Asked for paint thinner to clean a paintbrush covered in latex paint. The nice gentlemen told me to give water and a wire brush a shot instead. I did buy something else, but I appreciate them not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I'll be coming back.

Surprised at the amount of household hardware. This beats a trip to the big stores and it's right around the corner.A great experience looking around and tons of loose hardware options, nuts, bolts, screws, etc.

Very clean hardware store, with just about everything you need in hardware. If you need something they don’t have they will try to order it for you.Very nice and helpful employees. We have needed a hardware store in our area forever and I am glad to see Ace Hardware come to our community.

New hardware store. Local, small town vibes, super friendly and helpful. Started going here instead of the big box stores. Smaller selection, but usually just what you need. Support small businesses.

Horrible employees all 3, there were 3 men there, all were not helpful, not friendly and down right mean. I went in for a snow shovel, and asked about it then got a rude answer from all 3. And walked out. I’ll never go back in there. I would rather make the longer drive to lowes in Elizabethton then go back in there. And as for any professionals that want to do business there…they wont let you use their bathroom…dont even go there, choose browns, or lowes…i hope they go out of business.
