I have been using sugar gliders r Us for a while now and I have even been to her little store for my gliders food . She is so nice and know exactly what I need or what for my gliders. I will always recommend this place.

I bought a monkey from them and it died within two weeks, I doubt she knows what she is doing, giving people premature whining marmosets. I’ve tried reaching out to see what we can do about the situation and I am being ignored. I WOULDNT SPEND MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY SELL MALNOURISHED PETS!

We purchased 2 sugargliders and they are great! They were already used to people so they are easy to handle. The lady in the store gave us wonderful advice regarding them and, they had everything we needed to take care of them.

These guys are awesome. I met them at the Exotic Pet Expo and spent some time with them discussing their babies. They were happy to dedicate the time to me even in such a heavy crowd. I love my little guy. He his healthy and happy and it is obvious that he has been cared for. If you are looking for a sugar glider to live, I highly recommend checking them out. I'll add a picture later when he wakes up.P.S. They have great after sale customer service as well. I messaged with a question in the middle of the night... And they responded pretty quickly ..And it's a weekend during non business hours. These guys are great. Don't risk a purchase from anywhere else!

The gal here is a breader of sugar gliders, monkeys, and hedgehogs. There's also a cute shop to buy supplies for these exotic pets. We had a great experience purchasing a sugar glider, toys, and snacks for our new little one. Would highly recommend. Well established business.

This is our second time coming here and both times we had a very fun experience. The first time we came, we were still deciding of we should buy a sugar glider. Kathy let us see her monkeys and even let us hold a color of sugar glider we were not planning on buying. The second time we came to buy sugar gliders she let us have a free banana swing and book about raising sugar gliders and both times we came she was very nice and patient.

Their positive reviews are fake! This company is TERRIBLE to do business with! My husband purchased us a baby from them and he passed away! We got a necropsy done and it was determined it was premature weaning. Which means they are taking babies from their mothers too soon, JUST to make money off of people! I highly doubt this company is experienced and would never recommend them! Now, when attempting to contact her, no response!! The fact that this could be a legal matter and we’re trying to work with her is insane! I don’t even want a pet, my heart is broken just please refund us.

They sold me a sugar glider and said she was healthy and happy the first few days she was ok and then she started having problems and now I had to put her down my vet says she was taken from her parents to you they told me 9 weeks old and the vet says 3

We are working here in Tennessee & originally from Missouri. We went today to purchase a sugar glider. We had the BEST experience. After our purchase our van decided to not start. They offered us jumper cables, a jump and anything else we could need. The tow truck was 2 hours out & an Uber for all 5 us back to Lebanon was 110$. They offered to bring us home while the tow truck came to get the van. We offered them money, & or fill up their vehicle for the trouble. They refused to to take either & said " one day we mighty need help and hope someone helps us too!" We give them 5 outta 5 and then some. plus we just love our little Haylee baby. We will be back for a monkey next time. Thanks again for everything.

Love this place! The owners are very nice and friendly! Recommend anyone who has sugar gliders or monkeys to visit. You can also purchase monkeys and gliders from a professional who takes well care of them!

If you are looking to purchase sugar gliders FIND ANOTHER BREEDER/SELLER. I just attended an expo where this vender was present and he was selling under age joeys on leashes. Dangerous and unethical. He refused a civil conversation and even threatened a physical altercation with another patron of the show when confronted about the babies. Deplorable. Id post zero stars if it was possible.

They only have sugar gliders Micro squirrels and marmaset monkeys their a baby's sell for a 6000.00 But they won't sell the adult monkeys
