasonal items. Staff is very helpful and the prices are clearly marked and noticeably lower than their competitor's prices.

Horrible store. Not even deserving of one star. The cashiers will steal your items and when you try to go back and get your missing items they won't help. Absolutely despicable behavior. Also has a poor variety and pricing isn't anything special. 0/5 stay as far away from this store as you can.

So I pulled up a coupon that she's had on your app and it said it was for 10 bucks and the store manager said that it was corporate that made the decision to pull it off of yourself and would not give it to me as that and made me play regular price for it so I will not use the family Dollar app anymore for anything and you couldn't even get in the aisles there were packed full of merchandises on buggies to be put on shelves and there was five people up front two people were sitting on stools behind the register so no bad really bad

I go there often and the employees are always helpful and happy, that makes the most difference to me. They are always stocking and cleaning the store, it is always a pleasure to visit this location.

Josh is one of the best employees i have ever met in retail he keeps me coming back and always enlightens my day , he deserves to be promoted he is so sweet and helpful and always has a smile on his face 😉😁👍

Went just to pick up bread & milk and ended up spebnding over $150 . To many items on sale especially for me to spend like that being a widower . Once I started shop it was made to easy with all the deals they had going like Gildan hoodies by get one 50% off , they were already a good bye at $14.00 and then to get a second for 50% off , in believable great deal . Then they had electronics also at good deals . There's just too many good deals to talk about , you need to go and see these deals for yourself . Plus the started there 12 great days of Christmas today also . Hurry and get. Me I was at the Elizabethton store myself . Carter County has some better deals then you can find in Johnson City a lot of the time . Well hurry on over and the the great deals for yourselves . Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas And A Happier New Year . There will be more stories like this one to come , sorry I forgot to take a few photos , but I will make up for in my future adventures .

They put discontinued items in a clearance section and leave the same price on the items with a sticker that says reduced to and has the manufacturer price right that's the exact same ripping people off

I love the dollar store! As always say if I work there I wouldn't get a paycheck but not only that Id probably owe them money.. lolol

Was prowling around for somw beachy curtains! Sighhhh, none! But! Found 2 gorgeously beachy shower curtains. Ironed and using yhem for curtains! Look great too!

I have a bladder conditions where I can not tell when I have to pee until its too late and when asked if I could get the key to the bathroom they told me they dont have a bathroom and this time they said oh sorry bathroom is locked.
