I enjoy going to this Dollar General more than others in my area. It doesn’t seem as “cluttered” as the others do. When all of the other stores are out of a product that I need or I am looking for, this store is the only one in my area that usually has the items. The associates have always been pleasant to me and very helpful. The parking lot is always tidy and has plenty of parking area with handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility as well. I highly recommend this store.

Nice people. Most all you need at a good price. The stores are clean and well organized. Things are kept where you can find them when you need them. You can get dog food, oil for your car and oil to cook with. You can find cereal and eggs for breakfast and pizza for lunch. They have a small variety of clothes and some shoes. You can find bout everything you need in one stop

Have always loved this store, but around Christmas there was a new lady that said she was a shift manager. Well she had a very snotty attitude. She acted very aggravated when asked to do something. Thought she might have been having a bad day, but it happened again with my daughter and her friend. Other than that I still love this store.

Love the employees, store is always clean, and they will help you if asked. Especially the stocker at the Dollar General beside Prosound from 2013-2017, best customer service ever. Thanks guys for your hard work.

This particular store is the cleanest one I've ever been in. I'm not big on the General Dollar store, but this one is the best I've been in. The cashiers are pretty fast in ringing you up also. Number one store and staff. It truly is a five star Dollar General store.

Store was very clean and always stocked with new product, alot of diy varieties, food section was confusing but you just gotta look slowly. Cashier was very polite and courteous.

Dollar general next to Biltmore area is l ok be all the employs there . They are so friendly andbhelpfl u couldn't ask for a better set of employs to run that doller store I prefer to shop at that dollar store in the he Biltmore area than any of the other ones

They have a great sale on Drinks right now, Actually most of the time. My family goes through a lot of drinks. I spent $50 & was able to get 3 12 pack cans Mt Dew, 1 case of 16oz bottle Mt Dew, 1 case of 16oz Pepsi bottles, 2 6 packs of Major Melon Mtn Dew, & 2 6 packs of 16oz bottle pineapple Mtn Dew. That's a lot of drinks for $50

The store was clean and neat in appearance. Being Christmas Eve, these items were picked over with several bins empty, otherwise the store was well stocked. We will be returning there again in the future.

My husband and I went to Dollar General on Friday the 27th of November because it always has way more stuff than ours does in Stoney Creek.Anyways, we got what we needed and proceeded to check out...When the cashier told us our grand total it surprised both my husband and I alot.We didn't think that we had that much stuff in our cart..so we reviewed our receipt and both of is notifced that the cashier had charged us for 3 boxes of popcorn!! (We had only bought one)So my husband went back in and informed the manager of the over charge for the popcorn!Even though the cashier kept adamantly stating that she had not over charged us for the popcorn and she had no idea how it had rang up 3x!!In our opinion she had not been paying attention to what she was doing!We usually never have trouble getting our stuff at Dollar General but for some reason this day just wasn't good!It does have way more stuff than our little Dollar General in Stoney Creek!Just remember to always check your receipt because mistakes can happen!!

Not too bad then before you seem to be nice everything was pretty clean and in order pretty good deals going on throughout the stores overall pretty nice place I was satisfied and it was clean which was a surprise especially for a dollar store around here here I was happy

My shopping experience was good, but you're managers and employees are very very rude to their customers for no reason, there's only one that works there that's nice and I go in this store almost three or four times a week, an the way they treat their customers isn't how their supposed to be treated they have no work ethic or respect.. I've done this kind of work most of my life an even been a manager an i would never treat my customers the way they do.. But they will not ever hire me even though I've got over 10 yrs of experience, I've tried to get a job there a few times hoping to bring some good "vibes" to the store, cuz it needs them bad, but for some reason all they want to hire are young girls that don't have a good work ethic cuz they didnt get trained the right way!! I no a few people that's been hoping y'all would get a new respectful manager so maybe y'all could get some good,new an respectful employees..every time I've been in their lately there are new cashiers but when I asked if the they've look at my Application all she says is they aren't hiring, but the hiring sign is still on the door, so she lied straight to my face cuz ill go in there a few days later an they are new cashiers!!! But I don't care about that.. I just wish your employees wasn't so rude!!! Thanks

Nice staff, except for the one hiding around the corner smoking the whole time. I understand. You need a smoke break, but it looks really unprofessional to do it where that's the first thing customers see when they pull up.

Mostly shelves are stocked 'unless of course beginning of pandemic and they had wet wipes:) so i survived the tp burglar.There's not any fresh meats'like a deli or meat dept. They do have frozen boneless chicken breast. Small h.b meat in those rolled up pkgs.bacon' sandwich meats(brand names)Chips,snacks ice cream. Some items have name brand but also have there brands. Nice staff.if u can't find item'ask..theyll go look in back.smart bizz..they have 1 almost every 5 miles. Lol also hav3 online coupons and can save 5$ after 25$ purchased..every Saturday. They also have a dollar isle' 'household furniture/items & beauty and clothes. Sale cogs. Some sale beer. I go at least 2xs week or more..

A lot of bullying it seems like. Instead of talking inside of the office with the employee about an issue it's in front of customers (basically yelling) which is not professional at all. Very sad. Other than a few incidents it's a clean store.
