I always have a great experience. Everyone is always so helpful! I appreciate how they are willing to take care of each customer equally. When one arrogant customer has a small tantrum believing their needs come before the customer waiting BEFORE them, the staff gracefully lets them know they need to wait their turn. I’m amazed at the PATIENCE of the staff when it comes to that one rude RED FLAG customer.

Bought a couple shirts and there was a mix up with the tracking number. I messaged them and they called me personally to give me the right tracking number and make sure everything was correct. Highly recommend for the customer service alone, the great shirts were a bonus!

Literally the best customer service around! I always find the perfect gift, etc there & the free wrapping is beautiful! When I try something on they are always honest & don’t just try to sell me something! Love the seed family!!

I’m running to The Mustard Seed when the doors are open!!! And here is my Reason….They have a Huge Variety of inventory, you are Always Greeted when visiting the store, The prices are very Reasonable and they have The Cutest Stuff!!! Shop here for all your needs and wants!! OBSESSED MUCH!!!! 🛍️

Very disappointed in my shopping experience. i have been to this shop a number of times, but this one may be the last. After trying on a skirt I asked an associate to get me a different size. She brushed me off saying she would get it after she wrapped a gift (red flag number one, i should have left then). I waited a bit, as i didn't want to get dressed and go out into the store. I finally put on my shoes and top and went out and got the skirt myself, even though there were about 3 workers wandering around the store trying to look busy (red flag number 2). Bottom line, this store has no adults/managers working. A business cannot run efficiently by a crew of teenagers (red flag number 3). I left without purchasing the several items I had picked out.
