Only shopped for aquarium stuff. Prices on decor was GREAT! Aquarium conditions were decent. I've seen a lot worse at other stores. Selection of freshwater fish were average but prices were really awesome. Staff was a little rough while catching the more fragile baby fish for my liking; but they were also VERY nice and helpful and knowledgeable. I also seen huge selection of live food and I noticed they had hedgehogs, skinny piggies, and much more. I will definitely go back.

It won’t let me leave Zero stars. Last experience I had was Less than satisfactory. If you have ANY QUESTIONS about EXOTIC animals. Don’t ask them. They’ll kill your pets. Do your research because every time I’ve been in there they'd rather chit chat than be knowledgeable and stay educated. My expensive Exotic died due to a recommendation I took From them on Bedding! Now my beautiful $500 exotic is gone and this is supposed to be a knowledgeable PET STORE.

I got 2 green iguanas last Tuesday from them an I like them very much healthy iguanas, I will recommend pet stop to any one that plans on getting a reptiles. I was treated very good by them . Thanks yall

The only place I can go to get feeder mice and rats for our snake very clean and the employees are super sweet prices are pretty good too love seeing the guinea pigs and ferrets when I go in and sometimes they have cats and kiitens for adoption love this place

The store was very clean and well-organized, with no unpleasant odors. I noticed that they had a separate section for pet cages and aquariums, which were also well-maintained and stocked with a good selection of products.Finally, I was impressed with the animal care standards at Pet Stop. The animals seemed happy and well-cared for, with clean and spacious enclosures. The staff were very attentive to the animals' needs.Overall, I would highly recommend Pet stop to any pet owner. They have a great range of products, excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of hygiene and animal care. I will definitely be returning to this store for all of my pet needs.

The min I entered the store you can smell a clean environment. The tanks were clean and the plants healthy, in fact I purchased 4. I got 3 fish. The girls were very nice and helpful. I will be coming back for my tank needs. Thank you

I’ve come into this store twice and I’m never greeted or acknowledged. Unfortunately my dogs’ original groomer was booked so I decided to try here. I was told my cost would be $80 at the time of booking via phone. I arrive to pick up my dogs and now my total is $97. I was informed that I was charged another groomer’s price from a totally different store which to me made no sense nor was discussed at the time of my inquiry. A employee finally said to charge what I was expecting to pay. I feel like another woman could come with the same issue she wouldn’t be convinced that this payment situation was acceptable. The actual haircuts are actually decent. This is also the first grooming experience where my dogs didn’t get bows or kerchiefs. I give chances for businesses to redeem themselves but I’m not sure if I’d come back.

This store is absolutely wonderful in all aspects! The store is always spic and span and the employees are always very nice and always have a warm smile to greet you with. It's obvious that this store is ran by someone who knows what they are doing and how to treat customers. The owner is especially wonderful because she is very attentive and genuinely concerned with any issue you may be having and is willing to help in any way she can. All of the employees are this way. They take pride in what they do and it shows. The prices are also very reasonable as well. This is a professionally ran store that covers every aspect of ensuring that your experience as a customer is top notch. Go check them out. Everyone is great there. They need employees that have some kind of knowledge of the animals in their care, I do however understand the understaffed issue and think the kids in there are just what's available. However there needs to be someone who can answer questions and help make informed decisions. There were dead and injured animals and I couldn't leave them, I took them, and no one knew what happened or why they were the way they were

Very friendly staff and they care deeply about the animals. Go out of their way to make sure that the animals will go to a good home and will help you out if it doesn't break the rules or laws. Let me bring my Cleo up to get her weight so that I didn't waste a trip to the veterinarian's office if she was under the weight requirement for the anesthesia. Ty ladies!

Nasty, needs to be cleaned. Almost all the fish in the tanks were dead. I got my daughter fish for he birthday they doubled charged me. They did correct it once I came back in and told them. 2 of the fish were dead before I even got home. The other 4 died that night. $50 lost.

I have boarded my 2 dogs here for 2+ years. They are great. My dogs love it there and are excited when we drive up. There is an excellent kennel 25 miles closer but we wouldn't consider going any where else.

Animals are extremely over priced. They aren't housed correctly either. I've been told they've had people tell them specifically about the bearded dragons needing UVB and have refused to change anything. They sell the bulbs they need in the store. Ontop of the ridiculous price these dragons could very well end up needing vet care for possible MBD from not having the proper lighting and not being able to digest food properly.Edit to response: on June 6th 2021 there were not any UVB bulbs in the enclosure. A red light bulb and a blue light bulb are not UVB. As for the price I can understand that. I just found it odd that another pet store down the roads animals are half that price. Every breeder expo I've been to or worked with has never had their "regular" dragons and balls that price. If there is in fact UVB now then that's wonderful, and I hope you can continue to use them.

Cheapest place I've found for pet food supplies for umbrella cockatoo. They're also the cheapest place I've found by far when it comes to buying finches, parakeets & other animals. Very clean store and staff was so friendly and helpful.

There is one girl with her lip pierced who thinks she knows a lot I tried to get a fish and she did not like me putting it in freshwater which I have done several times in the past and the fish have lived she told me she didn't feel comfortable selling me a fish that was going to be killed she was saying this while standing beside some feeder goldfish if that's not irony I don't know what is but the other staff seem to be pretty knowledgeable and Finley

They don't have a huge selection, but they do have a nice variety of good quality pet products. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. It's clean, well organized and the staff seems friendly.

Before buying any pet-related accessories and/or equipment from Amazon (or other online retailers), talk to one of the ladies at The Pet Stop!Amazon had a good price on a package of items that our daughter needed for one of her pets so we placed an order. Unfortunately it was damaged during shipment and was returned to Amazon for a refund.It was too late to re-order the package and have it delivered before Christmas so, on a whim, I went to "The Pet Stop" to see if I could find a comparable set-up even though I figured it was going to cost a bit more than the good price I'd found on Amazon.I explained my dilemma to "Felisha". Without hesitating, she went right to work tracking down the various items that were needed in order to put together the same package that we had initially found on Amazon. Knowing how hard it is for small businesses to compete with the prices offered by large online corporations, I was expecting to pay at least $40-$60 more...and I was OK with that as long as it would be here in time for Christmas which was now less than a week away.After a few minutes of tapping and typing on her tablet, she was able to locate all of the items that were needed to complete the package. The one thing she could not give me, however, was a final price. That information would have to come from the owner/manager of the store and she wasn't available that day. So, in blind faith and out of desperation, I told her to place the order and let me know the final cost when it arrived.Fast forward...3 days later, on December 23, everything arrived at "The Pet Stop". My wife hurried to the store to pick it up. After verifying everything was there and nothing was damaged, it was time to ring it all up and pay for it. Amazon's price was approximately $150. I was expecting to pay AT LEAST that much and possibly as much as $200 at the store that day. In reality...it was LESS than $130!!!2 lessons learned...1. Felisha (and others) at "The Pet Stop" has always provided super-friendly services. They know us and greet us when we come in each week. They're EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable on a wide variety of animal-related topics. If they don't know the answers, they will find the answers. "I-don't-know" is NEVER their final answer! And they can easily compete with the big chain stores like Petco and others.2. SHOP LOCALLY FIRST!!! Never again will I assume that the best prices are online! But even if the online prices are a few dollars less, is it really "worth" it? I would MUCH rather deal with a real live person, face-to-face, than an automated computer around the world. Shopping locally helps to put food on the table for our family, friends and neighbors (like Felisha) and also increases the strength and bonds of our community.Although I will continue to do some online shopping, it'll no longer be my first choice. I'm going back to shopping locally FIRST. Please join me!
