Ok, pharmacist at Dyersburg store is rude, running mile after mile to pick up mess, what's the purpose of sending a text when the meds aren't ready, even call and they say yeah it's ready, get there wait in line , guess what , not ready. Happening over and over with gas 3 bucks a gal.. ok now we switched to Kroger because of a hateful pharmacist, wife needs her diabetic mess but it was called into Walgreens, they won't fill it, and say they can't release the script to Kroger, Dr was supposed to send new script to Kroger, after 4 days of being lied to by Walgreens still no mess.. Why ? I've complained to main store, nothing , nobody cares.. stay no RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM WALGREENS.. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU. WHAT A JOKE

I’m concerned that I may have made a mistake switching over to this Walgreens for my prescriptions. I used Kroger for over a decade but they no longer take my insurance. So I switched. With Kroger, I only had one day delays on insulin orders.Walgreens not only has longer wait times, but even when trying to be proactive, I still run out of insulin and it seems like no big deal to most of the staff I talk to about it.Then, they fill a partial order. The problem with partial orders is that I would have to make four half hour trips (going to and from the pharmacy) to get the full prescription. That’s 100 miles of driving to get insulin. (because I’m from a small rural community).I like the convenience of using an app to request refills and keep up with prescription updates. But, I just don’t see why it takes a week or more to get the insulin in. Especially when the Walgreens supplier is an hour and a half away, they are open everyday, and receive shipments daily.

I trusted Walgreens to convert 10 reels of childhood home movies and they totally BOTCHED THE JOB. I had to wait 5 weeks to get my DVD made. Out of 10 reels of film there was 20 minutes of shadows of people and the face were so blurred that I couldn't indemnify any of the people. I paid Walgreens $296.00 for the DVD to be made and got something that looks like a 6 year old kid did and is totally useless. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST WALGREENS AGAIN WITH ANY OF MY FILM WORK. I GOT RIPPED OFF TO THE TUNE OF $296.00 and got junk.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNEDGARY CLOUGH

Visited the Dyersburg store today. The Pharmacist Randy was very helpful in explaining how to use a medical device and welcomed me to contact him in the future if I needed additional assistance. Also, the staff were very nice and pleasant.

6 people working behind the pharnacy counter and couldn't get waited on...just kept getting "we will be right with you". After almost 10 minutes of waiting, I left. Had everything transferred to CVS where they promptly waited on me with only 3 people behind counter.

Do yourself and your health a favor and just go somewhere else for your meds. This location is having issues filling refills in a timely manner. I sent in an online order for my BP meds (which they apparently don't deem life saving) and was informed it would be 96 hours (5 days) before I could get them. A dispensary in Memphis seems to be shipping them many of their refills and they are not doing them in the store anymore. So if you need critical meds like BP medicine or Insulin best go somewhere more reliable and less negligent of your prescription care

This place is the biggest joke for a pharmacy. Left a prescription this morning and we were the only ones at the pharmacy and we were told that it was going to be over an hour wait time. So we said that we would be back in the morning. We don't live in Dyersburg and I will not spend all day waiting on one prescription. So we calledat 7 p.m. and they still have not filled it and it won't be ready until after9:45 tomorrow. This place is a great big joke and we will never use them again,I will be talking to our insurance company about this pharmacy I would give them 0 stars if I could

almost exclusively use them for photo printing… i have come in after 7-8 emails stating my photos are done, and they wouldn’t have even started on them.. just came in to pick up a photo that was “completed” yesterday.. and no one had even started on it. this place is an absolute joke, and i will be swapping after this to print my photos at a different location and company.

Refilled a prescription for Tresiba Flextouch Pens on 7/29/2022. My refills for this includes 7 pens at a cost of $99.00. They only had 1 of the 7 pens and said the others would be in the following week. My wife went to pick them up and they refilled the entire prescription (7 pens) and charged another $99.00. I was refunded for the 7 pens she picked up but was refused my 6 pen balance. Dyersburg Walgreens robbed me of 6 pens.

Horrible Store. Went there for a covid test and had a 10 am appointment. The directions on the website said to be there 5 minutes early, however they didn't open until 10. We waited until 10 and got the pharmacist Karen that gave us a nasty attitude and told us to use the other lane and hung up on us. Nobody else was there so we moved over then had to wait another few minutes for the pharmacy tech who told us to go park for 20 minutes so they can get the paperwork ready, then continued to complain that the covid testing process is not set up by corporate and they are not staffed properly to do the testing. Once the wait was over, it was somewhat better but will never go back to that store again. Never had such a horrible experience at a Walgreens and would definitely recommend CVS or even a crack dealer over this store.

This place is a joke I use James and Wilks usually but they don’t carry the brand I take in one certain medicine so Walgreens is the only place that does. The date on my bottle says one thing but they are saying I picked up the next day so I can’t get it filed till tomorrow. Even if that was true what is one day early. I also call my refills in and pick up the same day. They treat people like they are lying and drug Addicts and are very rude. Wish I knew who to call to complain. The whole point of this is I’ve still got week worth of my medicine on hand so why would I want it filled early it’s the day I’m supposed to get mine today I wanna keep it on track like it’s supposed to be.

Would’ve given 0 stars. Do not use this Walgreens pharmacy. They lie, and make up they’re own “laws” just to not fill prescriptions for whatever reason. Left there and went to CVS down the road and they filled the prescription right away. The pharmacist at Walgreens is a liar and does not know what he’s doing.

I drove 30 miles because this website stated that the pharmacy is open until 10 on Saturday, which it is NOT. Closes @ 6pm. BIG DIFFERENCE.Thanks for wasting my time and gas money!!!. Two things i don't have the luxury of wasting.

this place is ridiculous. they told us “thirty minute wait” , we came back after thirty minutes. “give us twenty more minutes” twenty minutes later, “not done yet another twenty minutes, come back, “ hold on let me go find it” i ain’t got all day. do not order form this walgreens unless you have all the time in the world
