This dollar tree is small but it is usually decently stocked. It carries all the most essential items most people should be in need of. It also offers seasonal items. They are beginning to stock for fall holidays such as Halloween and Thanksgiving holidays.Dollar Tree now has $3 and $5 items!I got some dog bones with 2 in a pack! My picky dogs love them.

This store is either empty or the isles are lined with boxes to be stocked. I rarely find the craft supplies I see in other stores. The employees are always very nice but they need more help.

Would have been a 5 but…the lady working the cash register was doing a great job By Herself with another employee walking around. I’ve worked retail and when customers are lined up by 4-6 it’s time to chip in and open a register!

This place is never well stocked you never see any one stocking the shelves. They only have one person working on the register. There's always a line to get out ! I go to other Dollar Tree Stores . They have lots of items to choose from and plenty of workers. I just found out that Dollar Tree doesn't refund your money if something needs replacing. They will only exchange. Well I'm done with the store now. Because if I buy something it doesn't work or breaks. I don't want a replacement!

The dollar tree is my favorite place to go for deals. The have most anything you need. No need to pay Walmart's high prices. This particular location is spacious, clean, and well stocked. I love the candy they sell.

This dollar tree is convenient for town, but the empty shelves, lack of organization, lack of products, and broken bathrooms are an ongoing problem.

Always such friendly staff and well-stocked compared to other locations in the area, however y'all should talk to your manufacturers or have a seal on lids so customers can't open them. I get this stuff is cheap but every time I go the lids to all the cleaning supplies and hygiene products are not closed and it wastes the product and ruins everything it's bagged with. This has been an ongoing issue recently.

Staff is always friendly, store is mostly clear and clean, and the majority of their items are always in stock. I do love their decor and home item sections, as they're pretty up to date and modern.

About a year and a half ago, I chose not to shop at this particular location, the assistant manager Tara always seemed under the influence of some kind of substance, she speech 8s always slurred and she is always rude not to mention she 100% smelled strongly of alcohol. I refuse to shop there but had heard she got fired so I returned today. Still a horrible group or managers. This store needs a whole new management plus a couple new employees.

There's always a little something for everyone at the Dollar Tree! You really can't beat some of their deals. Only bad thing is that they sell out of everything so fast! I guess that's a good thing for them!

This family is wonderful. They are always so kind, their prices are always great and they even offer free refreshments. Today, they even shared some nice conversation with me. I definitely recommend that you check them both out, for your Auto fixes......and thrift store shopping itches. 😊

I love the dollar tree always have but this time wasn't good. A shelf fell on my mom, she is ok just bruised up but this wouldn't have happened if it had been put up correctly. Instead it was propped up. I don't know if they were changing stuff around and hadn't had time to fix it but this could've been really bad. I'm thankful my mom was ok. The manager was very nice, she brought her a chair to sit in why she filled out an accident report. I hope they can hire more help so that things can get done and the wait to checkout isn't so long.

One of the worst places I've ever worked.. The manager Mike and Assistant Manager Tara are some of the worst managers I've ever seen.. I called in and the assistant manager hung up on me and then called me back being very disrespectful so I said I wanted the manager to call me back.Well the manager calls me soon after.. his name is Mike he shows and speaks with more disrespect than the Assistant manager Tara claiming Im in the wrong this that and the other. The reason they are short staffed is because there is a major management issue especially at the Elizabethton, TN store. I've not once had to contact Human Resources through none of my jobs but today I did and for a Dollar Tree at that.If I was anyone reading reviews I would suggest to just go to another store do not give this place business

Nice dollar tree, clean compared to a lot of them. Only thing I could say bad is they need to open more cash registers. Been there twice and lines were pretty long but overall Happy with it will be back again.

This is one of my favorite dollar trees. Workers are nice to the customers. It's one of the cleaner dollar trees i have seen. I do miss that everything was a dollar though.

The young guy that rang me up was very rude just because I used wrong card and it declined he smarted off and said if you don't have the money don't come I said excuse me if you give me a minute I'll get the right card. The young man didn't need be that rude I actually had over 400$ on the right card.. I want be back to this store...

Staff is always nice and friendly. Wish they had more cashiers but they do the best they can, considering our current job market. Staff is still as speedy as possible, friendly & provides great customer service

Dollar Tree but hardly anything costs a dollar. Lots of finds but some things are way cheaper at Walmart. Some stuff you get what you pay for. Other than that, there are some neat finds that you can't find elsewhere. Just be careful and do your research.

Great store to get craft supplies! They never have enough cashiers & lines are usually up the shopping aisles, especially during holidays. Everything in this store is $1 or less! We spend lots of money here!!

They need help but yet won't hire anyone extra... Even my sons have put in there multiple times they need help with stocking and cashier's... Apparently the manager is not easy to work with and he picks and chooses on a whim who he wants to interview. But just because someone is a difficult manager doesn't mean the public should suffer for it

I love shopping at Dollar Tree but the Elizabethton is always messy. The shelfs are bare in spots most of the time. Lots of stuff laying in the floor. This is not just one visit but it is like this every time I go there. The store in Johnson City , Greenville, and Newport that I go to sometime is always neat and very well stocked ! The girls that work at the register are very nice. It's really ridiculous,I think it should have better management .

The place to go for Party essentials, if your on a budget. Great & lots of deals. Definitely ALOT of fun inexpensive toys for the kids. I'm never disappointed because when I check out & have my buggy full...I still have money in my pocket & want to turn around and spend another 3 hours in there Haha 😁

Low inventory, messy and unfriendly staff. The inventory that the store did have was in utter displace. Elizabethton is such a nice clean town with several shopping options. It's too bad the Dollar Tree looks like it belongs in the projects of Memphis.

It is an ok Dollar Tree Location, but it is usually crowded. Stock is always picked over, not well stocked. Big store though, kept decently clean for the amount of people that shop there.

There is so much more in there and if your a crafter is very inexpensive, I have done alot for very little , nice job and really don't mind the small extra, still a great variety and very friendly staff

you can find just about anything here. you can get ice cream, can foods, all kinds of Halloween candy, decorations for Halloween, plates and dishes. they have school supplies, they have stuff for your car. they have vitamin and health care stuff. toys and games for the kids and all this stuff is just $1 each. it is really a awesome place
